Exceptional place to stay, Scott and sandy are great hosts and made me feel very welcome as soon as i arrived. The place is immaculate inside and everything you would need for your visit. I stayed for 16 days for work and was very happy i chose this place, so much I cancelled my other accommodation just so i could stay here. Cooking facilities are great with everything new and modern. Great shower and realy comfy bed. Very nice quiet area and peacefull. Brilliant for my work being only 10 mins away. If I am back to the area I will be back to stay here.

Really liked this stay. Check in was excellent and the concierge was v helpful. I like a no hassle check in with minimal chit chat. if this is you, look no further. there's nothing worse than a host who wants to be your best pal. the pub next door is very noisy with music playing outside. it stopped at midnight however and was pretty acceptable from the 9th floor. if I was through here working or spending a good few days and didn't need to worry about parking I'd pick this over a hotel. parking at bon accord was nearby and 12.50 for 24 hours which is pretty decent for being bang on the city centre.

Great place with some great benefits; gym, washing facilities, sauna etc. Would definitely stay again.

Great central location. Lovely view over Aberdeen from the apartment window .Loved the roof top garden room was lovely to sit in there in the evening with the glorious sunshire we had during our visit . Was an ideal base for a short visit to Aberdeen.

really ideal stay in the city centre. easy walking distance to everything you could possibly need. really appreciated that this felt like a homew and you could find pretty much everything you could possibly need during your stay too. our only downside was that the bed was quite soft and we very much prefer a firmer mattress, so if that's you too then definitely take that into consideration. otherwise an incredibly pleasant stay and would definitely visit again.

Lovely stay at this apartment, very clean inside and great communication with the host. Parking right outside was very ideal too. Noisy neighbours and very dark outside the block of flats when coming home late at night, few people surrounding the main communal doors, however that is not the hosts fault as it is a big block of apartments.

A stunning apartment, the photos don't do it justice! Beautifully decorated, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The whole building is stunning. In the perfect location for the city centre. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Ross was the perfect host, helping us quickly with any questions.

I loved my stay felt right at home lovely cosy place to stay fabulous location, spotlessly clean with everything you need for a great stay, kind attentive hosts respond fast to any enquiries was very sad to leave could happily have stayed forever and will definitely return in the future.

Spent 2 nights here with 2 small children. House was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Satya was a great host, clear check in instructions and quick responses when communicating before our trip.

From the moment I arrived until I departed, the property felt like home. 5 star all round. I even got a breakfast each morning and the offer of hot food. very generous host. Beautiful garden with fantastic views watching the sun rise. Definitely stay again. Shirley was the perfect host and was always so friendly and chatty. Unfortunately I didn't get so say goodbye on the morning of my departure as Shirley was out but I left a note thanking her for kind hospitality.

Really lovely place to spend some time with the family - ground floor access was perfect for the less mobile members of our party and the underfloor heating was great! So quiet and away from it all and great for the dogs as well - plenty of enclosed space for them to run about and not far from some lovely country walks. A few minor niggles with the property but nothing to detract from the scale of the place. We were a party of 7 and it could easily sleep 10.

This is a very beautiful house in a stunning setting, perfect for our group of 12 adults plus 2 babies and a toddler. Bea is very helpful and a wonderful host. The hot tub is well worth the extra charge. The kitchen was very well set up for cooking for a large group, and the garden was wonderful also. The house has many personal and thoughtful touches. One of the best AirBnB stays I have had, highly recommended.
