the apartment is super nice, clean and with all the amenities, just as a suggestion, the fan is not enough for the whole apartment, in this hot season we needed air conditioning or at least 2 more.

This is a very spacious spot, walking distance from so many things. It really is a great place to stay, for the price, in the center of aguas. The terrace was so beautifullll, it was my favorite part! It’s a very cute, airy, space with lots of light. The WiFi worked great. A few things to note is that the parking spot can be tight (as is normal here), so cars larger than a compact SUV would be hard to maneuver in and out. Some of the amenities and furniture in the kitchen/bath etc are outdated, but this wasn’t bothersome to me.

We enjoyed the stay at Keila's house. Soriana is at the corner, public transport is very close and there is a weekly market only 4 corners from the house. Easy acces to big parks and downtown. The house is well equipped, 2 garrofons of water were waiting for us. Keila is a great host, was proactive and even helped us to refill the water.

The location is incredible, we had a meeting at the San Marcos Island Convention Center and it was 10 minutes away by car, we went to eat downtown and it was also 10 minutes away by car. There is an Oxxo almost in front and two well-stocked mini-supermarkets 5 minutes' walk away and they deliver to your home. The place has private security who are very friendly. The area is quiet. The house has hot water, is clean, fresh and comfortable. The only detail we noticed is that at night there is an unpleasant smell from a nearby river. Everything else is perfect. We felt very comfortable in the house and will surely return.

The house was very clean and nice. Equipped with everything you need for your stay. Yaeline was attentive to our questions and was quick to answer.

The truth is that everything was very nice and comfortable, the water was hot, very nice, really! I would definitely come back!

A pretty nice place, the view of the sunset is very nice with those windows. the place was as shown in the pictures. overall the quiet environment, good for making home office :)

The apartment is very nice

This is the third time I have stayed here, and it has always been the best decision, the property is very clean, spacious, comfortable, secure. Communication with Fer has always been cordial and fits the hours we ask for. I highly recommend it, and of course I'm going to stay there again 👍🏻

The apartment is excellent, you feel at home and it is identical to the photographs. What I liked most was that it is inside a very safe subdivision, and Carlos is certainly an excellent host, he is always attentive and is very kind and accessible. I loved it, I would definitely go back when visiting Aguascalientes.
