Die Haushälfte mit eigenem Eingang verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und offener Küche, einem Schlafzimmer, großem Bad und riesiger Terrasse Parken kann direkt vor dem Haus. La casa si trova all'interno del centro storico di Cosio. Data la poca popolazione potrete godere di un soggiorno di relax e lontano dal caos cittadino. La posizione è strategica immerso tra le montagne ma a solo mezz'ora di auto dalla costa Ligure. Sono presenti molteplici sentieri,aree verdi per animali, parchi giochi, ma anche ottimi ristoranti e bar dove poter assaporare gustosi piatti tipici. È anche presente un bancomat in paese. La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.
