Holiday rentals with a patio in Aer

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, in einer tollen Ortschaft! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und sich um alles wichtige gekümmert. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte eine super Lage.

La vista es hermosa. El departamento es grande. Teníamos una segunda habitación donde mi marido trabajo con buena conexión a internet. Muy equipado con lavarropas y lavaplatos. Soluciono un pequeño problema que tuvimos lo cual valoramos mucho y la señora vecina estuvo súper atenta y dispuesta a asistirnos. Nos quedamos con un lindo recuerdo.

Das ursprüngliche, alte Haus in Carvanno ist ein ganz besonderer Ort, hat man ihn über die schmale, steile Passtrasse erreicht, fühlt man sich ein bisschen wie in einer anderen Welt. Selten sind Orte, an denen es nachts so ruhig ist. Gastfreundschaft wird groß geschrieben und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. In der Umgebung zwischen Gardasee und Idrosee und den Bergen dazwischen gibt es eine Menge zu entdecken. Diese Unterkunft werde ich sicher wieder besuchen, vielleicht mit Freunden, mit denen man schöne Abende am großen Tisch , überdacht im Freien verbringen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa dei Coccodrilli in Torri del Benaco! Rita was incredibly friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house is just a 5-minute walk from Lake Garda, perched on a hill with stunning views. It's picturesque with flowering vines, a large garden, and a private pool overlooking the lake. Inside, the apartment is cozy and charming. While it might be a bit snug for four people, it was more than adequate for our needs. Do note that there is no full door between the bedroom and living room, which might be a consideration for those seeking more privacy. Both the bathroom and the kitchenette are well-equipped, including an electric kettle — a nice touch that’s not always common in Italy. It was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful towns around Lake Garda and even Verona. While there's a bus stop nearby, traveling by car is more convenient as buses tend to be late. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend this charming spot!

It’s such a nice place to stay

We loved every minute of our stay. Susan, Luca and her lovely daughter Gaia are the perfect hosts. They helped us with everything possible. Made a dinner reservation at a restaurant or helped us out with lots of toys for the pool so our children had a fun time using the pool several times a day. The garden and the views are beautiful. We enjoyed the terrace so much . Every morning we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast. Everyday it looked a little different. We loved it very much and looked forward to it each day. We highly recommend a stay at this beautiful place. The apartment is newly furnished and lovely decorated and we felt at home right away. Even some toys for kids are provided. We will definitely come back. Our children and us parents had a very relaxing time. Thank you so much for having us. Looking forward to seeing you again!

Um es mit einem Wort zu beschreiben: FANTASTISCH! Wir verbrachten 5 Nächte im Dama del Lago und wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Der Ausblick vom Pool auf Bardolino und den Gardasee ist atemberaubend (tausend mal besser als auf den Bildern) und die Unterkunft war perfekt. Bequeme Betten, ein tolles Bad und eine noch viel bessere Küche in einem geräumigen und stilvoll eingerichteten Apartment. Was möchte man mehr.

The little house in Lina's garden is delightful. Doors open out to beautiful greenery. Lina is a friendly, generous and gracious host. Located a lovely 20minute walk along the river to the Centro Storico, it's a really calm and relaxing place to stay. A real joy. Thank you, Lina.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Gerade für Kleinkinder ist auch der Spielplatz super. Direkt von Haus aus kann man mit Wanderung starten oder auch Klettern gehen. Uns ist noch aufgefallen dass das Haus etwas hellhörig ist, hat uns aber wenig gestört. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit!

La casa es muy bonita. Igual o mejor a cómo se vé en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario. nos encantó.

Allereerst: een betere host dan Roberto kun je bij Airbnb niet tegenkomen. Zeer behulpzaam, altijd bereikbaar, geeft een uitstekende uitleg over de ins- en outs van het huis en is in zijn gastvrijheid excellent. Hij ontving ons onderaan de berg om ons naar het huis te begeleiden. Er was een uitgebreid assortiment aan ontbijt spullen, koekjes ect. We mochten gebruik maken van kruiden en fruit uit de tuin. Bovendien verraste hij ons op een avond met heerlijke pizza. Het huis en de tuin zijn echt perfect. Authentiek, romantisch, goed uitgerust en qua design heel stijlvol. Meerdere terrassen en ‘‘s avonds een romantisch verlichtte tuin. En een magnifiek uitzicht! Het is wel een uitdaging om bij het het huis te komen. Stijle smalle bergweg. Maar als je dan ‘heel’ bent aangekomen wacht je een geweldige verassing. Samengevat: we hebben genoten en we missen Roberto’s plekje nu al!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Nicola. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und die Aussicht ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig erhöht und wir empfehlen ein Auto, um nach Bardolino zu gehen. Bardolino ist mit Kindern und Hund ebenfalls super. Es hat einen Hundespielplatz und viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Highlight war der kleine Bummelzug.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche bei Silvia in Capo di Ponte. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen mit Kind und Hund eine hervorragende Option. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war sehr gut. In capo di Ponte ist nicht viel los, im Umkreis gibt es viele Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Ruhe tat gut. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. L’appartement était bien agencé et pensé de façon pratique. La localisation était parfaite, proche du centre mais assez calme. Nous avons fortement apprécié la place de parking sécurisée. En résumé, nous recommandons ce logement !

