We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

Miguel’s place was perfect! Beach right outside and 5th ave and all its shops and liveliness super close. It’s a very walkable neighborhood! I would definitely stay here again. Also Miguel was very helpful with arranging airport transport.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Great views of the sea, lovely pool, well equipped apartment. It can get a little hot under the roof, but the air conditioning in the rooms does the trick.

We had a wonderful anniversary trip. Host was very responsive and extremely accommodating. Thank you for everything! We were referred by friends and we were not disappointed.

My family and I stayed at Diana’s place the week after Christmas. The condo is amazing. It is well located, close to the beach and in a beautiful setting. The kitchen has everything you need. From the moment I first made contact with her she was helpful. This included a long phone call where she was willing to talk through some of our travel plans (we had never been to the area) giving us great advice about some activities to do with our two teenage sons. When we arrived at the Cancun airport there was a snafu with our rental car. It was relatively late, and I called Diana to see if she had any ideas about transportation. She immediately spent a half hour reaching out to her local contacts to try to help us with transportation. She went above and beyond to help us. This was the best Air Bnb experience we have had and would definitely stay at one of Diana’s properties in the future.

Easy entry using lockbox and key. Surfaces were clean. Quite a bit of sand still on the floor. I asked not to have the daily maid service and just did the sweeping myself. The kitchen was stocked well. It did have a blender (not listed) and a drip coffee maker. They did provide water. I need a fair amount of storage containers for food (I cut up fruit and salad items) and the Airbnb did not have much of that. Two boogie boards and a large sun umbrella for use. Showers had doors. The water got hot for showers and in the kitchen. This unit was on the second floor, so good for carrying items up if the elevator wasn't working. Balcony and houseplants were lovely. Beds comfortable. AC worked in all spaces. Black out blinds were helpful against morning sun. The pool and entry fountains are lovely. I would stay there again. Walk to Turtle Bay & Taverna was .8 miles. Close to Buena Vida, La Lunita, and Jungle cafe. North end of beach by the place with red umbrellas for easy enter to snorkel.

Awesome! Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it doesn't miss anything at all, it has everything, its apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very friendly, walking to 5th avenue was a great walk, it's like 12 minutes, definitely I'll be back! the best place in Playacar is here!

Everything is perfect, the beds and pillows are too comfortable. The place is beautiful and has everything you need for your trip. It has plenty of space for all people who come, and the host is always attentive to any details. The area is quiet in the evenings so you can sleep smoothly.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Vianney’s Airbnb. The space was beautiful, clean, and just as stunning as the photos. It felt very private and peaceful, which made it perfect for our getaway. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we spent so much time relaxing up there! Vianney was a wonderful host—super helpful and responsive. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area and even connected us with a private driver, which made getting around so easy. The location was convenient with some places within walking distance, and the concierge helped us rent both a bike and an ATV on different days. The building felt very safe with 24/7 security on-site, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, we had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

We absolutely fell in love with this space, and Akumal. The jungle setting and view was stunning. We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach, playing in the waves and searching the tide pools for treasures and creatures. The kids loved the pool time, (all the pools). Casey thought of absolutely everything one would need to make a relaxing fun vacation with a well stocked and fully equipped condo. From beach chairs, and water socks, to snorkel gear. My personal favorite was the coffee bar and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed making meals and grilling out in the common area while the kids enjoyed more pool time. Lastly, beds and linens. Absolute heaven. I’m going to be thinking about that bed for a long time. Thank you Casey for helping make our family vacation memorable and all your fantastic suggestions.

Great hidden waterfront gem in the central of Playa de Carmen. Walkable to all destinations. Away from the crowded beach spots of Mamitas etc. Everything was perfect. We will be back!

Tina's place was located right on 38th - a really beautiful tree-lined street that ends at a public beach entrance. It's a little hard to find the first time because the front entry is nestled in between bars. All communcation was done through whats app, and the property management people were super informative - provided us with all the information we needed. The rooms were super spacious with firm beds, clean towels, and standard kitchen items - note that they do not provide shampoo and bodysoap. We had our little private pool which was really nice - so after a hot beach day, you can finish it off at the pool. The *only* downsides are that the bedroom curtains are not light blocking, so once the sun comes up at 7am, you're pretty much up for the day. Other downside is the street noise - if you play whitenoise to sleep, it's not that bad, but you'll be able to hear muffled music and general crowd noise until midnight every night.

The place is beautiful, with an amazing ocean view. The service was also great starting from the people from the reception, Miguel, and all the people that made our stay wonderful. we definitelyhad a fantastic experience.

It's a nice place in a good location, it's clean and overlooks Fifth Avenue, the host is always attentive and gives you clear instructions to get there and open it, I liked that the apartment was cold since it's very hot on the beach, everything is very good, thank you.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was exactly as pictured—modern, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The space felt very comfortable and inviting, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. From the cozy furniture to the overall layout, it was clear that attention had been paid to the design and comfort of the place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and pleasant place to stay.

We chose this large unit for a family vacation based on location. We are familiar with the Residences Reef area. Quiet with lush surroundings. Two great pools and beach front. Unit is large. There was an incredible table in main living area that we gathered around. The wraparound deck of this second floor unit was like an entire additional living space. Parking is easy and property has security. Groceries are not too far away. You will need a rental car. We had what as needed in kitchen for simple meals at breakfast and lunch. Went out to town for dinner each night. The unit has some maintenance issues but none impacted our stay. Traveled with a toddler and found crib, toys, etc. This unit was perfect for our week in Cozumel.

Perfect location! near all the tourist spots, located at a beautiful private community where you don’t have to worry about parking or traffic, house looks better than the pictures! Super comfy beds and beautiful areas hangout. Host was quick and helpful with all of our questions. Definitely recommend to stay here.
