Enjoyed our stay in a lovely traditional farmhouse in a beautiful location. A warm greeting and fantastic time had by all!

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

It is a beautiful and well-maintained house. Many accommodations do not understand that it is actually quite simple to make people happy, namely ensuring a clean house, kitchen with all the stuff, equipment, etc. you need, good shower, nice terrace. Everything was right with Fiona. The reception was very neat by Thomas. The house is very spacious, a very large kitchen, a lot of practical things are already in stock and you can use them. The swimming pool (we were there in May) was already fully up and running and at temperature. It was very nice that there was a fence around it so that the small children could not just reach it. The WiFi was also ideal, I was actually able to do a number of work-related video calls there. Anyway, just a house with high standards, large (covered) terrace, nice in the shade.

A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

The apartment was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed, central yet in a quiet part of town with plenty of great places to eat within a few minutes’ walk. Our host gave us fantastic tips for fish restaurants and places to swim. We weren’t there for a holiday, but it felt like one.

I loved my stay!! Myself and my dog stayed for 2 nights but we truly wish we had for longer. We felt right at home and we were so welcomed - great recommendations for where to go for food and were just wonderful people! Thank you so much and I hope to have the chance to visit again!

Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric enclosed garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but that is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 30 degrees and blue sky for 1 week. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Great place in the countryside of Abruzzo. The whole property is divided into 3 apartments - me and the family rented the whole place and enjoyed our time together. It’s easy to find, close to Pineto, Silvi and surrounding villages. Recommended!

We stayed in Acquaviva Picena for 4 days. Staying at Palazzo Olli was beautiful. The house is spacious and well-maintained, with a spectacular view of the surrounding area. It is also just minutes from San Benedetto del Tronto, in a great location for trips out of town. Highly recommended place!

Aldo is a very nice and accommodating host and everything was as expected. The tracks run directly by the Airbnb, but do not disturb much at night. The location by the sea is great - you can quickly find empty spots. The place is small, but you have everything you need nearby. For larger supermarkets, you can get in the car. We had a lovely stay!

Our stay in this apartment was really pleasant. It is located in a quiet area with a picturesque view on the hills. The apartment is decorated with taste and is very modern. Moreover, the climate in Acquaviva is much more pleasant than in San Benedetto. In the morning and in the evening, it was always fresh and we never suffered from heat. Finally, Giovanna was always helpful when we needed something, friendly, and flexible.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

Lovely place, very nice new apartment with beautiful views of the Marche hills in a quiet area, ideal for visiting the many places of interest and to reach the sea. We had a lot of traffic jams and only arrived at the accommodation around midnight. Finding the right way to the house was not made any easier by our navigation system. Thanks to the electronic check-in, everything else went smoothly. It is a unique, beautifully designed house where we immediately felt comfortable. Civitanova is only about 15 minutes' drive away. In Civitanova Alta, you can also walk into the old town in the evening to enjoy a freshly tapped beer, a mixed cocktail or an ice cream. The people are very friendly, open and helpful. On hot days, we also liked to go to the small pool in the evening to cool off a bit. The kitchen was well equipped, as well as the house as a whole. The air conditioning was very helpful as well. It was simply great to eat on the terrace in the morning and evening or just to relax on the loungers/deck chairs. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

At Pasquale's house we felt as if we were at home, the hosts welcomed us warmly and the house is not only in a great location to visit the surrounding villages but also enjoys an incredible view and unparalleled peace. We went with our dog and thanks to the garden and the location of the house he was able to stay calm and wander free without problems. We highly recommend it and will absolutely be back!
