Incredible place to stay! so homey. My partner and I can't wait to home back to Japan so we can stay here again. A bit far from all of the typical Kyoto stuff but honestly it's better for it. a great supermarket close by and heaps of restaurant options. Love it!!

Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen. Oguri ist ein sehr freundlicher und professioneller Gastgeber, der seine Unterkunft tadellos sauber und ordentlich führt. Wir haben es dort sehr genossen. Nur haben wir die Distanz ins Zentrum Kyōtos etwas unterschätzt, da man mit dem Zug dorthin knapp 45min benötigt. Alles andere was man benötigt findet man in direkter Umgebung. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und wir kommen gerne wieder.✌️

这次日本之行非常惊喜的一家住宿！推开门感觉走进了日漫里的房间一样，地理位置很方便，步行去心斋桥十几分钟（在我和朋友都走得很慢的情况下哈哈哈）和最近的地铁站只有300米左右，附近有便利店和2家很大的超市，老板非常热心，下次来大阪的话还要住这家！

Oguri's place is a short walk from Kintetsu's Kutsukawa station, which made it a wonderful place to stay for my time in the Uji/Kyoto area. There was some road noise from the active street, but earplugs were more than enough to cover me during the night (even when I am a very light sleeper) Oguri was kind and very proactive with getting me checked in, even when I was very late with my check-in and late messages.

I loved staying here, Oguri was very proactive in making sure I knew the directions to the unit. He also has a great lists of recommendations in the nearby area, personally I tried his favorite ramen shop and I loved it!! Do not hesitate to book with Oguri!

We loved our stay at OGR! Ambiance was amazing and beds are really soft and comfortable especially after a long day of walking. Near restaurants and convenience stores as well! It was near a train station as well which we loved. Owner was really nice and helpful as well! Probably one of the best airbnbs we went to. 10/10 and will definitely come back! Arigato 😊

The location is very convenient—easily walkable with quick access to the train station, which made getting around simple. There was a slight delay during check-in, but overall the process went smoothly. The unit is located close to the highway, so it can be a bit noisy at night, especially for light sleepers like myself. My family stayed in both units, and I personally preferred the smaller one—it felt more conducive and comfortable for my needs. The host was very kind and thoughtful, even offering my family one-way transport to the airport. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality!

Would have rated 6+ stars if I could. Room is bigger than shown in the picture, very nice and tidy. Very close to 2 train stations with resturants and 3 conveniece store nearby. Special thanks to Ron for early checkin (just to drop the lagguage) so we could head straight to shopping. I will definately come back to S-Presso again!

We've a great time during our stay at this unit.The house was so clean,good enough to accomodate us consist of two adults and two kids around age of 6-8 years old.There was a small kitchen complete with utensils.The toilet & bathroom were clean and always.The wifi also fast and easy to connect. The location easy to find,just 200-300m from Imamiya station.Last but not least,the host was so helpful and responsive.He allowed us to drop our luggages first infront of the house because we arrived earlier before check-in time.
