The house was very spacious, with awesome terraces and views over the Aegean Sea. It takes some time driving the gravel roads but it is absolutely manageable. You need to have your own car. The pool could have been a bit cleaner and the cushions outside the other houses of the estate looked a bit worn off.

We stayed in this amazing house for 15 days. It was so beautiful that we didn’t want to go out!! Tastefully furnished, with an infinity pool and, just under the house, the sea to dive into! Maria was an excellent host to help with everything.

I can not even find the words to express how amazing my stay was at this villa. We had the best time and one of, if not my best work vacation to date. an absolute dream to book with. I almost wish I have an excuse to speak to her everyday! the villa is well equipped, there is nothing you could want/need that's not there- I mean coffee machine, kitchen utensils everything is fantastic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property on a picturesque island, and it was an unforgettable experience. The house offered unlimited views of the sea, which was truly breathtaking. The house itself was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone to feel comfortable and at ease. Our stay at the house by the sea in Kea was truly memorable. From the moment we crossed the threshold, we realized that we had found the perfect destination for our family. The sea view was simply stunning. Every morning, we would wake up to the sound of the waves and the feeling of the salty breeze that fills us with positive energy. The sunny days we spent enjoying the sea from our terrace, while in the evenings we spent watching the sunset with admiration. The residence was exactly what we had imagined. The fact that it was by the sea and had a beautiful pool made it even more attractive. Our kids enjoyed endless hours of play by the pool, and their experience from the beach was just unsurpassed. It's worth noting that the house was spotless clean. Every corner reflected the attention paid to detail and care for the comfort of guests.

Position is perfect and the view from the infinity pool is magnificent specially when sunset. Despite we were there during 15th August which is the peak of the season was very quiet and there are 3 organisés beaches on walking distance I suggest for family looking to relax also place has a big bbq and fully equipped kitchen. U need a car to visit rest of the island and shopping. Ideal for charging batteries

The villa is in an amazing location overlooking the sea and sunsets, minutes walk from the beautiful Xyla beach. It was clean and very well presented per the photos. Maria was incredibly helpful in organising ferries and providing local information on the island which has so many great places to visit.

Villa Juno is a beautiful house with breathtaking views and an amazing pool. We loved our stay there, and felt privileged every night to sit on the amazing terrace watching the sun go down. All the bedrooms are equally nice and spacious and it suited our family of eight perfectly. We were there in May/June and it was hot and the sea was warm enough to swim, but there were hardly any other people on the lovely beaches. We loved walking around the old town and visiting the beaches. We would recommend a 4x4 for easy access to the house and some of the beaches.

Beautiful villa with infinity pool (salty) and sea view, a huge favorite for the outdoor spaces. Beautifully decorated and very well-equipped . I recommend without hesitation!!! Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 4 children . We'll be happy to go back.

Andreas house is outstanding. Very quiet location, yet only a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beach on the island as well as the bustling towns of Korissia, Vourkari and Ioulis. Plus spectacular sea views and sunsets of all colors. The house is perfectly furnished and equipped (the ceiling fans saved our nights), not too impersonal, but not too much private either. You feel like you are staying with friends. Andreas and Eirini are always responsive and very, very friendly. And last: The photos can only approximate the house - it is much better!

We enjoyed every second of the breath-taking views and tranquillity in Villa Olivis, the perfect place to decompress. The location is immaculate as this part of the island is full of olive trees and small farms, more lush in vegetation than the port side, and only a few minutes from the pretty village of Loulida and the beautiful secluded beaches of Sykamia, Kalidonychi and Spathi . This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax with friends or family, the layout of the villa is great as all bedrooms feel private, whilst the common areas are open planned. The house itself is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped for families and friends’ holidays, and has lots of outside space, which we loved. We really appreciated the warm and precise communication; the host is professional and very friendly at the same time!

