Villa holiday rentals in Adeje

We had a very relaxing weeks stay at this modern home. The outdoor area made our stay, with the lovely large pool, football goals, hammocks and multiple spaces to sit and relax in the sun. The house itself is great too with a good amount of space and the availability of toys was an added bonus for the kids. It didn't detract from our stay but a minor thing would be having more dining chairs (there were 4) and some more smaller bowls and glassware available. The area is residential and away from the tourist areas which we did not mind as it was more peaceful, so a car is needed. There is a cockerel next door which the kids found quite entertaining. Good beaches etc are a 10 min drive away and parking is very easy to find. Olga is very friendly and helpful, thanks for a great stay.

It was our first time to Tenerife, and we were lucky to have chosen Cristina as our host. Extremely responsive and always armed with good suggestions, she and her husband genuinely want their guests to discover Tenerife beyond the ordinary tourisme. The house itself is perfect for a family of 4, like us. Very very clean! Large dining room/kitchen downstairs, very well equiped (it has more stuff than I do at home!), cosy bedrooms upstairs, bunk beds for the kids and a huge bed for the main bedroom with a beautiful view over the sea and marina. The house is part of a larger compound with attached houses, pool and mini pool. It was very quiet during our stay on Easter vacation. There is a walking path just next to the complex, you can use it to run, to explore the nature (following Cristina’s suggestions) or simply to walk to the other side of the resort and go for a drink or dinner. Overall, great stay and great hosts, thank you again Cristina and Benigno!

The place has everything we needed. Especially the outside part is lovely with the swimming pool (nicely heated, not too warm, kept clean by salt, but not too salty). Even late at night we could still swim in it (in February). We were with two kids and they loved it too. It was also nice that we could connect to the TV to the internet, so we could watch our own things. In addition, it was wonderful to be able to have breakfast every morning in the sun on the roof terrace. The communication with Yaiza was also very nice. She was very responsive and very helpful.

A wonderful, relaxed week in a truly beautiful villa. The villa itself is very spacious, clean and modern. The outside area is the gem with this place; the pool, the seating areas and the view of the sea! We had a few rainy and windy days, but having the pool heated meant we could still enjoy it. I would say a car is a must, which is why I have given the location 4 out of 5 stars, but with a car you can be at Las Americas, Siam Mall and Siam Park in 5 minutes. The host was always extremely helpful, and responded in minutes. We even locked ourselves out one afternoon, but within 15 minutes someone came to our rescue. We would definitely consider returning here in the future.

Bella was very attentive and met us at the villa on arrival, we even had an upgrade! Bella showed us round and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Will definitely be returning.

Nice big villa loads of space and walking distance to centre

The property was beautiful and the hosts were amazing! The only downside was the noise and dust from the building works close by. The cleaning costs if needed was high. The hosts organised everything we needed. We will be back. For sure.

Early March 2025, very pleasant stay in this house, all as described, quiet and perfectly secure. We enjoyed the unoverlooked terrace despite uncertain weather.

A really wonderful villa in a fantastic position. Right on the beach with great surfing immediately opposite and a great safe swimming / bucket and spades beach 2 minutes away. Then the Santiago 3 resort…. A fabulous swimming and sunbathing pool complex including a great kids area with slides. The villa itself is comfortable with good kitchen facilities and the management company quickly dealt with a small issue. The garden is great for eating outside, sunbathing and the bbq. Only negatives were that some of the fixtures are a bit tired and we had noise from building refurbishment ongoing next door. Overall a great villa for the whole family in a great position and we hope to go back next year

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maximus. The house was spacious and perfect for our group of four, with all the amenities we needed. Our teenage boys loved the heated pool! Janie was a great host, meeting us at the villa and providing some essentials for our first evening. We rented a car via Auto Reisen as recommended — the directions were clear and the villa was easy to find. The location was ideal, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and family activities. We went whale watching, played tennis and mini golf at Tipsy’s, and had great meals at Maria Rosa’s in the harbour (amazing local food) and Mamma Lucia (fantastic Italian and seafood). We also enjoyed Siam Park and Loro Parque — perfect days out for the kids. A peaceful, beautiful haven with stunning views. Highly recommended!

We are a family of 9 stayed in this lovely Villa, including our 80+ grandparents and my 10 year old son. We all loved the place, the villa is very spacious and have lots of games to get everyone entertained. The roof top hot tub with amazing ocean view and heated pool made an unforgettable experience! The host is very friendly and attentive. We have contacted Elena several times pre-arrival and during the stay, she always got back to us quick and had been so helpful on all questions. She even let us check-out late when we told her that we have a late evening departure flight, much appreciated! The villa location is perfect, near to airport and easy access to most of the attractions. The area is peaceful, quiet and safe. There are a few good restaurant just within 5-10 minutes walk from the villa. There is a small supermarket nearby and a bigger supermarket just about 8 minutes drive where you can even buy fresh nice fish with reasonable price. The villa is highly recommended!

Very nice house and very good hosting.

Our stay here was wonderful, the space was totally incredible, the bedrooms where comfortable and pristine. The living rooms incredibly comfortable and the large downstairs space offered a lovely evening retreat. Not only was there welcoming gifts to get us started with our stay everything about this wonderful home made us feel relaxed and made the holiday absolutely special!

We had a really nice stay and we'll sure be back. The house has everything we wanted - BBQ and a Swimming pool :)

We stayed 6 nights and had a fantastic time there! The location was very practical and the views from the house were beautiful, especially to watch the sunset at night. Would definitely recommend to stay there to friends and family! Hosts were very friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out. Thanks again for a lovely stay :)

Our stay at Lourdes was fantastic. Leo took very good care of us and the communication was very good. We have received great tips and restaurant suggestions. The villa is a gem, surrounded by a great garden, with avocado trees, banana shrubs and flowers. Sometimes we felt like we were in Asia. The heated pool rounded it all off. Despite the proximity to the highway, it is so quiet and idyllic. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A very nice villa that is beautifully furnished. We highly recommend the place.

Margot’s place was perfect for our family holiday. The pool was a huge hit with both us and our little girl. Margot has thought of everything, from pool towels to sun hats. Margot was great at communication and gave us some local recommendations too. We couldn’t recommend the place more.

Wow! Faustos villa was even better in person than it looks in the pictures. Every little detail had been thought of and we really did feel like we were at home which was great given we had our 8 month old baby with us! I could not recommend enough. Fausto was great at communicating and the villa was in the perfect setting. Sunsets are amazing! Views are amazing and it’s far out of Adeje enough to be peaceful but close enough to be in easy reach of the hustle and bustle. Will 100% return and 100% recommend. Thankyou for having us Fausto!!

The house was wonderfully spacious, clean and is in a quiet area. It felt like home. It cooled inthe evening we had the small heater on, it gave wonderful warmth as long as the doors and curtains are closed. Everything was present as in the description, enough bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc... even detergent. The contact with Kira went through the app, she responds quickly and neatly. The combination of a private pool and the large pool was ideal. In the district there is a restaurant Molus - Italian here you can eat deliciously. Within walking distance with a bit of climbing 10 - 15 min. We enjoyed it here! Thanks!

Wonderful place to stay! Very beautiful, has its own jacuzzi and swimming pool on the territory of the complex. We went to the beach by car - Abama beach , there were no apartments on the beach. Huge spacious kitchen and hall. 3 bedrooms, everything is wonderful.
