The space was perfect. Anne was very accommodating and responded to us immediately. The location is quiet! I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely week despite the weather. The place is very relaxing, quiet and beautiful. It is ideally placed in view of the activities to do. The cottage is impeccably clean, very modern and functional. The enclosed garden for dogs is welcome and makes it very easy to take them out. Christelle is very friendly, warm and human, we could have stayed chatting for more hours! Thanks!

A really very warm and attentive welcome and a very nice place. However, the photos are a little confusing because the entire place is only a small building in the back of the house, which has 4 comfortable and decorated bedrooms with great attention (with a downside on one of them that does not have a window), and 2 small kitchens, no cosi place inside to get together. The beautiful house we see in the photos is that of our hosts, who were however very kind to leave it for us one evening to have dinner together on site. Great restaurants nearby but book in advance! Thanks again to Nathalie and Jean for all their attention!

The accommodation is accurate to the photos, very well equipped and clean. The location is quiet and ideal for activities (hiking, cycling) and close to the center of Les Rousses (5 minutes by car). Celine is very responsive and welcoming. It was a pleasure to meet her. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great weekend with friends for a bachelorette party in Annecy! The accommodation is very well located and perfectly suitable for a group of 8 people: spacious, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. It went very well from start to finish. We had a great family weekend for my cousin's 40th birthday. Cathy and her husband were very accommodating with the check-in and check-out times and welcomed us very warmly. The villa is sublime and fully equipped. We had everything we needed to have fun (swimming pool and inflatable buoys, darts, foosball, petanque, ping-pong, including the digestive walk in the garden with baby turtles or a nap on the catamaran nets). Congratulations to them for this incredible renovation (I enjoyed the anecdotes). The rooms were comfortable, no need to bring back either the sheets or the towels, our hosts take to heart the comfort of their visitors. Overall, the house was clean, with such a large area, the cleaning must be athletic. Small point to improve (because I am very allergic): it is precisely the dust and the hairs of the cats. Thanks again for everything!

We wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night! Everything was so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Leila and Anthony thought of everything. We did not expect the stunning mountain views and walks by the river. Would definitely recommend and wish we could stay again.

A huge thank you to Catherine for her welcome, her availability, her advice, and for the quality of her accommodation. Everything was perfect: clean, tidy, well-equipped, comfortable. It felt like a home. bakery, market, butcher shop nearby (at the end of the street). public transit (bus) also at the end of the street. We went to Lyon by transport, it was very quick and convenient. And then, great location if you want to go to the groupama stadium or the LDLC arena: bus that drops you off nearby or 20/25min walk. With the incredible view, cozy living space, and endless food options within walking distance, this Airbnb was truly a gem. The perfect space from which to explore Annecy. Like other reviews mention, the stairs to get to the top floor are a little daunting at first but you get used to it quickly. We were able to get up and down these stairs with medium-sized luggage carefully, but just fine. We had no issues! Of note, especially for anyone who needs the internet during their travels, the WiFi is very spotty and slow. Thank you Sylviane for such a wonderful and memorable stay!!

Very clean accommodation with everything you need! The big plus is the view of the farm animals (horses, peacocks, chickens) as well as the outdoor space for children (trampoline, swing and slide). We recommend this accommodation for families with young children!

Beautiful, modern, recently built unit at the lower level of the host's house, with a private parking space. Floor heating was really nice. The ski resort of the Semnoz is just a 15min drive. There's a mall at Seynod 10min away. The hosts were super nice and friendly.
