Our stay at Jessica and Sebastian’s Airbnb in Akumal was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We hosted an approved event, and the space was more than accommodating — everyone had room to relax and enjoy. Jessica was incredibly communicative, especially with our event planner, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The on-site staff were also amazing — attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Whether you're planning a family getaway or an intimate approved event, this location is an absolute gem. We can’t thank Jessica and Sebastian enough for making our stay unforgettable. Believe it or not, casa piña is even more beautiful in person. The photos don’t quite do it justice. This was one of the most beautifully designed spaces I’ve ever seen. The stay was amazing. The host helped book a chef (ask for Gabriel), massages, airport transfers, etc. Truly can’t recommend this place enough. Incredible.

I absolutely loved the Airbnb and the hosts! I would definitely rebook every time I visit Tulum. The water pressure was a bit low and slightly salty, but I understand that’s expected when staying in a jungle environment. The hosts were super attentive, especially when it came to helping with transportation, reservations, and recommendations. The maintenance team was also amazing—quick, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!

We stayed here as a family reunion - three kids (6,4,1) and four adults. It was excellent! Felt very safe since it's inside the resort but you could walk around and with paying for passes at Casa Club, you could easily access the resorts (our favorite was Tulum because of the water park for kids plus beach). We loved the ability to jump between doing a resort day and all of the other amazing activities around like Xel Ha, Aktun Chen, the gorgeous Kay Beach resort etc. The best was for all us to be able to all stay in the same house, hang out in the living room. Host was very communicative. The instructions need updating, as I don't believe there is an actual key anymore, only the keypad. But we figured it out pretty easily and everything worked perfectly. Such a beautiful property and stay. The pictures simply don’t do it justice. There is more than enough room for a large group. There was an ease of check in and communications as well as recommendations and suggestions to do while you’re there. A great host, great communication and would definitely recommend!!!

We stayed at this Airbnb for my bachelorette trip and it was perfect! The house was just as beautiful as the photos—spacious, clean, and designed for groups to relax and have fun together. The bedrooms were super comfortable, the pool was a total highlight (we spent hours there!), and there were plenty of spots for lounging, getting ready, or taking cute group photos. This house made the whole weekend feel special, and I’d absolutely recommend it for any group getaway—especially something celebratory like a bachelorette. We made the best memories here!

Patty and Mario were incredible hosts! My friends and I came for our graduation trip and they treated us to a bottle of champagne and chocolates for us to celebrate! Furthermore, they left us with a stocked fridge and all the towels and supplies necessary for the perfect beach day. The house is exactly like it is in the pictures and the pool is a great place to lay out and observe the koatis roaming around! The beach is a 5 minute walk away and 5th avenue is about the same distance. It was the perfect stay, thank you for making our trip the best!!!

This was our first trip to Tulum and with our 3 kids. This location was excellent for a pop off point and reset space to get out of the heat and the bustle to hang in the pool with the kids. Rooms and amenities were excellent, side note and it may be in the description: the two upper bedrooms open to the outside ie. so the kids room opened to a halway that was essentially outside and the steps to downstairs are outside. Was fine for us but gave me a moment of 'oh' but everyone did great with the set up. Our 17 year old son got the suite in the casita and felt like a baddie. The living space is comfortable, you have literally everything you need and the AC blows COLD and wonderfully. We loved this spot. Thanks for hosting.

A peaceful jungle retreat with all the essentials We had a lovely stay at this beautiful jungle home, surrounded by nature and wildlife – we saw plenty of iguanas during the day and even spotted a couple of scorpions and a small snake at night (to be expected given the location, but worth noting!). The house is compact but well-equipped with everything you need. Facilities are excellent, and the space was more than adequate for a comfortable stay. Despite some previous reviews, we did have hot water – the shower handle is just reversed, so turn it to “cold” for hot! There were a few power outages during our stay, which is fairly common in the area. One outage lasted several hours, so keep that in mind when stocking up the fridge. Our host was fantastic – super responsive and helpful throughout. That said, an information booklet covering things like the shower, local amenities, and how to manage during power cuts would have been really helpful and saved a few messages. The bed shee

Overall we really loved our stay. There were a few minor things, like the pool upstairs being broken/drained and an issue with a mixup with a chef we booked and some ants in the kitchen. But they handled everything extremely well. The house was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we could need in the kitchen and a good amount of towels. Everything was clean and the house felt very private. Sofia the property manager was extremely responsive and communicative. They were doing construction on the house right next door starting at 9am, but it really didn’t bother us as we were usually up and at em during the day anyway and the sounds weren’t too bad. We never ran out of hot water, despite multiple of us showering at the same time. Downstairs pool was great, as were the loungers. Loved the greenery all around the house and on the upstairs balconies. Very helpful in getting us in touch with transportation around town whenever we needed it. All around we had a great time and recommend!

