Separate from the main house, fully renovated, self-contained one room unit, with your own off-street parking, private entrance and outdoor BBQ area. Easy walking distance to river and boat ramp. Our village has a well stocked Food Works, Butcher and Bakery, or you walk up to the pub for a drink and a meal. Enjoy a coffee by the river, and if you are lucky, you may see Dugongs grazing on the river grass. Unfortunately, as much as we would like to, we cannot accommodate your fury friends.

In the country yet very central, with Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Childers 25-30 mins drive, or Burrum Heads & Toogoom beaches 15-20 mins drive. It is not attached to the main house, but still close enough to the house we live in. I can provide a travel cot for an infant if required. The studio set back from the road. The rear garden offers a shady area to relax. There is off road parking Only 15 minutes drive to a number of beautiful safe beaches and parks.
