Our house,which is in the forest near the sea, is within 30 minutes distance from Bostancı and 1 hour from Besiktas/Kabatas/Eminonu by ferry. In the house, the only sound that break the silence are the chirping of birds and the whistle of ferries. In our island, where blue meets green, you can walk in the forest breathing fresh air, enjoy the sea and sun, hang out in the town centre, which is only 15 minutes walking distance, and work remotely with decent wifi connection.In winter,it has heater.

Three-Storey House

The house has 3 floors and is 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and the ferry port. I also live in this house and I have a cat. On the first floor there is the kitchen and living room and private the bathroom for the guests. I live in the middle floor. Guests will stay on the top floor of the house. This floor can be used as both a bedroom and a living room. There is also a balcony on this floor with a view of the seminary. There are 1 double and 1 sofa beds for guests.

Fenerbahçe is a very-known area here in the asian part of İstanbul with it's beautiful sea view. Our building (also known with it's history, designed and built with the wave of Bauhaus) located at the heart of this wonderful neighborhood. You can also see our building at many famous turkish TV series and films because of it's unique decoration! :) You can take a walk near the sea side any time you want and the good thing is it's just 1 minute from your door to get there!
