The house is very beautiful and well-equipped, it has a very beautiful garden, a corner of paradise. By car, you can reach all the nearby beaches and restaurants in just a few minutes. Gianni's house is in a secluded and quiet place, immersed in the first hills just outside the town of Bibbona. We found it tidy, clean and well served (including dishes and kitchen accessories, as well as the presence - on request - of a small but very useful induction plate, despite the "landlady" status). It has a beautiful outdoor space for the exclusive use of guests, where you can eat and relax in peace. The living area is slightly warm in summer but the bedroom has an air conditioner that allows you to rest comfortably even on hot days. The owner is kind and flexible: he was able to meet all our requests with promptness and courtesy.

Everything was perfect: the house was really beautiful and very clean, very comfortable and relaxing, with the wonderful veranda and garden, close to the sea and very quiet. Aloka was very welcoming and enthusiastic when she greeted me and also recommended the best beaches. Thank you!! Highly recommended!!! I can't wait to go back and stay a few more days.

We spent our summer vacation with 2 children (before the start of the season) for 2 weeks. We all liked it very much and we felt very welcome right away. The hosts are very helpful and yet not intrusive. They give you a lot of privacy. After a week, we were proactively asked if we wanted new towels and bed linen. The children were very welcome. The clean, large and free beach can be reached via a private road, which can be traveled by bicycle or car. It was just beautiful and we will certainly come back again.

Beautiful vacation home with infinity pool

We had a wonderful week at the villa. The views and location were great and the infinity pool was a great size with amazing views. The 2 restaurants in Riparbella were great as well as was the L'Agrifoglio (5 minutes' drive towards Castellina Marittima). The location was good for exploring some of the lovely Italian towns. We visited Volterra and San Gimignano were both really nice and not too far. Beaches are also easily accessible. It is a little tricky to find as google maps took us down a completely different road and the some of the roads to the villa are quite poor!
