Villa holiday rentals in Ain

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend! And we hope to come back!

I booked on behalf of a group of family and friends staying for a weekend. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. I dealt with Gregory who was always extremely responsive with questions before booking as well prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. Gregory was a delight to deal with and gave a very comprehensive tour of the villa showing us everything we needed to know for our stay. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and exactly like the photos. The pool and sunbeds was a real highlight for us. The entire outdoor area of the property has areas of both shade and sunshine all day long and is well equipped with furniture to enjoy it! We would highly recommend booking this property if you're looking for a relaxing break.

This place was perfect. We were there for 3 nights and 3 days. Everything matched the listing. In addition, Maria is a great host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. I highly recommend this accommodation and these hosts, they do everything to allow their guests to arrive in the best conditions.

The stay at Karine's house in Challex went very well. Her house is spacious, functional and equipped with everything you need. Superb views of the Alps including from the pool. Karine is an easily reachable person and she was able to be understanding during a small material damage (handle of the damaged fridge) that we offered to reimburse. So I would recommend this house!

Carole's villa is really great, beautifully renovated, neatly decorated, bright, large living room and very pleasant terraces. Very well equipped, nothing missing. Our stay was most pleasant.

Good experience we had a great EVJF , the accommodation is easy to access and very clean! However, a bedroom was missing a light bulb and maybe add hand soap and shower gel?! Otherwise everything was perfect, thank you for the fluidity of the exchange and for the welcome!

Sylvie and her family were very friendly and great hosts. We thought that the house was even better than on the pictures. The House is beautiful renovated and nicely furnished. There is ventilation in every room, which made sleeping a lot easier when it was hot. In the house there is a big kitchen with everything you wish for, the fridge with the ice machine was a big plus at temperatures of over 35 degrees. The best part of the house is the garden. In the garden you have a lot of space and the pergola invites you to sit and drink some wine, play games etc. In Aix les Bains it is better to have a car so you can go up te mountains as well or go to Annency or Chambery. The stores and the city centre ar in walking distance (15min) as is the lake.

We are delighted with our stay: very nice and very well-equipped house, with a magnificent view, beautiful sunsets and a beautiful brand new pool. The house matches the photos and description given, and our stay really met our expectations. We also very much appreciated the location, both very close to the center of Lyon but in a quiet and green setting, very relaxing and exotic for the holidays, with beautiful walks to do in the area. The welcome from Marion's parents upon our arrival was very friendly and warm, as was the contacts with Marion and Renaud, especially when we left. Thank you for the very kind attention upon our arrival and for your help and availability much appreciated during the stay and even after our departure (thank you again for very kindly reporting and sending us a forgotten item). I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The place was perfect. The environment is very calm and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

What an amazing house! We stayed there with 9 people and we had plenty of space. Everything is present, from a perfectly equipped kitchen to games and a ping-pong table. A nice seating area in the garden, very sheltered and private. The contact with the owner went perfectly, access well arranged via a key box. We were allowed to check in earlier, which was also very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this house!

We had a great weekend at Thierry's house for our daughter's baptism. Thierry is a very accommodating host who made himself available to answer all our questions. We will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises! Happy hosting 🙂

We had a great stay at this listing which was exactly as described: Welcoming, spacious and very pleasant. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, which allowed us to easily prepare our meals. Very nice rental with lots of activities (pinball, billiards, foosball, swimming pool) at the top. A real treat. Very good welcome from François and very responsive. I recommend it.

We had a lovely few days at Eric's place! Good communication made it possible to prepare ourselves as best as possible before departure and we were welcomed very well. The environment around the accommodation is peaceful and the nature is very present, there are chickens, it's really nice. It's perfect to visit Lyon and its surroundings without being in the city. We stayed with our three month old baby and it went very well. We would highly recommend Eric's home!

We had a lovely weekend at Claire and Gilles's. They were very friendly and we enjoyed the quietness of their home. The pool was very nice and we liked the surroundings with the good restaurants and water activities to do on the Ain.

Apart from a very small oversight The place was really great and our host's availability, just as much!

This place is as described, unfortunately weather was not kind to us but we still used the outdoor kitchen for bbqs. Perfect space and everywhere we wanted to visit was convenient straight onto fast roads. Perfect thank you Ivan
