The location of this property is fantastic! There are beautiful hiking trails close by along with a golf course and the zoo! This property is also only minutes from the airport.

The grounds are beautiful and we had a great time relaxing by the pool! It was a quiet comfortable space and we will be back!

Great place for a small group. Had everything we could need from a stocked kitchen, bbq with extra propane, drink glassware for indoor and poolside, pool floats, and extra bath/pool towels. Needed to get maintenance to come in and contacting them was easy and they resolved it the same day.

Enjoyed our stay! Quite neighbors,large pool area,location was perfect! shopping,eateries,massage was all within a 15 min drive,with a 5min walk to starbucks. I really liked the upstairs bedroom. Feels like the teenage girls had their own space. BEST PART....they so kindly let us check in early!!!! Some places won't! Would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!

Mark’s place was absolutely stunning. It fit our group of 8 more than comfortably. The house was clean and spacious with a pristine pool. The games outside were just as pictured in the listing. The house is also in a great location near restaurants and grocery stores. It’s also just a short ride away from Old Town. Again, the house was perfect and I would highly recommend.

Steve place was a beautiful backyard retreat, including hammocks and Jacuzzi. he offered beach cruisers for enjoy the beautiful neighborhood, and close by food and entertainment. we would 100% stay again.

We had a fabulous time staying at this home in Scottsdale! Everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The backyard was our favorite, with the gorgeous pool and comfortable lounge chairs. It’s a quick and easy drive both to the airport and Old Town Scottsdale. Plus the hosts were so communicative and even helped us out with an early check in! 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Host was friendly and responsive! Everything in the description was accurate including the instructions and amenities provided! Peaceful stay and really made us feel at home and comfortable! Definitely recommend and would love to stay in a future occasion! Overall experience 10/10.

This place is super cute. Perfect for a couple or small family. My daughter and I loved the place. Location is nice. Very quiet. The host is very responsive. We were pleased to find a place near Mayo because my husband is having chemotherapy there. We often use DoorDash when traveling, but Cathy’s place has amazing kitchen supplies and was located close to grocery stores. It was a pleasure to cook in that wonderful kitchen. One morning, when it wasn’t too hot, we enjoyed a peaceful breakfast in the backyard. We were especially grateful for the large dog-door because not that many dog-friendly rentals are so accommodating. Our elderly dogs were happy to go in and out easily, as they are used to doing at home.

When we pulled up to the Airbnb, the main house was a little off-putting -- lots of clutter and mess everywhere. But when we went through the gate and back to the rental, everything was great. It's a small place, but great for the two of us and our dog. The private backyard was lovely for hanging out and soaking up the sun. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the frig had a shelf full of bottled water waiting for us. We were visiting family nearby, but really anything you want to do in Phoenix is easy to reach. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would recommend this rental for one or two people, and really appreciate that it was pet friendly.

Becky was great. I did an extended stay -three weeks at her home. It’s everything as pictured -immaculate ,very clean big enough for my family and I to enjoy, have melas and watch playoff games! My family and I had a great time- we enjoyed the pool. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Lots of stuff to do literally blocks away! Becky was great- checking in to see if I needed anything or if I needed any recommendations for food or shopping. I really enjoyed my stay. Beds were comfy , TVs in every room, which I do appreciate ,a lot of Airbnb’s don’t have TVs in their room and if you’re anything like me, you need that TV to get some sleep. There is a designated area set up so you can work. I did work from home while I was there, the Wi-Fi was fast ,exactly what I needed. Thank you Becky for everything!

Great stay in Tempe. The bathroom was amazing—super clean and modern—and the natural lighting throughout the place made it feel bright and welcoming. AC was a little on the noisy side, but nothing that kept me from getting good sleep.

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect—just a short walk to campus, which was super convenient for my visit. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was excellent with communication—quick to respond and very helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated Jay’s flexibility with a late check-out, which made my travel day much less stressful. Would definitely stay here again!

The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home, and everything was exactly as described (if not better). I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. The pool area was even nicer in person than in the photos. Even with triple digit weather the pool stayed cool. I felt safe in the neighborhood and it was great to have so many different options for food within a short drive. Getting in and out was easy and the house was well appointed with towels and kitchen items. My only caution is if you require a freezing cold environment, this place won’t work for you as is today. I was fine but my friend felt hot even with the AC set to 70 degrees. A fan was in the house that helped a bit but that AC’s 70 degrees felt more like my home’s ambient 76. Again, not a problem for me but I know some people run very hot and like very cold homes. I would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay in Faye’s quiet, peaceful, and clean guesthouse. Great location not far from the Echo Canyon trailhead.

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!
