Unique house in the best location of the city

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the heart of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but has been newly renovated in respect of the house's long history. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sand-colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall holds plenty of coziness, nooks and crannies and stories.

It can accommodate 4 people and 1st child under 2 years. Housing is great for craftsmen, 1-2 couples, business travelers, and families. Close to public transport, art and culture, airport, port, nature area. Aalborg city center, 4 km. Bus 17 is close, 50 yards. Shopping, 300 m. Aalborg Airport, 4.5 km. Train, a mile.

Bright 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony. Great views. Nearby there are shopping opportunities. Sleeping 2 people in the bedroom and 3rd sleeping area is on sofa bed. There is a TV with chromecast in both rooms - does not have TV channels. Close to bus and also has free parking. WiFi and cleaning after the stay are included in the price. Since I live in between myself in the apartment, there will be some of my personal belongings in the apartment - e.g. clothes and shoes.

Lejligheden er placeret midt i Aalborg Centrum med få minutters gang til gågaden og Aalborgs ikoniske madgade. Her er I omgivet af fitness, caféer, butikker og nem adgang til offentlig transport. På p-pladsen er der plads til 5 biler. Man kan risikere, at der ikke er plads, da det er først til mølle princip - opleves oftest ved sen indtjekning. Andre gratis parkeringsmuligheder er tilgængelige 10 minutters gang fra lejligheden.
