Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Abeno Ward

Exceeds my expectations, very nice room, each room is quite large, close to the supermarket, 711, convenient to buy things, I bought beef in the supermarket and cooked hot pot in the living room, very happy❤

Great place, big enough. Amazing bathroom. Simple check-in and all instructions. A stone's throw from a metro station. No complaints, we'll be happy to come back.

The place is in a fantastic location! Short walk to the metro which can get you where ever you want to go plus minutes from doutonbori. Was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was despite being on a fairly busy street. Room is quite spacious as well which was nice. Would highly recommend

Anyway, it is very convenient to access from the hotel, and you can easily go to Umeda and Namba! There is a Lawson on the first floor, so you can shop anytime, and you can also buy food at the supermarket a short walk away. There are also many places around the hotel where you can easily eat I had no problems at any time. There were plenty of amenities, and I was grateful that I could have extra towels exchanged. The room has a separate living room and bedroom, and can be separated It was nice to have a separate bath and toilet and a clean place (^ ^) The door is auto-locked and requires a PIN code If my phone runs out of battery and I don't know the number It's very troublesome... I recommend writing it down on paper and carrying it with you.🔑

A fantastic location, walking distance to all the attractions, dining, and entertainment that the Namba area of Osaka has to offer. While being close to the center of everything, it is still private enough to be quiet at night for a peaceful night's rest. The host was responsive to all of our needs. One thing to note is that the unit is two stories, with a steep spiral staircase as the only means of access to the master bedroom. So, you may need to consider if it is suitable for seniors and/or children in your group.

Nice clean cozy little apartment about 10 min walk south/southwest of Namba. Host is very warm and has welcoming. The wifi was insanely fast and the AC worked well. Appreciated the washing machine and the drying ability in the bathroom. Perfect for one or two people to explore Osaka.

It is very clean, especially the bathroom and toilet, the room is much wider than the hotel, and the washing machine where you can dry your clothes is very convenient!

We felt at home in Tony’s place. He met us at the station, helped with the bags and at checkout brought us to the bus station. He gave recommendations and tips and was very responsive before and during our stay. We will book this place again on our next trip to Osaka.

Will is a great host, he welcomed me into the property and gave me a tour of the house. The house was stocked with every single appliance , product or tool that we would need - Will made sure we would be prepared for anything. It was extremely clean and tidy, it even smelled great in every room. He was always responsive whenever I had a question, and was very welcoming and friendly. The location was close to the heart of the city, so it was easy to get there by taxi / uber. I would 100% stay here again.

Traditional Japanese homes are very clean and cozy, surrounded by local communities.Convenient location,🚶‍➡️ a few minutes walk to Dongbu Market subway station🚇, Lawson nearby,🏬 convenient for eating, living and traveling. What surprised and delighted us was the hospitality, friendliness and generosity of the host family. The host is very responsible and has a strong sense of time. He picked us up at the subway station in advance and recommended a faster route to send us off. He is very humorous and smart. Although we couldn't communicate, he could quickly understand what we meant. There was plenty of water and food in the room. Because our flight landed late, we thought we would be hungry the first night. The host's thoughtfulness moved us very much🥹! During our stay, we were also fortunate to follow the host family and experience the local food and music culture. The host's wife is very elegant and intelligent, and her smile is very warm, just like a neighbor's aunt. We also exchanged skin care and beauty tips with the sister and hair care and hair growth tips with the brother😂.If there was enough time, I would have experienced the beautiful kimono of the host's wife and sister👘, it's a bit of a pity😔 Remember that there is a saying in Murakami's novel that people who meet will meet again. It is a great honor to have this wonderful time with the host family in a foreign country. I hope to have the opportunity to meet again.🎉 Best wishes

We had a nice stay at this place. The only thing we didn’t anticipate was that one of the bedroom (tatami room) was next to the living room with no doors. I think it was said at the details but we weren’t able to check it more clearly. But overall we enjoyed the stay, loved the place and highly recommend it!

Before arriving I had a few questions and it was extremely easy to chat with the host. They offered answers to every question within minutes! This was a great place to stay and central to all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a 25 minute uber to Universal Studios and a 15 minute uber to Dotonbori. It was about a 3 minute wait to get an uber at the house. The house is 3 stories with very narrow stairs, so be cautious. The towels are very small, but super absorbent. There is a Nespresso machine with pods that are available to purchase. The beds and bedding is what made this the best place I have ever stayed at! They were soft and cloud like. Close to the station, it was very easy to use Airbnb.

It was a short stay of two days on the weekend, and it was a tour of special soldiers, so it was not long in the time of the B&B.But! The house is very nice and can be seen that the homeowner has a lot of small design details that make people feel welcoming.And it is very clean, the stay is very comfortable ~ I will have the opportunity to recommend it to friends\ (////)\

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect – everything is within easy reach, including Dotonbori and public transportation. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and spacious. It had everything we needed, including laundry facilities, which were very convenient. A big thank you to our host Bi, who was always kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. We felt truly comfortable and well taken care of. We especially appreciated his help with carrying our luggage. When we’re back in Germany, we’ll fondly remember our time in Osaka.

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

Aoi was an amazing host and was very responsive! The place felt very cozy and was in the heart of Osaka. It was very convenient to get to other destinations and the place overall was very nice to stay at!
