Great old-school 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor - no fuss, but just what you need. Feels like being at your grandma's vacation home. Really central, 2 minutes walking from the port and the restaurants. We loved our stay on the island. Bring earplugs tho, the seagulls and crows can get really loud at night on the surrounding roofs, and the windows are all single-pan - so zero sound insulation.

Mr. Murat was a very nice hostess. She was friendly,kind, and welcoming. He also gave advice about the island. Great location in a central location. We received a clean home and had tools and equipment to meet all our needs. The garden was very well maintained and enjoyable. Obviously everything was perfect. Thank you to Mr. Murat for this beautiful holiday opportunity.

Sila was the sweetest! she welcomed us and showed us around the house and checked on us during our stay:) the place is even better than the pictures. The balcony is stunning with a view of the sea. we used the kitchen and it was equipped with everything we needed. The place was perfectly clean! We definitely enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. There are many places to visit around. We followed Mr. Kıvanç's recommendations, and they were really nice places. He communicated with us very well, we thank him very much. The house was great, we had a very pleasant few days, thank you very much for everything.

Perfect place to stay out from the city noise. Burgazada is one of the greenest and most peacefull island. To have a great view over the sea from the top floor is the dream. Place is well arranged and big enouth for 2 persons. Fully equipped kitchen, gas boiler (combi), AC, fan, washing machine and TV. Good to stay a week or even more. Communication is fast and friendly. The only disadvantage is the low ceiling entrance in the bedroom. Watch your head)

This house is truly a corner of heaven. Very pleasant, very warm, all kinds of facilities available. 4 adults can easily stay. The house has a very cute garden full of fruit trees. There are tables both in the garden and on the balcony where you can eat your meals. The house is in a very central location, only a few minutes walk from the pier, but the bedrooms overlook the garden and the interior of the house is very peaceful and quiet. The house had everything we needed, from iron to coffee makers. In the spring, the garden of the house can be the best place in the world. We stayed in the fall, but we will be back in the spring. If you want to stay in Heybeliada, you really don't have to go far. Finally, the host is very kind and helpful, allowing us to use the bike on the balcony and collect pomegranate from the garden, it was a flawless experience for us.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. The breathtaking view of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, the access to the metro and the shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. I'll be back for sure and I can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Such a wonderful place! It was our second time staying here and it's our favorite on the islands. So clean and also close to the water and all the shops without having to go up too much of a hill. 😊

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

The host prepared everything in advance that I don’t have worry about anything …. All the guidance was provided in advance about location. There are nice restaurants and beautiful sea site nearby. I highly recommend the place and looking forward to come again in the coming future. Beautiful house for big family stay.

Gokce was an absolutely wonderful host. Her place was clean, tidy and comfortable with many interesting objects. Totally a lived in house which i was searching for. Other than that moda is an amazing area to visit in istanbul. We were planning to visit more historical sites and tourist attractions but it is such a lively neighborhood that we enjoyed just hanging around and chilling rather than exploring touristic areas.
