Holiday rentals with a balcony in Africa

It was absolutely perfect for our stay, great value for the most amazing location. Walkable to everything and such a cute, clean place.

I had a great stay at Chris’s Harbour Bridge apartment, which is conveniently located within a short walk of the Cape Town International Conference Centre. The unit was comfortable and well-equipped, with secure underground parking and easy access to the building, making it a hassle-free and secure stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

We had a lovely warm welcome from Eric and Michael, the owners. Frances also greeted us and was extremely informative about the apartment, local restaurants/shops, the ferry to Valletta and she kindly organised our airport transfers. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in this fabulous apartment, with it's very well equipped kitchen and modern, spacious living and to top it off, there's the spectacular view from the balcony overlooking the Grand Harbour. We loved watching the comings and goings of the cruise ships, yachts, ferries and smaller boats and could never tire of the view. The quiet location was perfect for us and we used this as a base for exploring Malta and Gozo and unfortunately ran out of time to see everything we had planned! Would love to come back again in the not too distant future. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough!

We love love LOVE this place! One of our all-time air b&b faves. Location: close to the heart of the old town but on a quiet alleyway. Ease of communication and flexibility of host: excellent. Daniel let us check in early, and, when three fuses blew and we didn’t have power, he called an electrician immediately, and it was fixed within an hour. Most of all, we loved how the host has made the most of an unusual layout – a vertical one, in keeping with traditional Andalucian architecture. Entrance on ground level; bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen on the next level, and on the top floor, a small inside living area that opens out onto a large terrace, where you can admire the sweep of the town, with its Moorish fortifications and labyrinthine streets. Mounting the stairs to the top floor, you feel flooded by the light in this very special pueblo blanca, and when the breeze picks up, you feel like you might fly away to an even more enchanted land.

Great location near Mojo Market, grocery stores, restaurants, a gym, the beach, and much more! Kathy was very helpful and gave me lots of good advice and suggestions for my onward journey.

Loved our stay in Valletta. Robert was very helpful and had left wine, water, fruit, coffee and a few other essentials for our stay as well as arranging our taxi transfers. His communication was second to none. Extra towels were no problem and he had good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The food in Valletta was one of our highlights. The apartment was in an ideal location for exploring Malta. A car is not required as the main bus station is only a few minutes walk away and we got a bus easily to many places. 2 euro each for a single journey anywhere. We didn’t actually spend much time in the apartment as there is so much exploring to do in Malta but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

We truly enjoyed this little pearl. We should have brought friends to enjoy the great garden, bar and bbq together. Since we were here with a baby we didn't take the most out of the lovely accomodation but really everything we needed for our little one was there, just perfect. She loved the toy tower :).

The place was very well kept, spotless and very beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy and loved the electric blankets and hot water bottles. Fabulous WiFi! Spices, sugar and coffee and tea and a heap of extras were also included !! This was fantastic as I had left a few things at home. Would definitely return !!

We spent a wonderful week in the beautiful apartment in the center of Chania. From the beginning to the end Konstantinos was a great host. The communication was running very smooth. He also helped us with good recommendations and helped getting the dinner reservations for us. The apartment is centrally located in the pedestrian area. We highly appreciated getting out of the building and being already in the middle of everything. In the same street as the apartment there are several restaurants, but one can easily walk from there through the whole old town. The street is very lively in the evening, but the apartment has the windows on the opposite side, so we had no noise while sleeping. For sure we will try to stay again at this accommodation for future vacations in Chania. Thank you Konstantinos for being such a great host!

A wonderful space and lovely hosts. We had a really, really enjoyable visit. The location is perfect. Quiet but close to everything, we walked up and down the Main Street many times! The space is lovely, we were able to open up the doors to the winter sun. Will return!!

Laurence was very nice and helpful! The place is very nice and was perfect for us. You’re very fast to everywhere from sea point. Great restaurants and activities. We would come again!

We loved this Airbnb! It’s in a fabulous location - right in the middle of everything, but as the immediate area is closed to vehicle traffic it is very quiet. There are great restaurants and cafes right outside the door, and the rooftop patio was a great place to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout was perfect for our group of four. Antonia was a wonderful and very helpful host. We highly recommend this place!

I had an amazing stay! The host is fantastic, always attentive and very easy to reach at any time of the day. The house was super clean and incredibly comfortable. There's also a property manager on site who takes great care of both the guests and the property, which made the experience even more seamless. Highly recommend! Well appointed apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. Perfect location, close to shops and restaurants Hosts were very helpful including assisting us when we locked the keys in the apartment. We had a lovely stay.

Apartment is in a safe location making it easy to explore the area. The Host added nice touches, like fresh flowers, which made the space feel welcoming. Little extras, such as coffee pods, were at thoughtful addition that made the stay enjoyable.

My husband and I had truly a great stay. The apartment was central and we had ocean view. Once a week we had a complimentary cleaning of the apartment and change of towels and linen. Both Linnea and her husband were quick to answer our messages and were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Myself , husband and his Mom. I stay in lots different holiday apartments, but have to say this one exceeded all expectations. The host waitress For us to arrive and ensured we knew all we needed to know about the apartment and surrounding area. My mom in law is really fussy about where she stays and couldn’t stop complimenting the apartment and that all our needs and beyond were catered for. Ezceptional

Very nice apartment in a beautiful and peaceful complex. It has two large swimming pools, and the apartment balcony overlooks the first one. You also get a sea view—slightly limited, but still beautiful. The parking spot is the best I’ve ever had—just a few steps to the lift, and you step out right next to your door. Only a 5-minute drive to Estepona, which I highly recommend visiting. It’s also not far from Ronda—just a 1 hour 30 minute drive through stunning scenery. I also really liked the apartment’s smart automation—everything was very well set up. To make an absolutely perfect stay, I would suggest adding a pod coffee machine and a toaster. Overall, I highly recommend it.
