Beach house holiday rentals in Agnes Water

The views from the kitchen, deck and lounge room were wonderful, and changed all day with the tides and the sunsets. Photos don't do it justice. The beach house was fresh and casual, with all the essentials and no fussy kitschy beachy clutter. The beds were super-comfy and the area was surprisingly quiet: There were plenty of birds and it was butterfly heaven, but no ruckus of squawking crows, cicadas or lorikeets. We greatly appreciated all the little provisions like bug spray and a torch, some condiments, cleaning products and full sized bottles instead of the harsh, nasty little motel portions. We were VERY happy with house AND the location & would recommend this house whole-heartedly. Accessed the beaches from the track at the bottom of the hill and walked over pristine beaches to Rusty's for coffee and battered fish! Walked way out over the sandbars at low tide. Swam in the shallows. (Be aware that internet access on the hill is patchy everywhere).

The house was a good size for 7 people. (mum/dad & 5 boys 16-21) We did not feel like we were on top of each other. Nice size backyard, which alot of cricket was played. The fire pit was well used for the 7 days we were there @ night. Ample space to park two cars and a double jet ski trailer. The beach was only a 5 minute walk from the property. The property also caters for a dog. We brought our dog with us, a chihuahua. The backyard is fully fenced. Close drive to launch our jet ski's. They had all amenities that we needed. I highly recommend this property for a larger group. Thank you so much we had a FANTASTIC time.

We were in Agnes Water for a family wedding, with other family members staying in the same community, which made the logistics all very easy. The property itself was delightful, the adjacent amenities were spotless and the whole community within the gates felt very secure and safe Would recommend anyone travelling with a large group as the bedrooms and bathrooms can be configured to fit a lot of people Rebecca and the teams communication was excellent with our few questions as we checked in and figured out the entry system

Cozy and comfortable! We were lucky to be able to book it on short notice and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the easy access to a sweet little downtown and of course the beaches.

A group of 9 of us stayed at Rebecca’s property for 2 nights. The property was beautiful and looked even better than the photos! A short walk to the beach and we even saw kangaroos. The property was beautifully decorated and you could tell a lot of thought had gone into furnishing the place. The decking area was especially great and we enjoyed many meals outside. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at the property and would definitely stay here again! Rebecca gave clear instructions regarding check in and check out and responded promptly to any queries we had. Overall a 10 out of 10 stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Anne’s place. The house is amazing with great beach access. The views from the top deck were fantastic - we saw whales offshore nearly every day! Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and our spoodle. Highly recommend!

Joanna and Anita made the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. Lady Agnes is fully equipped with everything you could need and more. The home offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the beach, the beds are very comfortable, and the outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying meals throughout the day. As a family of five, we found the main lounge area a bit limited - we couldn’t all fit onto the couch, the additional chairs weren’t very comfortable for movie nights. Also, the path leading from the beach access stairs could use some maintenance. It’s quite rocky, and the area is covered in spiky weeds that stick to everything and can be painful if stepped on. Overall, it’s the perfect house to relax, unwind, and surf your heart out from morning till night. We will be back for sure and thanks for having us 🫶

Our group really enjoyed our stay. House estate was very impressive. Was lovely to watch birdlife and lily pond wildlife activity. House was comfortable. Thank you Chrissy and your Lily Pad House.

Just magic. 7 adults, 3 little kiddos the separate room-bathroom areas provided individual spaces but felt connected because of the large open family kitchen and outdoor balcony. Provided our family unity and their own private getaway areas. Would work well for a small group. Sunrise is a privilege to behold at Carly's. Particularly enjoyed full access to two resort-styled pools and beach access. Functionality, Carly's place provides for the cooks but is also close to wonderful local shops, 24/7 during the Easter holiday. Beds comfortable, towels plentiful, we stayed 4 days; we only left our accommodation once to restock. Witnessed some amazing wildlife in their natural habitat at Carly's (make sure you stick to the paths), but never felt unsafe, even with twin 2-year-olds riding around in the home area on their trikes. Property safe and secure. None beach families need to pay attention to local advice as beaches unsupervised. Carly great to communicate with. Highly recommend love!

