This place is picture perfect; we absolutely loved it! The pool, the outdoor space, the nearly private beach - all of it makes for the ideal Greek getaway. The home is very secluded. It takes about 15 minutes over very rough roads to get to this part of the island and once you’re there, you’re there. In other words, there is nothing to do but enjoy the house and the beach. That is exactly what we were looking for and this home delivered in spades. We have zero complaints but one suggestion for the owners. It would be great if there was a paid service where guests could provide a grocery list and have the groceries waiting at the house upon arrival for a fee. It’s a very bumpy ride into town and back, and this would help guests get settled in even faster. Again, this is not a complaint at all, but rather a suggestion for an add-on service that others might also appreciate and be willing to pay for. We will definitely be back!!

Super host, fast in answering all questions and giving a lot of indications and tips about the island. The property is huge and every house has all the comfort...are independent one from each other for the best privacy as well with a lot of common exterior spaces where to gather for eating or spending time together. Superbe location with a gorgeous view on the sea. Quiet and strategically location if you want to visit a the island. For sure we're gonna return!

Kiki est une hôte très attentionnée, prévenante et disponible... aux petits soins pour que les vacances se passent au mieux. Elle nous a recommandé un taxi entre l'aéroport et Lavrio, une location de zodiac et nous a même trouvé une maison pour la dernière nuit à Kéa, complétant la disponibilité de sa maison. La villa est grande, très propre et parfaitement équipée . La terrasse est particulièrement agréable avec du mobilier confortable. Une mention +++ pour la piscine qui est extraordinaire ! The villa is beautiful the pictures do not do justice. It is decorated beautifully, its clean and fully equipped. The patio and pool are heavenly very private and serene. The property boasts aircons on every room and 3 tvs to keep the children busy if needed. The road to the villa requires a car and night time driving has to be slow and careful but was not an issue for us. The host is superb responsive and super kind. We arrived late due to boat cancellations and there was a receptionist waiting for us to show us around And make sure we are comfortable. I highly recommend this 5 star property weather its for family or romantic couples holiday. Thank u for everything Giorgos and Aurellia

The property was stunning, and the host was welcoming and kind. The island itself is gorgeous, and I loved relaxing by the pool while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea. Everything was super nice and I’ll definitely recomend visitng this place!

We enjoyed every second of the breath-taking views and tranquillity in Villa Olivis, the perfect place to decompress. The location is immaculate as this part of the island is full of olive trees and small farms, more lush in vegetation than the port side, and only a few minutes from the pretty village of Loulida and the beautiful secluded beaches of Sykamia, Kalidonychi and Spathi . This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax with friends or family, the layout of the villa is great as all bedrooms feel private, whilst the common areas are open planned. The house itself is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped for families and friends’ holidays, and has lots of outside space, which we loved. We really appreciated the warm and precise communication; the host is professional and very friendly at the same time!

Cozy villa with a good location and layout. Lovely terrace with a view of the sea and the harbor. Walking distance to the harbor and a nice beach. We were five adults and two children, we had a great time in this villa.

Elissavet is a wonderful host, very responsive and responsible. Unfortunately we did not receive the exact gps coordinates prior to trying to get to her place, so we struggled finding it, but she instantly solved this, when she realised we did not have the exact location. We took our family and our dog to the house and we had such a wonderful time. The house is nice to fit 6 people. The outside is perfect, the view, the various places to sit and relax, the outside dining area. I think we were the first visitors of the season. All the pillows had brand new covers. The kitchen was lacking a few appliances (4 table knives for 6 people), but that probably had to do with the start of the season. We really loved our stay and the helpful host.

What a beautiful home! So nice we never wanted to leave - which is perhaps the only risk.. you won’t see as much of the island. But honestly, everything you need within 50 meters and the most wonderful hosts and help on hand. Hope to be back one day!

Position is perfect and the view from the infinity pool is magnificent specially when sunset. Despite we were there during 15th August which is the peak of the season was very quiet and there are 3 organisés beaches on walking distance I suggest for family looking to relax also place has a big bbq and fully equipped kitchen. U need a car to visit rest of the island and shopping. Ideal for charging batteries

The villa is in an amazing location overlooking the sea and sunsets, minutes walk from the beautiful Xyla beach. It was clean and very well presented per the photos. Maria was incredibly helpful in organising ferries and providing local information on the island which has so many great places to visit.

Villa Juno is a beautiful house with breathtaking views and an amazing pool. We loved our stay there, and felt privileged every night to sit on the amazing terrace watching the sun go down. All the bedrooms are equally nice and spacious and it suited our family of eight perfectly. We were there in May/June and it was hot and the sea was warm enough to swim, but there were hardly any other people on the lovely beaches. We loved walking around the old town and visiting the beaches. We would recommend a 4x4 for easy access to the house and some of the beaches.