Wspaniałe miejsce, komfortowe, przestronne, bardzo zadbane i przygotowane dla gości. Widok z tarasu wprost na jezioro Garda i góry robią niesamowite wrażenie, a zieleń i śpiew ptaków pozwalają oderwać się od rzeczywistości. Sarah jest super gospodarzem, bardzo troskliwym odpisujacym wręcz natychmiast na wiadomości. Otrzymaliśmy super dokładne wskazówki jak trafić oraz rekomendacje co zwiedzać w okolicy. Na miejscu przywitała nas przemiła MariaAngela, która wręczyła nam klucze i wszystko objaśniła. Poza tym jest to świetna lokalizacja niedaleko cudownego Malcesine. Dziękujemy Sarah&MariaAngela. Great location, especially if plan to walk around the city. If parking a car, the garage is about a 5 min walk away and directions were confusing at first - took 30 mins to find based on address provided (hint: would route gps to restaurant across the street) However, Denis waited and showed us exact location. Provided extensive in-person tour of place when checking in and location recommendations. Great bakery near by - highly recommend stopping in. Courtyard was lovely, great for our son to run around and also to have a glass of wine/morning coffee, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. All essentials were provided.

Ein 5-tägiger Aufenthalt in einem typischen Tiroler Bergdorf verspricht Erholung und Erlebnis zugleich. Umgeben von imposanten Alpenkulissen erlebt man hier die perfekte Mischung aus Natur, Kultur und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft. In der Region gibt es zahlreiche gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege – von gemütlichen Panoramawegen bis zu anspruchsvollen Gipfeltouren. Zwischendurch laden urige Almhütten zur Einkehr ein. Auch kulturell hat die Umgebung viel zu bieten: historische Kirchen, kleine Museen und traditionelle Handwerksbetriebe geben Einblick in das Leben der Einheimischen. Ob man die Aussicht genießt, regionales Essen probiert oder einfach durch das malerische Dorf spaziert – Langeweile kommt hier garantiert nicht auf.

It is a beautiful home, equipped with everything you need to make for a fabulous vacation in Garda. The space is light and comfortable with great AC and comfortable beds. The location is the perfect jumping off point to explore all the adorable towns on Lake Garda. Pier Giuseppe was super responsive and offered great videos on everything having to do with the house. The photos online represent the house exactly with full amenities including a washer and even a dryer, which is rare in Europe. The only suggestion I would have is to add a coffee table in the living room, which is definitely a missing element to enjoy the space more. We would definitely rent this home again!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir wurden gleich freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten Fußweg am Wasser und kann die Promenade entlang in die belebte Innenstadt schlendern. Auch die Seilbahn zum Monte Baldo oder Fähren nach Limone sind fußläufig erreichbar. Rückwärts geht es zwar etwas bergauf, dafür sitzt man auf der Terrasse aber auch in einem völlig ruhigen Olivenhain mit Blick auf den See. Die Anfahrt war, wie manche schon schrieben, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da etwas eng. Aber selbst mit unserem Kombi sind wir problemlos durchgekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beatrice was the most welcoming host ever. It’s hard to say which thing was more impressive - Beatrice’s impeccable attention to detail, the unique architecture or the incredible view. If we could give a higher rating we would. Our plan was to travel more around Italy but opted out and stayed at Punta Dina. If we ever get back to the beautiful, mountainous Lake Garda, Beatrice’s Punta Dina will be the place for us!

De ruimte was lekker ruim en fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren. We hoefden niet op elkaar te wachten. Je kon in de buurt gratis parkeren, was in ons geval handig omdat de prive parkeerplaats te krap was voor onze auto. Op zaterdag is er een markt voor de deur waar van alles te vinden is. Je moet opletten dat je je auto tijdig weghaalt. Enig minpuntje vonden wij dat digitale slot. Was vooral bij aankomst lastig je hebt je mobiel en internet nodig en de hele lange hal en dubbele entree deur. Verder was het een fijne nette en ruime woning in een woonwijk.

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserem Hund dort und es war ein Traum! Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und wirklich sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Für die meisten Aktivitäten benötigt man ein Auto, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
