Holiday rentals with an EV charger in 8th arrondissement

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our visit to Roland-Garros. We walked there in less than 10 minutes and also walked to visit Parc des Princes. It was close to the metro and the bakery next door was lovely! The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well equipped. Antoine replied to messages very quickly and provided local recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here and hope to return sometime.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The town itself it beautiful-very walkable, lots of space and friendly restaurant staff. Catherine was so kind and flexible-our trip was delayed but she was able to work around our new timeline, and it made us feel much less stressed. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, this is it!

We loved this small apartment so much! It is located in an old beautiful building, with a wooden staircase, on the 7th floor (no elevator, but hey, you get a free daily workout). The views from all the windows/French balconies are stunning. The host answered very fast to all my questions and was very friendly with us. Loved everything about our stay.

The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, viele Orten waren zu Fuss erreichbar. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz war ein grosses Plus. Wir waren früher angekommen und durften gleich parken. Die Wohnung, und ganz wichtig die Bettwäsche war sauber. Wir waren zu dritt, was für kurze Zeit machbar war und mit der Matratze auf dem Sofa konnte ich gut schlafen. Es hat alles was es braucht und sieht den Bildern identisch aus. Wir wussten das es im 4. Stock ohne Lift war, also war das kein Problem. Sami und Johann waren sehr nett und erreichbar. Check in und check out war unkompliziert und einfach. Danke für alles.

Herbert was an amazing host. He helped arrange transportation for the 4 of us both to and from the apartment. Any questions we had he was super responsive. We came in early on a Saturday am and he had someone meet us at the apartment with keys and show us around. The apartment is lovely and very comfortable for 4 people. We experienced a very warm spell in Paris during our stay and appreciated the air conditioning. The bedrooms were very quiet with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the showers. The location is incredible. The apartment is within a 10 min walk of multiple Metro stops. Paris public transport is stellar and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go easily. It is also only 3 blocks from the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe. Local restaurants are excellent. Make sure to try both Jerome's and Midore Boulangeries...excellent bakeries. We look forward to a return trip and staying here.

Clean, beautiful apartment with good public transportation accesss

The apartment was very nice with an authentic Parisian feel. We loved sitting on the balcony with the clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Excellent bakery on the street below and grocery store around the corner. Very close to metro entrance. Amelie was easy to communicate with. Wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Really enjoyed the stay!

We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie! Dom przepiękny, przestronny, świetnie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony. Luksusowe łazienki, wygodne łóżka i kuchnia idealna do przygotowywania śniadań i kolacji. Do tego piękny ogród – idealne miejsce na relaks. Świetna przestrzeń do wspólnego spędzania czasu: bilard, piłkarzyki, dużo miejsca dla dzieci i dorosłych. Tarik to fantastyczny gospodarz – serdeczny, pomocny i bardzo zaangażowany. Na powitanie czekał na nas kosz owoców, soki, woda i pyszne słodkie bułeczki – piękny gest. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Z całego serca polecamy ten dom – jeśli wrócimy do Paryża, to tylko tutaj!

Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

Soreya’s place was great. It was exactly as described. She was kind enough to let me check in early. She even met me at the place. There were places to eat and a supermarket within close proximity. There were 2 metro stations within walking distance which could transport to all the great Paris sights. I highly recommend Soreya’s place to stay.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Für unseren Besuch von Paris und Disneyland war diese Wohnung ideal. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metrostation und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Restaurants...) innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bry sur Marne ist wirklich zauberhaft. In der Wohnung war alles zu finden, was wir benötigt haben, sie war sauber und verfügt über Rolläden in den Schlafzimmern. Wir können die Wohnung und Nathalie als Host nur weiterempfehlen.

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!
