Elodie was super nice and communicative. We loved our stay in Annecy thanks to its spacious, intimate accommodation and close to all tourist activities. This place was a big favorite for us. 🫶Élodie is attentive to our needs and super flexible in making sure our stay is fun at all times. The accommodation is identical to the photos (very modern and clean) and everything was at our disposal for our comfort. If we ever return to Annecy, we will definitely stay with Elodie. Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful lake view in the shade for very hot days. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality equipment (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. Thank you to Sylvie the owner and Carole who received us for their kindness and hospitality.

Short but very good stay at Emilie & Alexandre's. Flexible check-in, spotless apartment with 2 small children and everything you need on site (baby bed and baby chair in place for our arrival!🤩). They are also very responsive and act very quickly in the event of a problem. I recommend 😊

Studio meets the expectations of a short stay! Indeed, it is well thought out, well equipped with two outdoor terraces to enjoy the space, especially aperitif/meals and relaxation. Good bedding also to be noted. Located on the heights of Chanaz, it allows you to easily reach this beautiful village, even if a good climb awaits you on the way back (I would say 20-25 minutes of effort). The neighborhood is rather quiet and from there, you can quickly get to all the tourist places around Lake Bourget (beaches, belvederes, Aix les Bains, Canal de Savières, Abbaye d'Hautecombe...). Alain is a very attentive host, facilitating the stay as best as possible, very cordial, extremely responsive and of unparalleled kindness (He did not hesitate to go up, precisely, from the center to the studio my family). He knows his region perfectly and gives good advice (visits and addresses). I thank him again and recommend his studio.

We had a lovely week despite the weather. The place is very relaxing, quiet and beautiful. It is ideally placed in view of the activities to do. The cottage is impeccably clean, very modern and functional. The enclosed garden for dogs is welcome and makes it very easy to take them out. Christelle is very friendly, warm and human, we could have stayed chatting for more hours! Thanks!

It was our second time in this beautiful house, and the first time we came back to the place we’ve already been before, which speaks for itself. This time we enjoyed it even more, as the weather was great and we could use the terrace with the view on the mountains. Julie and Valentine are very nice and friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description with a breathtaking lake view. A small white wine from the region at the reception is a small attention that stands out from the others. Great value for money, I recommend it.

Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of the restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. You feel good there. You can see that the owners are careful. A fantastic apartment in a great location, having the parking was a huge benefit. Close enough to walk to the old town and the lake in minutes. Great host.
