Wat een fan-tas-tisch plekje! Waanzinnig uitzicht, rustig ook. De accommodatie is eenvoudig maar alles wat je nodig hebt. We hebben echt genoten van deze plek! Deze gaat op de lijst van nog eens te bezoeken. Dikke vette aanrader!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! M&M's is hard to find at night, so they came and found us! If you'e in the square with the hardware store and statue on your LEFT, go about 200 yards - you'll need a car - on the right there's a house with a roof like an inverted V. Drive up that road until you get to an arch just to the right. That's it. But, M&M came to guide us as we arrived late. The accommodation was PERFECT. A good sized room with an excellent balcony looking down into the valley. couldn't ask for better. There was a fridge and a small cooker, so we had everything we needed and we spent hours of the day by the pool. It's not heated, but when it's 36 degrees under the sun, it doesn't need to be. The garden, with orange & lemon trees, roses, hibiscus, banana, pomegranate and a date palm, was wonderful. M&M directed us to beaches and restaurants and were, I think, the best hosts we've ever had. We absolutely loved the peace, solitude, beauty and relaxation in abundance. Definitely recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Sehr ruhig gelegen, absolut privat & perfekt zum entspannen. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet & es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Dominic ist eine super freundliche & engagierte Gastgeberin.

Es ist eben sehr speziell, unter freiem Himmel zu leben. Man muss es mögen und wissen, worauf man sich einlässt. Wer den Luxus eines Hotels braucht, seine Shoppingcenter in der Nähe, seine Rundumbespaßung erwartet, der ist dort falsch. Es ist abgeschieden vom Massentourismus und sehr puristisch.

cute and cozy, i had a wonderful stay - wish i could’ve stay longer! very peaceful and close to the beach/tidal pool. the space is very comfortable and homey, you won’t want to leave.

Cette maison de pêcheurs est un endroit de rêve d’un calme absolu, bercé par le bruit des vagues comme si nous étions sur un bateau. L’endroit est parfait pour se reposer. Les terrasses disposées différemment sont un vrai bonheur. Notre hôte était d’une gentillesse incroyable et prévenant. Nous avons été accueillis avec des des fruits, des figues confites du cake et des biscuits, fait maison, excellent et sa maman nous avait confectionné un plat typique grec, délicieux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ,nous reviendrons sans hésiter car c’est vraiment le plus bel endroit où l’on a passé des vacances pourtant nous avons beaucoup voyagé.

Highly recommended!! We hope to revisit in the not so distant future again. From the beautiful surroundings to the extremely comfortable chalet. All of it was a 10 out of 10. The chalet is clean with all the amenities you need. And the setting feels private with views for days. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Excellent off-grid location in wonderful surroundings meant to elicit the Muskoka, Canada feel. We had a great stay. A bit of a glitch with check in communications that was sorted out efficiently by Peter who was on-site. Of note are no wifi and no TV, which were not an issue for us. Best to have good food supply on arrival. Best to arrive early so as to settle and enjoy the surroundings. We stayed 1 night, which was too short. A few days would have been splendid.

Andy and Tish's Forest Studio is a GEM! Secluded, peaceful and beautifully designed, it was a joy to be there. Will definitely be visiting again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Was a lovely and peaceful! Kristina was a great host & was responsive. The cottage was as described. The Beer Garden is also just a quick walk from the cottage & has some really good burgers.

The serene surroundings was just what we needed to get away from our day to day. 100% would recommend for a quiet and peaceful retreat. We got to enjoy the sauna and cold plunge, which left us feeling rejuvenated ❤️

I cannot recommend this stay enough. I was drawn to it by the photographs on the listing but standing there, looking out at the view, exceeded my expectations. It’s incredible.

We absolutely enjoyed our short stay at the container home, it was clean, well put together, and had everything we needed. It 100% met our expectations a quiet, private and cosy space to unwind. The hot tub was a absolute spoil! Thank you to Fales for getting it perfectly heated before we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The location is incredibly peaceful—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The house itself looks even better than in the pictures, beautifully maintained and very cozy. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, offering a delicious breakfast each morning that really made the stay special. There’s also a pool available, which was a great bonus, and the view from the property is absolutely stunning. Chris gave great recommendations for things to do in the area, which helped us make the most of our time there. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet getaway with warm hospitality and beautiful surroundings. I’d definitely love to come back!

We had the most magical stay in this beautiful treehouse in Swellendam! From the moment we arrived, we felt tucked away in our own little world, surrounded by nature, birdsong, rainfall and the peaceful stillness that only a setting like this can offer. The treehouse itself is so thoughtfully designed cozy yet spacious, with gorgeous touches that make it feel both rustic and luxurious. Waking up to the morning light filtering through the trees and the sounds of rainfall was an unforgettable experience. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, a digital detox, or just a break from the everyday, this place is pure magic. We’ll definitely be back!

What an awesome Gem of a place! Great views, great place, close to so many great cafe’s, restaurants, beach etc! Bonnie & Brandon gave us a long list of recommendations as well which were SUPER helpful!

Incredible stay! One of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. It had the most amazing view and was extremely well outfitted and warm and cozy even in the middle of winter. I highly recommend this to everyone.
