John-Paul was friendly and super attentive while we were there! The 5 of us enjoyed staying in the home and were able to do so comfortably. The pool was beautiful going from a few feet to DEEP and at the right temperature, open concepts in the living room toward the kitchen, the access to the washer and dryer was the icing on the cake. The only small recommendation is the decorations on the wall towards the bathroom. We would bump into them but I think that’s more on us being clumsy. Other than that it was a 100/10 experience. Would highly recommend

Anne's place was so wonderfully adorable and peaceful. Nestled a community where you feel safe, and close to Encanto park, which is a bonus! You almost don't feel like you're in Phoenix with the beautiful greenery in and around the house itself. The decor was adorable, and everything was clean and pristine. We really enjoyed our stay, and it meant a lot that I could bring our fur babies along as well. They just loved the backyard! Anne also gave us many recommendations with which we did try, and were very pleased. Thank you again for having us in your home and we look forward to staying again soon.

We had a wonderful stay! Andrew's place is gorgeous and very well appointed. The location is great and very accessible to Tempe and Mesa. There are many thoughtful details, and the home is designed to make guests feel at home and have fun. Very highly recommended.

The house was very beautiful, and that view was even more spectacular. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.. There were a few unreported dings and scratches to furniture and wall within the property, but once we notified the host they were addresses. Overall, great stay and host.

My group had a fantastic stay. We travel a lot for our sport’s team and this house had made it to the favorite position. Comfortable beds, fun touches throughout the house, great pool, and a great space for groups. We’d definitely recommend and come back.

The location was perfect. Walmart, Starbucks, Target, and Big 5 were all just minutes away. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed for cooking. The backyard was nicely set up. When our toddlers wanted to play outside, they could do so safely thanks to the gate separating the play area from the pool. The pool itself was clean, and our older boys absolutely loved it. We’re definitely planning to stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was amazing! We were out in AZ on business so we were out a lot, and this place made it so easy to wind down. The pool was very relaxing, and the outdoor seating area made for some great late night conversations. Sharif was also very communicative which was nice for when we needed something. Would definitely stay here again.

Described well. Feels like a well treated home. Plenty of kitchen utensils and essentials. Keurig set with water, pods and sugar alternatives set out, and plenty of small touches made this a great experience. Beds soft, master bed softest. Multiple hair dryers. Candles around the home to add to spa like atmosphere. Lighters, tape, flashlights, first aid, all great things kept in this home. A few pool float choices. Plenty of seating/lounging options (brown loungers no longer present). Outdoor TV area is nice and covered during wet nights. Careful sharp plants around pool area (pulled some towel threads that got caught). Host guidebook well laid out. Covered car parking space was helpful. Check out instructions not overwhelming. Wish checkout was a little later naturally to get more time to enjoy, but it's a big property I'm sure it takes a lot of time to get it sparkling the way we found it upon arrival. Oh and pool was clean great temp. No unexpected visitors during our stay was good.

I had a wonderful stay at Alane’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — very clean and well-kept, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, super close to all the attractions and everything I needed for my graduation weekend. Alane was extremely responsive and made communication easy throughout the entire stay. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves — the pool was a great bonus, especially with the hot Arizona weather. Thank you, Alane, for helping make such a special time even more memorable!

This place was as described! We had a small hiccup at check in (replacing a dishwasher and dryer took longer than anticipated) but they were very communicative and compensated us preemptively for our late check in. We were able to drop our bags off and do some shopping while we waited. Pool area was nice, although there are mosquitos and it’s hot so bring your sunscreen and off! We had to clean the grill to use it, and some rugs weren’t put down, but since our check in was wonky we chalked it up to that. If you’re staying awhile grab some extra garbage bags and ziplocs - there aren’t a lot of storage containers. Kitchen is pretty well stocked - some more steaks knives would be helpful and a few more coffee mugs although the mugs are huge! We asked a few questions while we were there and always always had a super timely response. Overall - great stay!

Amazing, amazing stay at the Tempe Jewel. We were in town for a whole week hosting different family members for ASU graduation. Every need we had was anticipated by the hosts, this house is completely stocked with conveniences. We spent every morning on the patio by the pool with our coffee and fire going if it was a little cool. We took grad pictures by the pool and beautiful bougainvillea. The beds were so comfy, the sofas comfortable for several people, plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space, 10 minutes from the airport, campus and anything else. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Thank you!!!

The house was very nice. It was clean and supplied a lot of things we needed for a short stay. The host is very friendly and responsive. It was a quiet neighborhood which helped with our last few days of relaxing on our vacation.

We loved staying at Mishka’s place! Everything was exactly as advertised! Looking forward to our next trip back!

Jeremy home was amazing, the pictures of the home looked exactly how it looks on the pictures, the home was very clean and comfortable the kids couldn't stay out of the arcade room which gave us adults the time to enjoy the beautiful big back yard the adults loved sitting out on the porch drinking coffee or having a glass of wine with a much-needed conversation over dinner. I will highly recommend Jeremy home to anyone that is deciding to visit Arizona and has family or friends close to the Tempe area I will definitely book this home again.

We had a great stay! The backyard was so pretty and the pool super refreshing! The home was very nice and had everything we needed and more! It was super clean and the neighborhood was really nice too! We’d choose to stay here again anytime we came up to Tempe!

Had a terrific stay! I was in town for work and I felt like I was in my own apartment! Neat, clean,and very well equipped in all aspects for being away from home!

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

Quiet place and very comfortable!

The place was great! We’re locals who had an emergency flood and were able to book same day. Gabriel’s place is located in a great area with parks, groceries and the highway easily accessible. The place itself was great, backyard was roomy with an alley behind so no worries about my dog or noises

Such a nice little place in a great neighborhood! We felt right at home and Kelsey had some ice water for us in the fridge, which was great! We enjoyed the pool quite a bit! It is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

I really have to compliment Dana on her willingness to accommodate a few things as we got closer to our trip. She was very warm and friendly. Special bonus: the showers are AMAZING!

John and Lynor are wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome. The place was well appointed with so many details and amenities. We enjoyed coffee on our private patio, lounging by the pool, and the pets. The dogs are very well behaved and we had fun feeding the tortoise. The master bed and pullout couch was comfortable and the air conditioner kept us cool. We enjoyed the proximity to South Mountain for a hike and a sunset view, and we took a day trip to Sedona. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we loved chilling out at our place after a busy day. Yoga at the Farm at South Mountain was amazing! Highly recommend.

Beautiful place. Clean, spacious and in an excellent neighborhood! Loved staying here, and will come back here again during my next visit.
