House holiday rentals in Gard

Visiting for an EVJF between girls, we had a wonderful stay in this house in paradise. The accommodation is as described and faithful to the photos, a cocoon in a green setting, peaceful and quiet, perfect for a Provencal break. I thank Florence for the flexibility of schedules and the smooth and easy communication. Would definitely stay again in this beautiful place!

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

We liked the place very much. We were able to reach many different locations quickly and easily from the property. The surroundings were very quiet. Christophe was very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. The house was very well equipped. The kitchen had many utensils. The shared garden was also very nice and invited us to relax. We enjoyed the time here very much, thanks again Christophe.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Collias in Ann's accommodation, who was a warm, caring and extremely pleasant host. The accommodation was comfortable, impeccably clean and ideally located for exploring the area. Thanks to this peaceful and welcoming setting, we were able to fully enjoy the wedding we attended and explore the surroundings in complete serenity. A big thank you to Ann for her hospitality! We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay at Ludovic’s home was absolutely wonderful. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we could possibly need—and more. It was peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and full of heart. We especially loved the rich history of the home and how it had been in Ludovic’s family for generations; it added such a meaningful and authentic touch to our experience. Ludovic was incredibly gracious with his time, offering quick and helpful responses throughout our stay. I’ve truly never stayed anywhere that felt so much like home. Leaving was harder than I expected… I think a little piece of my heart stayed behind. Thank you again for your warm hospitality. We hope to return someday.

this house was really sensational with an amazing view, two super spacious bedrooms with superior quality king size beds and each with their bathrooms! the super well equipped and convenient kitchen, the super cozy sofa,the TV of an impressive size, the super decor, the topmost hot tub...and to top it all, right next door, the Cape inn with dishes with delicious local products and a welcome with small onions( this is the case to say for the sweet onion of the cevennes!!) in short, a weekend to do again soon!! special mentions to the super responsive stephie and the hostel patron who welcomed us and who responded to our needs with great kindness! A perfect little house to escape to! Ideally located in the Cevennes, super quiet, decorated with great taste and well equipped. With extra pool and beautiful pétanque track... And hosts available, responsive and very friendly!

Great apartment, met our needs exactly for a place to stay near Pont du Gard and Nimes. Easy to self-cater with the lovely kitchen. Comfortable bed, great TV and lounge area. Highly recommended!

Awesome character home on the vineyard. matches the photos perfectly, great access to the vineyard grounds where you can see chickens, horses and sheep as you walk around. Perfect for walking into town or day trips to Montpellier & Nimes. Ticked all the boxes for us.

Marion's accommodation is very charmingly furnished and the seating area in the courtyard offers a lot of privacy, although the hosts also live in the house. Both areas are separated from each other, so that you have a small, very quiet refuge all to yourself. We were there for one night and would come back anytime. The small town is not very touristy, which we enjoyed very much. The two cats like to stay in the yard, are very trusting and curious about the guests. For all those who love cats, an ideal accommodation that we would like to recommend.

Lovely apartment with great attention to detail, well accessible by car. It was surprisingly spacious and extremely well equiped. We loved it and can definitely recommend! It's a more isolated village, but lots of nature and activities to do nearby

Richard's house is beautiful, we found it by chance and outside the cities we initially wanted to visit but we did not hesitate and change plans to go there, everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Clean and cozy apartment, but its strong point is definitely the swimming pool and sauna that are inside the house, available 24 hours a day. Highly recommended

Excellent stay, the accommodation is very nice and especially the summer kitchen. Proximity to the road that causes a slight inconvenience with the noise from cars. But nothing fundamental.

I recommend 100000% both the host and the accommodation. The villa is splendid and even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Everything is done and thought of to spend a dream stay. We will definitely come back to enjoy this little luxury paradise. Book without hesitation. Thank you for this royal stay between girls.

This old converted water mill makes a lovely family house, perfect for all generations. It is isolated (no need to worry about children screaming in the swimming pool) and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with signed hiking trails in all directions. You can walk to the very attractive village of Lussan for an ice cream or drink, (but any sort of food shopping does mean a car journey.) Our group comprised grandparents, parents and three children (aged 3 to 8). The children loved the pool, the trampoline and the bikes. The adults enjoyed boules and molkii. (There's also table tennis and lots of board games.) Vincent, the owner, lives close by and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he came round to deal with any little problems.

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice house with a breathtaking view. Exteriors are also very well maintained A very good welcome, nice little touches in the kitchen that were waiting for us, a very accommodating host for the checkout time. Thanks for all of this . I would recommend it

Cynthia and Mario's house located in the heart of the village, is beautiful. The old spirit has been preserved and the decoration is of very good taste. The indoor pool can be heated for a fee (reasonable), we enjoyed it extensively. The hosting was friendly and warm. Cynthia has always been responsive and was able to provide us with helpful information about the area. We immediately felt good in this huge house of character, we had so much space for the two of us! Thanks to Cynthia and Mario.

The stay at Maison Martin was amazing, the house is beautiful, everything is clean, with nice towels, linen, and a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The location cannot be better, it is right at the center of St Remy, next to beautiful stores and restaurants, and yet, it is quiet during the night and you can have a wonderful rest. Sylvie is an amazing host and understands the needs of the people that stay at her place. Instructions are very clear and thorough.
