Dogs are welcome, bring their bed, feeding bowl, and towels, and let us know that you are bringing your pet so that we can ensure soft furnishings are changed for any guests with allergies. Please do not allow your pet onto the bed or furniture.

The Studio is on the Route 66 cycle path, and you are minutes away from woodland and country walks of outstanding beauty. The village is well served with a bakery, bistro, village store, pub, beauty and hair salon and pharmacy.

Our 2 bed house is an end of terrace property built in the 1870's. Originally built to house the workers at Terry's Chocolate factory … which sadly is no longer making chocolate! This property is just a short stroll to York's premier Racecourse. The house is approximately 150 years old so as you would expect, it does have character! We have decorated and furnished the house to provide a clean, comfortable and cosy environment to help you relax and enjoy your trip to York.

Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 15 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Lovely studio style mews house with free parking

Situated only minutes from the walled city, the studio is a small mews house which I built at the end of my garden in 2012. It lies on a quiet backstreet and feels peaceful and secluded. Inside is a spacious sun-filled loft-style living space upstairs with a shower room downstairs, the Studio provides comfortable accommodation for up to three people.