This is our 4th time returning to Kea Island... Anna's villa is the best and most beautiful of the villas we have rented on the island. This villa offers an amazing spotlight and a view of the sunset. A very well-maintained flower garden with very nice corners to have an aperitif and especially to nap every day in the shade. In terms of amenities, everything was perfect! We didn't want for anything. The garden furniture is of very good quality that offer real comfort to lounge by the pool which is very well maintained. The pool is top notch! The villa is located on the heights of Kea (above Loulida) By scooter: 5 minutes from Loulida, 15 minutes from the port, 30 minutes from Koundouros etc... Anna is a "super host." A very nice person. She greeted us at the port and was kind enough to accompany us to the villa. We highly recommend the villa. WONDERFUL STAY!!! Thank you Anna

Beautiful spacious house with a wonderful vibe in a brilliant location. Ideal for two couples with single kids. Quite remote (shops, restaurants not immediately nearby) but in a neighborhood with other villas so neighbors nearby. Ideal for those looking for peace, away from the crowds. Neatly and cozily furnished. Everything you need is there. Wifi and air conditioning worked well ;-). Beds, sheets, towels: fine. Kitchen a bit on the small side, for larger company a bit narrow in terms of work space, but it works. Technical problem with the sink was solved immediately by the house keeper who also took care of the maintenance of the pool. Very smooth communication with sympathetic owner. During our stay, the lighting of the pool was not working, but I assume this will be restored soon. The view of the neighbors' terrace (due to several holes in the partition wall) and therefore also the other way around, but the neighbors are very friendly. Very nice beach at the bottom of the house.

Elissavet is a wonderful host, very responsive and responsible. Unfortunately we did not receive the exact gps coordinates prior to trying to get to her place, so we struggled finding it, but she instantly solved this, when she realised we did not have the exact location. We took our family and our dog to the house and we had such a wonderful time. The house is nice to fit 6 people. The outside is perfect, the view, the various places to sit and relax, the outside dining area. I think we were the first visitors of the season. All the pillows had brand new covers. The kitchen was lacking a few appliances (4 table knives for 6 people), but that probably had to do with the start of the season. We really loved our stay and the helpful host.

Great hospitality. The house is simply great, perfect for two families. The view is fantastic and the house includes everything one could wish for whether it is inside or in the rest areas outdoor. The location is close to great beaches although it is a tough call to leave the cool house and pool.

Irini’s place is a real gem, a paradise on earth! If you are looking for peace of mind and relaxation this is the place to be! The house is very well equipped and only 5 minutes from Kea’s town where you can find anything you need. It’s definitely a 5* recommendation!

The view from the house is something out of a magazine, especially at sunset. Getting there: We followed Elena's instructions and it was very easy to get to the house. We had a compact rental car and did not encounter any issues, so 4x4 is not needed at all. Check In: Very simple and timely. The property caretaker, Telis, met us at the property, opened it up, and showed us around. While he does not speak English, he still showed us what needed to be shown (water heater, pool lighting, etc.) The House: The house smells excellent, as there are scent sticks in each room that are very pleasant. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all furnished and stocked very nicely and with thought. For example, we noticed that the bunk beds each have a small perch and outlet to charge your phone and rest it on the perch. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, the bunk bed room, and a room we used as a master. The "master" has a large terrace overlooking the pool and the view, but the view isn't visible from the bed. The rooms share a bathroom that is in the hallway that is the most spacious of the house. Downstairs there is another bedroom that can be used as a master with its own bathroom. By the front door there is another full bathroom. All of the showers are a bit cramped for 2 people, but the water pressure was great and the soaps are of quality. The infinity pool is excellent and is bigger than it looks in the pictures, however, it is not heated so it may be cold for some, especially at night. The View and the Cove: The View is straight out of a magazine, no pictures can do it any justice, it was the most incredible view my wife and I have had in any country. The small cove is incredible and you feel as if you have a private beach with a view of the sunset. It is fairly easy to get to, although it may be a bit slippery for an older individual or child to get to on their own. Location: A car is heavily recommended for your stay on Kea. The house is a beautiful 30 minute drive from the main port, about 15 minutes from Illouis, and 10 minutes from Pisses beach. Elena recommended us a quiet restaurant named Margaritha and it was one of the best meals we had in our time in Greece. Very authentic Greek food, very affordable, and only about 10 minutes driving. Many more options in Vourkari (near the port) and Ioulida. Privacy: As of September of 2022, most of the neighbors' houses are unfinished. The houses above and overlooking this one are lived in, however, only one of the houses to the sides is finished, so it was very quiet during our stay. None of the houses can see you down by the Cove.
