Richie was a great host and the beach villa was private, calm and serene. Must visit for a pleasant stay and an enjoyable one.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It’s exactly as beautiful as it looks in the pictures—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The pool was a highlight—perfectly maintained and ideal for both relaxing and fun with family or friends. The music system was a pleasant surprise—great quality sound throughout the space, adding to the overall vibe. The home is both family- and baby-friendly, with plenty of space for little ones to move around safely. At the same time, it’s equally perfect for a group of friends looking to unwind and enjoy together. The hosts were responsive and warm, making our stay seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that ticks all the boxes—comfort, fun, and style!

Bruce is a wonderful host, and the place is crisp and clean. It is going to be my first choice in Goa.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Sea La Vie in May for 5 days. It was for an extra special occasion to celebrate my grandfather’s 90th birthday and the Staymaster team, especially Alex, were so accommodating and helped with all the planning for a special dinner party. The villa itself is gorgeous and exactly what we needed. It was spacious and designed wonderfully. Each room had plenty of space and again was designed to perfection. The views from the villa are also spectacular, so much so you could stare out at it all day and not get bored (and want to stay there forever). The real plus of our stay was also the staff – Chef Anupam, Bibash, Nasir and Samjana who made the stay even more special. The food was excellent and they catered to our every needs. I couldn’t recommend Sea La Vie enough – don’t hesitate if you’re thinking of booking as it is a very special place and I have no doubts you’ll also love it.

I stayed at Nalin’s place for 9 nights and had a great stay. The space in so worth the price, and the service is great too. They helped me with finding a cook also who came and cooked breakfast everyday and this comfort was the highlight of my trip. Sioliim is a great area to stay in, it’s peaceful and this is a gated society with security guards present all the time - so it is safe too.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the fresh linens to the well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect—convenient to local attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. Check-in was seamless, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. I truly appreciated the personal touches that made the space feel like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

Kirti's place was exactly what we needed for large group - very spacious, clean with beautiful surroudings and nice views from top floors, overlooking Mondavi River. Kirti was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions upfront. We mainly wanted to visit the Panjim and do some spiritual tourism, visiting multiple temples nearby and found perfect place in the middle. Kids loved the propery. Good privacy and space for everyone as it has multiple floors and bedrooms. Would recommend the property for anyone travelling in large group.
