Cottage holiday rentals in Aberporth

We've stayed here before. I only mention that because what other recommendation do you need if it's somewhere you go back to? We love the private dog-friendly location and private garden - not to mention the jacuzzi. Excellent kitchen, shower room, TV, dining table and bedroom. A short drive from New Quay and Aberaeron. The host Rachel is lovely and friendly - also responsive in answering messages.

A wonderful warm welcome awaits in this picturesque corner of wales. Beautiful rolling countryside and utter peaceful surroundings. A lovely break away from it all where nothing is too much trouble for the host to ensure you have a great stay!

A lovely quiet stone cottage with a peaceful setting around it. Very comfortable and the hot tub was great, especially after a day walking or cycling. Dai & Jan are very welcoming. This place had everything we needed for a week away.

we had a wonderful stay at Carolyn's so peaceful. The cottage was clean and tidy and Carolyn was available if needed. Carolyn gave us a lovely welcome and showed us around the cottage explaining how everything worked.We had a nice welcome pack and information about the surrounding attractions.

I would honestly have loved to have moved in, such a peaceful and beautiful place, the stay was for our anniversary and it didn’t disappoint at all, constant communication whenever we needed to discuss anything and the property was honestly very impressive, lovely stay and would definitely recommend to friends.

The Cottage was lovely and just what we wanted. We were only 500 yards away from our friends who we came down to visit. The local pub just up the road and plenty of places around to visit during our stay.

Highly recommend - an immaculately clean and well-presented cottage in a secluded spot made for a tranquil weekend. Great communication from booking through to leaving and restaurant recommendations were very much appreciated. We’ll definitely visit again.

Amazing cottage in rural Wales. Beautifully presented and responsive host. Very peaceful, excellent coastal walks nearby and easy to access Cardigan and Newport in either direction for restaurants and amenities. Would love to come back again!

This cottage truly is magical. It’s historic significance and beautiful restorations make it a very special place to stay. The Cottage has an amazing log burner that really kicks out the heat and the host kindly left plenty of wood for us to use. Cozy and compact with all the basics. Perfectly placed for adventures and coastal walks.

One of the best places we’ve stayed in. Warm apple crumble on arrival! Cosy, comfortable, very well equiped, beautiful peaceful location. Extra comfy bed! Loved the log fire and the garden was a delight to sit in. Wish we could have stayed longer

This is the second time we have stayed in the cabin. It’s the perfect size, really clean and well equipped. The location is so tranquil and the beach is beautiful. Works really well with small children, has high chair etc, the gates on the decking outside lock, no stair gates needed etc. We love it here and will definitely be staying again in future! Beautiful location and cottage! Everything was clean and tidy. Very clear instructions on how to find the cottage! Hosts kept to themselves and let us get on with whatever we were doing, which we appreciated! Little welcome treats provided by the hosts which was a lovely touch! Internet was very intermittent but to be expected!

This was the second time we stayed at Sticle Vineyard as we couldn’t wait to come back, this time with the in laws, as knew they’d love it too. What a great place! Probably the best we’ve had in the area. Abbey view is really well equipped, beautifully decorated and has a stunning view up the Teifi towards Aber Teifi. Rose was really helpful and provided everything we needed. It’s a great base for exploring around the local area, with Poppit Sands, The Teifi valley, Aberporth and loads of other places a short distance away. There’s a great community run pub in the village and a regular local producers market to pick up great food. Glebelands organic market garden sits in between St. Dogmaels and Aber Teifi for fantastic fresh fruit & veg. We felt at home straight away!

This property looked perfect on line and certainly didn’t disappoint. It is spotlessly clean, well furnished and very comfortable. There is everything you might need for a peaceful stay. It is close to beaches and countryside and an easy 15 minute drive into Haverfordwest. Keith and Kathryn have been the most thoughtful hosts one could wish for. We will most definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage in a super quiet peaceful location, perfect for exploring Pembrokeshire and close to the beautiful Preseli Hills. Cosy and warm inside despite the cold wet weather outside. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed (which isn't always the case with AirBnBs!) Lots of useful information about local facilities, walks, places to eat etc. Just what we needed for a relaxing break away from it all.

Trefechan Dairy is outstanding. It’s in a fabulous location close to Fishguard and Goodwick, and lies very close to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path so excellent for walkers like ourselves. The property itself is warm (it was unseasonably cool during our stay), extremely comfortable and well-appointed. Host Marty was exceptionally hospitable and welcoming, and is very knowledgeable about the local area and walks. We wouldn’t hesitate one second to return, and hope very much we’ll do so one day. Many thanks to Marty and Bev for a super stay.

We had such a lovely break. The cottage was cosy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip as a family. The views of the river were absolutely stunning, and the hot tub made it even better. I spent a lot of time in there soaking up the scenery — it was peaceful, calming, and just what I needed. Our host was fantastic — friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. We felt very well looked after. A truly memorable stay and one we’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely week. The property was great for us in a pretty location. Peaceful but within 10 minutes walk to the delightful town of Aberporth.

This property is a hidden gem in a very tranquil area. The cottage's living room is large, its kitchen is fully equipped, its beds are clean and comfortable, and its bathrooms are lovely. For a family holiday, it had everything you could ask for. Simon and Charlotte were prompt in their communication. Although we were granted privacy, we were aware that we had immediate access to any assistance we needed. The experience was made even better by small additions such as freshly laid farm eggs, milk from a local dairy, and Welsh cakes that were left for us. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations
