We left at 3 with our 2 and a half year old and had a memorable stay! The owner was very welcoming, the timeless place close to the horses in a green setting! The house is very nice, functional and contains everything you need with a hot tub as a bonus! We went on a horseback ride especially for my son and my wife. The host was ultra flexible and available to accommodate our constraints. She even let us check out later to make it easier for us with our child's pace. Go there without so much as a second thought!

Peaceful place, ideal for resting in peace. We rented a house with a view of a wood, we felt like we were in the middle of nature. The estate is quality, with all amenities for children, ideal for families.

A home from home, the Bastide is filled with an eclectic mix of personal and functional items that immediately allow you to relax. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. The host could not have been more communicative, instructive and friendly. She is relaxed and informative, very welcoming but not at all intrusive. We appreciated all the small touches during our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here! 4 adults and 3 children aged 10-14. The villa is amazing with everything you could possibly need. It has been renovated to a very high standard which blends the modern and the traditional seamlessly. Beautiful views, quiet location, lovely pool. We really could not fault it. We have hired many villas and apartments over the years and this one is at the top level. All made better by the host (Elodie) responding to any issues almost immediately and the lovely sunshine we had all week! You will not regret booking this property!

Had a great stay at the property while visiting the area for a wedding. Accommodation was extremely comfortable and well presented. Kate went above and beyond for us and answered any queries we had very quickly. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property

A wonderful stay, very nice domain with lots of animation, cozy gites, a host who leaves you in freedom but also very accessible and approachable with golden tips but also always interested in how things are really going. we would really recommend it to anyone both families with young children and older children. It is a beautiful area to explore and Anne Sophie, her husband Pascale and daughter Lily are incredibly attentive and sweet. Fantastic to be there!

Very nice apartment, great swimming pool.

We had a very refreshing and cozy stay despite the rain. We could use the hot tub for as long as we wanted and were very well received despite our last minute booking. We will be back 😊

Our family of 6 and our dog stayed at Le Fournet Bas for one week. The place looks even better in real life than it did in the photos - rustic charm with modern facilities. The bedrooms worked really well — boys in the twin, girls in the double and we had the “old bread oven” annex. The saltwater pool was delightful, clean and well-maintained. The barbecue area was excellent and well-used throughout our week. We would recommend renting electric bikes from the nearby FatVelo - a great way to spend a morning/day. Also Chateau de Bonaguil is very close and well worth a visit. Nearby St-Martin-le-Redon is a beautiful little village, and Puy L’Évêque is also well worth a visit. Christine and Gérard were very welcoming and helpful and resolved any little questions quickly and without any fuss. All-in-all, a fantastic place to spend a relaxing week.

The area was already known to me having had a second home for years sold some time ago. I was pleased with the house. A little tricky to find the first time but a great private hidden away location very close to Montcuq. Loved the property which remained lovely and cool when it was 33 degrees outside and made the most of the small swimming. The teenagers loved the TV den upstairs and it gave them their own space away from the adults. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental. Thank you Florian

A truly magical stay! We had the most wonderful time at this charming Airbnb in Gers. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home — the space is incredibly cozy and warm, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The hosts were absolute gems: kind, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The swimming pool was such a treat, especially with the stunning countryside as a backdrop. There was absolutely everything we needed — the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking proper meals, and to top it all off, there was a bathtub right in the bedroom! Talk about luxury. We stayed here with our 2 young children and it was the ideal playground for them. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with comfort, character, and hosts who truly care, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Came to stay at the gîte of Carine & Gerry with our little dog for the better part of a week and were welcomed on arrival by a wonderful couple who took great care to explain all aspects of our stay so that we could benefit from the superb location and the amenities on hand. From exploring the local towns recommended to us, to which boulangerie offers the best croissants we were never let down. Every moment of our stay on the property was a joy, for us and the dog who made friends with Vivi the young puppy in situ despite the language barrier. Already planning to visit again to spend more time in what is easily one of the most picturesque and welcoming parts of France and with a pair of exceptional hosts.

Very beautiful building resembling the photos in every way! Ideal for meeting up with friends or family. The place is quiet, only the frogs were heard! Very well-equipped accommodation (kitchen utensils, petanque court, indoor and outdoor games available, etc.) No complaints, everything was perfect.

This place is superb. The accommodation is beautifully set in the countryside within well maintained gardens and the pool is a great bonus. The gite itself was well furnished and had a great lay out and had a very new fully equipped kitchen. Outside was a private patio with seating and a barbeque which we found ideal and used every day. As for the hosts, they were great. They couldn't be more helpful and went over and above to give us local recommendations (as we have recently moved to the area) and made us, and our 2 year old, feel very much at home, from filling his paddling pool for us when we arrived to letting him use their gardening cart as his own personal chariot! We can't recommend this place enough.

The accommodation is in a beautiful and quiet setting. The cottage is large and very clean. Thanks to Paul for hosting us.

Marie José and Denis are very welcoming hosts. we had a pleasant stay in their lovely house. Even if we were not able to take full advantage of the place because we rented the cottage to attend our daughter's wedding. maybe we stayed with friends. All of us allowed us to find calm and rest . The amenities available are numerous. there is nothing missing, it's as if you were at home. shops are close and well provided. we can only recommend this very charming and relaxing cottage. Great thank you to Marie José and Denis for their welcome and kindness.

Jo and Paul are excellent hosts and couldn't have been more helpful in trying to make our stay a success. They are lovely people running a lovely gîte with everything you need, next to a beautiful pool. Highly recommended.

Lovely big house with a great pool and yard. We stayed for a month with six people and really enjoyed our stay. Just a note to digital nomads that the house wifi is not good enough to work by, you would need to buy your own SIM card. Larressingle is a very cute tiny village. Try to get a tour of it at the tourist information centre. It helps you appreciate what you are seeing.

We had an amazing time surrounded by nature and enjoying the beautiful house - especially its private pool. The local area is also very nice. Faustine was very attentive and helped making our stay perfect, we’d absolutely recommend this place

Accommodation as described with all indoor and outdoor comforts, very nice pool in its hot weather. The surroundings are very quiet and not overlooked with all the necessities a few kilometers away for amenities ( Store, market etc.). Marie Chantal is a very welcoming and generous host who offered us freshly picked fruit several times and recommended very nice activities in the area as well as good places for local producers. We were more than pleasantly surprised. The charm of the lodging as well as the surrounding grounds exceeded our expectations. The host was very responsive and great to deal with. We loved our time in this beautiful spot.

Our stay went very well, in a very pleasant, relaxing setting and with a superb view of the village and the surrounding countryside. The pool is very nice size, well exposed and retains privacy with the cottage. The place is ideally located, close (1 hour drive approx) to several iconic sites (Rocamadour, St Cirq Lapopie...) while enjoying villages closer but just as beautiful. Richard and Sue are perfect: available while being discreet. Very nice welcome from them, as well as their dog, who is adorable!!