We had a wonderful stay. The place had everything we needed. Bedrooms are generous in size. Kitchen and bathroom are spacious . 500m walk to the nearest beach and the place being pet friendly is a bonus. Kids loved the pool.

Great stay in Agnes Waters! Chrissy was fantastic to deal with. Beds were comfy, had everything you could think of in the kitchen, lots of space inside and out for our group. Would book again. (Description is correct - if you have toddlers / older folk who can't handle stairs than this is not the place for you). Fantastic for everyone in between!

We have stayed here twice now and are still in love with this beautiful home. The check in and check out process was smooth and the home was well equipped with everything we needed.

We loved our stay here . The house was great everything we needed was there . Easy to get to the beach and within walking distance to all that we needed . The view from the top deck was great not to mention the sunsets . Now to mention the 70 steps up to the house keeps you fit a few alittle bit steep for short legs or for kids . Pool was great . Thank you for having us we look forward to another stay we loved the house .

We spent a week at Point Break, and had a brilliant time. We were blessed with glorious weather, and access to the stunning beach from the private estate took only a few minutes walk, easily done laden with SUPs/beach chairs/beach umbrellas, etc The swimming pool and pool table gave us plenty of enjoyable hours without leaving the property at all. There were shops and cafes within easy walking distance, if you don’t want to use your car. House was very well set up with comfortable furnishings, and plenty of kitchen appliances, including an air fryer, coffee pod machine, built-in ice-maker and Weber bbq on the deck. Highly recommended!

Drishti was the perfect place for two families (8 people). It had everything we needed and loads of space to spread out. Kids had the great downstairs space and adults upstairs (win, win). Great location within Sunrise at 1770 and walk to everything we needed. Such a beautiful spot to spend a week or two. Love to come back soon.

The property presented very well. Brooke helped a lot with ensuring that we were comfortable with small children about. Products in the bathrooms were very good (according to our partners), beds are brilliant, nice well-maintained pool with supplied beach towels, great deck/outdoor area. A very peaceful site and great access to the beach and town. House notes were of great help. All in all, a very good location and experience. Thanks Brooke and Jason.

This place is heaven on earth. Will defiantly be back! Stunning location, super comfy beds, and an added bonus of the communal pool in the estate, it’s stunning!!

A very spacious home overlooking Chinamans Beach in the gorgeous Agnes Waters. This gated community is so quiet and set in gorgeous bushland with a private path to an almost private beach! Gorgeous nature, walks and privacy and walking distance to the Estate’s huge pool, tennis/volleyball/basketball courts and BbQ facilities. This house and estate are very high quality and one of our favourite spots in Australia. Great surf too on a North Facing beach with some flatter days for the less confident swimmers.

Lovely holiday home in a stunning location: feels as though you are all alone surrounded by nature with beach only a few minutes walk away, whereas in reality the centre of town is very close. The home is unusual in its layout but has that holiday vibe throughout. Breezy deck means you don't really even need air conditioning. Only thing missing is a bbq. The place does have a grill but a bbq would be a cherry on top.

Very comfortable stay. Well appointed and clean with effective air con, which was very appreciated. Great location near to shops and short drive to 1770 , marina and restaurants.

A beautiful home that has the beachy vibe that perfectly suits the location. Open plan living with a good size deck that is a sun trap and is where we spent most of our time. Fully equipped with everything you require for a comfortable stay. Pet-friendly with a fully fenced front garden and some cute touches like a dog bed. Perfect for 2-4 people; with only one bathroom it might be challenging to accommodate more. Peaceful location in a cul de sac and an easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Jasmin is a responsive host. Highly recommended.

Large house with loads of space. Very well equipped throughout. Clean and comfortable. The host, Charlotte, was extremely responsive and reverted in less than 10 mins every time. Very flexible too, as we had to alter our dates.