Le logement d’Anna est un paradis ! Nous avons passé sept jours entre piscine et excursions dans les belles plages aux alentours et dans petites villes grecques typique. L’espace est parfait car chacun a sa petite maison privée, avec salle de bain. Et l’espace commun devant la piscine est juste incroyable. La cuisine est super bien équipé, idéal pour cuisiner et faire des plats à déguster sur la terrasse. Il y a plein de petits endroits cachés où pouvoir lire un livre, dessiner ou juste se reposer. Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables, tout est fait et penser pour passer des vacances merveilleuses. Anna a toujours été Disponible, et ça a été un vrai plaisir de la rencontrer. La seule chose à savoir, et qu’il faut être un bon conducteur pour faire la montée en voiture, mais cette montée vaut le détour!

C'est la 4ème fois que nous retournons sur l'île de Kea... La villa d'Anna est la meilleure et la plus belle des villas que nous avons louées sur l'île. Cette villa offre un spot incroyable et une vue sur le coucher du soleil. Un jardin fleuri très bien entretenu avec des coins très sympas pour prendre l'apéritif et surtout pour faire la sieste tous les jours à l'ombre. En terme d'équipements, tout était parfait ! nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les meubles de jardin sont de très bonne qualité qui offrent un vrai confort pour se prélasser au bord de la piscine qui est très bien entretenu. La piscine est top ! La villa est située sur les hauteurs de Kea (au dessus de Loulida) En scooter : 5 mn de Loulida, 15 mn du port, 30 mn de Koundouros etc... Anna est un "super host". Une personne très sympathique. Elle nous a accueillis au port et a eu la gentillesse de nous accompagner à la villa. Nous recommandons très fortement la villa. MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR !!! Merci Anna

Great hospitality. The house is simply great, perfect for two families. The view is fantastic and the house includes everything one could wish for whether it is inside or in the rest areas outdoor. The location is close to great beaches although it is a tough call to leave the cool house and pool.

Irini’s place is a real gem, a paradise on earth! If you are looking for peace of mind and relaxation this is the place to be! The house is very well equipped and only 5 minutes from Kea’s town where you can find anything you need. It’s definitely a 5* recommendation!

Dette var et fantastisk opphold fra vi kom til vi dro! Måtte rett og slett klype oss i armen flere ganger, så vakkert og spesielt er dette stedet. Bildene og beskrivelsen yter det ikke rettferdighet. En fredelig, men spektakulær beliggenhet hvor du definitivt bør ha bil for å komme deg til og rundt på øya. Et sted hvor du virkelig kan få ned pulsen og nyte late dager. Innenfor en halvtimes kjøretur finner du mange vakre strender og gode restauranter. Vil også fremheve de «små» tingene som gjorde dette til en så fin opplevelse; små krukker med honning fra øya og oregano, en flaske vin i kjøleskapet og et lite medisinskrin. Så mye omtanke og kjærlighet! Angeliki tok oss godt i mot og var hjelpsom under hele oppholdet. Leiligheten har alt du trenger av utstyr/fasiliteter. Nikoç var også veldig vennlig og imøtekommende. Vi håper vi får muligheten til å komme tilbake! Tusen takk for oss ❤️

The view from the house is something out of a magazine, especially at sunset. Getting there: We followed Elena's instructions and it was very easy to get to the house. We had a compact rental car and did not encounter any issues, so 4x4 is not needed at all. Check In: Very simple and timely. The property caretaker, Telis, met us at the property, opened it up, and showed us around. While he does not speak English, he still showed us what needed to be shown (water heater, pool lighting, etc.) The House: The house smells excellent, as there are scent sticks in each room that are very pleasant. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all furnished and stocked very nicely and with thought. For example, we noticed that the bunk beds each have a small perch and outlet to charge your phone and rest it on the perch. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, the bunk bed room, and a room we used as a master. The "master" has a large terrace overlooking the pool and the view, but the view isn't visible from the bed. The rooms share a bathroom that is in the hallway that is the most spacious of the house. Downstairs there is another bedroom that can be used as a master with its own bathroom. By the front door there is another full bathroom. All of the showers are a bit cramped for 2 people, but the water pressure was great and the soaps are of quality. The infinity pool is excellent and is bigger than it looks in the pictures, however, it is not heated so it may be cold for some, especially at night. The View and the Cove: The View is straight out of a magazine, no pictures can do it any justice, it was the most incredible view my wife and I have had in any country. The small cove is incredible and you feel as if you have a private beach with a view of the sunset. It is fairly easy to get to, although it may be a bit slippery for an older individual or child to get to on their own. Location: A car is heavily recommended for your stay on Kea. The house is a beautiful 30 minute drive from the main port, about 15 minutes from Illouis, and 10 minutes from Pisses beach. Elena recommended us a quiet restaurant named Margaritha and it was one of the best meals we had in our time in Greece. Very authentic Greek food, very affordable, and only about 10 minutes driving. Many more options in Vourkari (near the port) and Ioulida. Privacy: As of September of 2022, most of the neighbors' houses are unfinished. The houses above and overlooking this one are lived in, however, only one of the houses to the sides is finished, so it was very quiet during our stay. None of the houses can see you down by the Cove.
