Barry is a very friendly and accommodating host. Set in beautiful surroundings, the little house has everything you need. rustic and charming with a very cozy, comfortable bed.

Lovely time there, very relaxed atmosphere and the accommodation had everything needed for a getaway. Our two dogs loved the space, we took them on the hiking trail which was a perfect distance for them to get rid of some energy for the day. Would definitely go back.

can't say enough good things about Karien, her staff and this accommodation. The structure is wonderful witha beautiful view right on the river just across from a national park, is delightfully quiet and serene and is spotless with full service daily cleaning if you like. It was the highlight of our visit to 3 countries in Africa. Enjoyed using the outdoor grill one night and the gas stove was great as well. Do yourself a favor and book it for a stay. 😊

The place is really fantastic - right in the mountains with a wonderful view. Perfect for hiking, but also to simply enjoy the peace and quiet. Definitely recommend :)

We had such a wonderful stay here! The location is stunning and from the second we got there we just felt immediately relaxed. The view of the town and the horses is so beautiful and peaceful, the house is cozy and has everything you need, and the hot tub was clean and wonderful under the stars once it got hot. The place feels both very open while also being very private, which is rare and so nice. All the info provided was very accurate and helpful. We brought our small dog and she loved it too! Renee and Milton were very friendly and responsive hosts, and we would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

This was a beautiful intimate experience. I had my privacy but knew hosts were there to help. I enjoyed the quiet walks and coming back to a clean and quiet environment. I would stay with Bronwyn again if I visit that side of Durban. t

An immaculate well thoughout concept that we loved. sitting in hot tub in the rain with misty surroundings was amazing. We loved our stay so peaceful so quiet we could hear the proteas and fijnbos move in the wind. We will recommend it to everyone we meet. thank you

I really enjoyed our stay… Alice and the dogs were my highlight…. The weather was cozy and allowed one to be with their thoughts. We couldn’t use the hot tub due to the weather but besides that… it was a great stay

We just spent a unforgettable time in the termite mound house with wildlifes surrounding us. Just perfect to explore Okavango from there. The staff was a very sympathetic person who gave us lots of supports.

A magical and ecological gem with a spectacular mountain view in its beauty. There is a quiet, calm and pastoral atmosphere. Loved the unique decor of the place. The residential unit is cozy, comfortable and well equipped. There is a spacious vegetable garden with fruit trees and herbs. On my arrival to the place there was a very homely and warm welcome. Razi and his father Atef are rare and engaging people, and it is a privilege to get to know and chat with them. They gave me a walk around the village and introduced me to places and people, and it was very supportive to the acclimatization and helped me feel safe and welcome. Dear Atef looks after the place and nurtures it with dedication. He has a big heart and abundant generosity. He was always available to me and was happy to assist with anything I needed, and also gave plenty of helpful advice. The village has all the required services close to the accommodation. The signage of the streets and shops are also in Hebrew, which makes it very easy to get around. The people in the village are also friendly and happy to help. Worth it and highly recommended!
