Lovely apartment just a short walk away from the beach and the pleasure. Living room, kitchen, a double bedroom, bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the placeta. Air conditioning with a heat pump, washing machine, microwave, wifi, is rented complete with sheets and cotton towels. But its great appeal lies on the roof top with fantastic views of the bay, equipped with table chairs and sun loungers, a corner of a special magic. Ideal for couples. Dogs are NOT allowed.

Ceiling fans are also available through-out. High-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic). The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. Nearly in front of the beach (2 minutes) and overlooking the sea from the two terraces, it is part of a very well-kept urbanization, located within the same village. Great for family holidays and enjoy the wonderful enclave of Cabo de Gata-Níjar Park. The village has a nice sandy beach, various restaurants, small shops and a supermarket, as well as canoe rental and diving center. Relaxation guaranteed!

I know Cabo de Gata Nature Park perfectly and live near lead cove and middle cove.