Loved our stay here and using the cenote and the pools. One of the best stays we've had in Mexico. would definitely return here just not in the peak travel season.

The villa looks exactly as pictured. The host was quick to respond and security is always available and extremely nice. They connected us to their own taxi company which made us feel very safe getting around the city. We took advantage of booking transportation and a private chef through the villa which was clear, easy and exactly on time! Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! The house looks exactly like in the photos. Fast internet, reliable power and lots of amenities provided. We will definitely be back!

Reed's place is a beautiful, peaceful spot in La Veleta not far from several lovely restaurants with outdoor dining. His home is spacious, with a private pool, pond with waterfall, and separate areas for the living area and bedrooms. There is a small convenience store across the street, but we would still recommend renting a car, ATV, or scooter to get around for more shopping options, go to the beach, or explore the nearby ruins. Overall, we would recommend Reed's place for those seeking a more secluded hideaway in which to relax and recharge. Thanks, Reed!

Omg!! This place was sooo beautiful!! The pictures are gorgeous but it does not prepare you for what it looks like in person. On top of it being so gorgeous, the hosts are beyond helpful and responsive. They responded literally within minutes. They recommend great places and also recommended us a driver during our stay that was able to pick up 11 of us in one vehicle. Driver picked us up and dropped us off at all times of day. Such a great combination and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would love to come back.

Jess’s place was everything we imagined and more. Beautiful gem well worth the price plus, very responsive and helpful hosts.

I spent a week at Villa Ikebana. It was fabulous. I was mostly working; it's a great place for digital nomads. But it's also very quiet and private and romantic; I would love to come back with my wife and have a real vacation. The house is lovely and spacious. The bed is extremely comfy. The AC and WiFi are excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped. The seating / dining areas are comfortable and livable. The outdoor spaces are really nice too. Both pools are lovely and private. The outdoor seating is comfortable. It feels wooded and natural when you're outside. (There is a nearby bar that plays loud music on weekends from around 5 to midnight, but other than that, you mostly hear the birds.) The neighborhood is fine. It's easy to walk to the restaurants on Calle 7. I had a rental car, and I was glad I did. It's easy to get around Tulum with a car. It wouldn't be necessary for staying here, but an ATV or bike or car makes it easier. I can't wait to go back. It's a lovely place.

Casita Lumi was the perfect vacation getaway. It was private and peaceful, yet still close enough by car into town and to the beach. The private mini pool was by far the main highlight where we would unwind at the end of each day and take in all the beautiful surroundings. We communicated mostly with the co-hosts, Alexis and Cindy, which were both super protective, attentive, and responsive. Thank you for an excellent stay—would definitely recommend and come back!

Paula was incredibly responsive and helpful to us throughout our visit. She helped with planning activities and transportation and also responded very quickly to our queries and concerns. It took us some time to get used to the bedroom ACs shutting off if the doors were left open but that was quickly resolved. Aside from that, the place itself was beautiful and clean. Paula was a fantastic host. The location itself is not bad but you need to drive to the beach area or town.

This home is like a personal sized resort! Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty and our host Lu took care of our every need whether it was taxis to town, e-bike rentals or restaurant recommendations. She even grocery shopped for us so we could just relax when we arrived! It was the trip of a lifetime for me and my teenage boys who spent hours in the beautiful pool. The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

I can’t say enough! The house was beautiful,clean and full of life! The windows were amazing and a really cool design. All over the house you can find beautiful decorations and really great speakers to use for a great evening at home or a day at one of the two pools! I felt bad asking them for so many suggestions but the hosts never failed and always came through very quickly. They helped with scooter/atv rentals and recommendations for everything else. Our bus left a little late on check out and the hosts never failed made it so easy with a little extra time and an offer to hold our things. One of my favorite Airbnb’s and definitely my favorite in Tulum! Has a 7-11 next door and while it’s a little further out from centro, it was not a bad walk with comfortable shoes. Thank you again!
