Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

Got to him late trying to find a place and he answered, gave clear instructions on where to go & what to do. I didn’t get to stay for the things around the farm that he has but I’d say from seeing them & what ppl say that they’re great! I do recommend arriving during daylight hours though

The Hobo Hostel provided an affordable and comfortable stay. We were there for Trail Days in Damascus and for this it was perfect. We even met some fellow hikers staying at HH who were also attending Trail Days and had some great conversations (a benefit of a Hostel). We heard the Train but it was not that loud; not an issue at all. HH is conveniently walkable for downtown Abingdon and we would stay there again.

Such a cute and convenient location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the Creeper Trail. Donna was an excellent host with great recommendations for the area. The room also had brochures for things to do in the area! A local treasure for sure. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I (and our puppy) enjoyed our stay in Greg’s cabin. The cabin was clean and had more than enough room for us. It was private, and there was a large yard for our pup to run in. Greg was helpful and responsive. We also enjoyed the convenient path to the Virginia Creeper trail which I took advantage of for a Saturday morning run. We would definitely stay in Greg’s cabin again (we visit Abingdon frequently to see plays at the Barter).
