House holiday rentals in Aigaliers

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

We had a great time in this beautiful home. The house is very well equipped, and was perfect in terms of size for 4 couples and 3 small children. We also enjoyed the beautiful exterior and the huge quiet pool. And again thank you to Audrey and her husband for their welcome and their advice.

Great house for a family vacation! The house has all facilities you need and is located conveniently close to Suze-La-Rousse (small village with some nice shops and restaurant).

We had a great stay at the magnanerie du Monteil. The place is quiet and charming. We were able to benefit from Lydie's many tips on activities (hiking, canoeing, swimming in rivers, visiting charming villages, lunch in good restaurants). A perfect stay!

Our stay at Ludovic’s home was absolutely wonderful. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we could possibly need—and more. It was peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and full of heart. We especially loved the rich history of the home and how it had been in Ludovic’s family for generations; it added such a meaningful and authentic touch to our experience. Ludovic was incredibly gracious with his time, offering quick and helpful responses throughout our stay. I’ve truly never stayed anywhere that felt so much like home. Leaving was harder than I expected… I think a little piece of my heart stayed behind. Thank you again for your warm hospitality. We hope to return someday.

This old converted water mill makes a lovely family house, perfect for all generations. It is isolated (no need to worry about children screaming in the swimming pool) and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with signed hiking trails in all directions. You can walk to the very attractive village of Lussan for an ice cream or drink, (but any sort of food shopping does mean a car journey.) Our group comprised grandparents, parents and three children (aged 3 to 8). The children loved the pool, the trampoline and the bikes. The adults enjoyed boules and molkii. (There's also table tennis and lots of board games.) Vincent, the owner, lives close by and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he came round to deal with any little problems.

The place is simply sublime. The house is beautiful and the environment is a real postcard. It is a peaceful place, between stones and nature. The owners are adorable and Blandine is really responsive. Thank you very much.

House with a lot of character and located in a very beautiful region near Uzes and the Pont du Gard. Marie-Laure was very kind and attentive to arrival and departure times. Her house is very neat and beautifully decorated. The exterior is very pleasant at any time of the day. Recommended.

A peaceful oasis in a charming little village. The Mas is very beautiful, original and has several pleasant spaces. It went very well!

Awesome character home on the vineyard. matches the photos perfectly, great access to the vineyard grounds where you can see chickens, horses and sheep as you walk around. Perfect for walking into town or day trips to Montpellier & Nimes. Ticked all the boxes for us.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Collias in Ann's accommodation, who was a warm, caring and extremely pleasant host. The accommodation was comfortable, impeccably clean and ideally located for exploring the area. Thanks to this peaceful and welcoming setting, we were able to fully enjoy the wedding we attended and explore the surroundings in complete serenity. A big thank you to Ann for her hospitality! A great weekend in the hanging house Everything was perfect! We are in the city but still in a different setting Everything is provided, the layout of the accommodation is great, there is air conditioning and in the kitchen the basic condiments are also provided The accommodation is without shutters and close to the road but night masks as well as quies balls are provided Personally, we were not bothered by the noise Hosts are responsive and available, we will gladly come back

Nathalie was a friendly and very responsive host. The studio was cute and well-equipped. The only areas that could probably be improved is that the location at Airbnb is incorrect so one needs to follow written instructions, which is not always easy when arriving late and we found only one set of bed linens.

Mireille, our host is a very pleasant person and full of empathy... her welcome was very warm and made us feel like we were being expected by a friend 😊 The accommodation is comfortable, very clean and lacking nothing. Ideal for reunions for families or groups of friends. The exteriors are beautiful and maintained (even though we went there in winter.) Small plus with room to park our 4 cars. I recommend this rental 200% and will keep this address warm. 😁 Thanks Mireille, don't change anything, you're perfect. 😉

Couldn’t have asked for a better house - ticked all the boxes and was conveniently close to Avignon without being in town. The house was spotless with all amenities thought about. Pool, loungers, outside dining was brilliant. Will definitely be back.
