It was my first booking through Airbnb. So first it's a little skeptical because it didn't get a review of the apartment at that time. But what can I say after I booked, I immediately received an answer from Uwe and many questions could be answered directly once. So the ice was quickly broken and trust there. Uwe provides his guests with many helpful tips, checks in and takes care of it. The apartment is a dream, as can already be seen from the description. The amenities are top, TV in both rooms. One of them even with Smart TV function for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. The location is also great, just under 100 m away from the beach and the pier. The apartment is out the back, so it is also beautifully quiet. This way you get little of the hustle and bustle on the other side. The underground parking space is also very convenient. Thus, if necessary, the search for a parking space is omitted. It doesn't get any better than this. I can only pass on Uwe's tips for Waffelmaik or the Strandkate restaurant. Those in the mood for a good Italian restaurant are in good hands at La Trattoria in Zingst. It is best to book a table at the restaurants. Could be tight otherwise. All in all, a great starting point for excursions e.g. by Darß train, a Bodden tour, a bike tour (bike rental in the same building) or a trip to Prerow. I can 100% recommend the apartment. Top landlords, great apartment, great location. That's all you can say.

Ideal with a dog, out the front door and practically already on the beach. I loved it at 6 a.m. with both dogs along the sea and the beach belongs only to us. Nicely quiet location. You can also go out the front door and to the left you are almost in the forest and can hike there for miles. You can also get to Sassnitz quickly by car.

We had a wonderful four days in this enchanting apartment. Apart from the priceless view of the sea from the beach chair on the balcony, the apartment left nothing to be desired. Everything is furnished and coordinated with each other with a view to detail. A lot of effort was put into the furnishings. The apartment is modern and clean, with all the necessary technology you need. The little ones were also thought of. After watching the sunset in the beach chair, we made ourselves comfortable by the fireplace in the cozy leather armchairs. The advance communication was also great, we got a lot of tips about excursion destinations and restaurants before arrival. An all-round successful holiday. We will definitely be back!! We loved the apartment in Rostock and found Chris & Antje very helpful. Well equipped & comfortable. Easy access to transport. Enjoyed an afternoon at Warnemünde for a swim. Wish we had longer to explore! Thank you both.

Mark is a friendly and helpful host. He was always approachable and ready to help and advice. In the huge garden, we could use the gas grill and 5 well-maintained bicycles. The apartment was very quiet, a car is useful for activities. In particular, the bright, open living room has a very nice atmosphere. We have filled up very well and would be happy to come back.

I gave my parents a wedding anniversary an extended weekend at Katrin& Wolfgang's in Plietschen Duut. They report enthusiastically: Great, clean accommodation with really nice landlords who communicate nicely with the guests from the start. In the apartment we didn't miss anything, we felt very comfortable there, overlooking the Bodden. We would have liked to have stayed longer and will definitely be back. Communication with Katrin regarding the gift in advance was great! Glad to come back.

We stayed in this magnificent apartment for 4 days and as described we had a view from the terrace over the fields to the promised sea view. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed great sunsets in the most amazing colors. The apartment is so well equipped with everything that infants are also welcome. (Crib, chair, potty, foot bench) We have very often rented an apartment for short breaks, but none corresponded to the photos and description of Martina's. Big compliment. We are happy to recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back ourselves.

Susann's accommodation is really great. We immediately felt very comfortable and at home. Everything was very clean, really lovingly and very tastefully furnished. From there, you can easily and quickly reach many sights, cities and beaches by car. Very quiet location with a view of the water and a beautiful well-kept garden. I highly recommend it! A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much, the home was equipped with everything we needed, the location is perfect and the views from the backyard and the balcony are breathtaking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is the perfect getaway!

We had a few relaxing days in the accommodation of Uwe & Birte. The cozy cottage is idyllically located in the countryside, surrounded by forest and fields. The Bodden is also just a few minutes' walk away. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired - everything you need is there. Particularly practical: There were free bicycles available, with which we could explore the surroundings wonderfully. If you have any questions, Uwe was quick to reach and very helpful.

The check-in was very easy, we arrived two hours early on Rügen due to a lack of traffic jams and were able to enter the house immediately. The whole house was very clean, no dust particles to be seen far and wide. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are also very nice. The beds are comfortable, we have the same mattresses at home😉. Parking is available on the property in the driveway (2 parking spaces). If you want to go on excursions and explore many great corners of Rügen, you should arrive by car. Overall a very nice vacation home and everything as described. Clear recommendation!

Everything was absolutely amazing! We were a group of friends that stayed for a few days for an event and we couldn’t have asked for more. The views of the town were gorgeous, perfect for dinners or card game nights as a background. The weather was great and we had outdoor seating to enjoy our meals. We were 10 minutes walking from the harbor where you can easily find restaurants. Lisbet was very easy to talk to and it was genuinely perfect for our little stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Ricky's place. The house was perfectly equipped for 2 to 3 people. The kitchen was perfectly equipped even if you forgot something, filter bags,coffee, sugar or salt, everything was available. From the living room and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the Bodden. The bathroom was big enough and very clean. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

Caroline's apartment was perfect for us. We were two for a short trip to Warnemünde and felt right at home here. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the living room and bedroom are very cozy and the bathroom is clean and modern. The beach, restaurants and cafés are just a few steps away, yet the apartment is quite quiet. We'll be back.

The place matched the description and is set within the grounds of a manor in beautiful surroundings. What you need to be aware of is that there is no living room, but only two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There is also no TV. Since we only needed the apartment to stay overnight, that was OK. Cell phone reception with Telekom was rather poor, but the Wi-Fi worked well. We had suggested to Hartmut to set up bedside lamps. There were only ceiling lights, which were dimmable, but maybe one wants to read and the other sleep.

Cozy apartment just off the Peene We were in Loitz over New Year's Eve and felt very comfortable in Ms. Daus's apartment. The apartment is very lovingly equipped and invites you to linger in winter. There are plenty of novels, DVDs, and information about the area. We thank Ms. Daus for her warmth, her useful tips and her super tasty places :-)

We felt very comfortable, the apartment met exactly our taste and there was everything we needed during the week. For us as a family of 4, it was the perfect place to vacation on the Baltic Sea: shopping right next door, Italian right around the corner and the beach is within walking distance. The apartment is practical and nicely furnished. It is very quiet and you have a good starting position for things to do.

We stayed with Felix over New Year's Eve because our dog panics about fireworks/crackers. Since we were told that this would take place on the beach, but in fact it was not, but on the premises itself, this was unfortunately a big problem for us personally (which the landlord is not to blame for). Otherwise, the apartment was equipped with everything necessary (although it would have been nice to find hand soap) and we had a good time there. The beach within walking distance is clean and highly recommended. Felix was available, responded quickly and there was another contact option for questions/problems. Check-in and check-out were convenient and flexible. Thank you!
