Victor was a terrific host. The apartment was comfortable and quiet, and located in a great neighborhood. Victor was a terrific communicator and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Die Wohnung hat uns super gut gefallen. Sie hat den Flair eines Ateliers mit den großen Dachfenstern und der Empore. Wie schon von anderen zuvor beschrieben sollte man wissen, dass im Masterbedroom die Dachfenster nicht vollständig zu verdunkeln sind. Es wird daher entsprechend in den Sommermonaten früh hell im großen Schlafzimmer. Das kleine Schlafzimmer lässt sich verdunkeln.... Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, wenn man es etwas ruhiger und schicker mag. Trotzdem hat man die Metro vor der Tür und ist ganz schnell überall in der Stadt. Schöne Bars und Bistros um die Ecke. Wir haben die Einrichtung der Küche nicht benutzt, aber es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben nicht alles in Paris geschafft, was wir sehen wollten und werden daher sicherlich nochmal - auch in diese Wohnung- zurückkommen.

This is a great place to stay in Paris! Oki was an excellent host: very responsive to questions before and during our stay, and super flexible meeting us to check in early in the day. The apartment was spotless and very nicely set up for guests. It's worth noting that the apartment is a third-floor walk up. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay while spending a week in Paris. Excellent location with restaurants, museums and gardens nearby. Easy access to the Metro.

This was our 4th stay at Chau’s place and it was as welcoming as our previous stays. Chau is a very responsive host. The apartment is easy to find and access is easy as well. The street is quiet even though it’s just a short walk to several restaurants, patisseries, the Rue Cler walk street, and the metro. Plenty of natural light, a spacious bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom make this a great place to stay.

This apartment was perfect! It's small but it had everything we needed and it was an absolutely perfect location! Everything was very clean and Joy was a perfect host. We would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Pequeño pero suficiente apartamento si vas a hacer turismo por París. Zona muy tranquila y buena ubicación para moverte con transporte público. Las medidas de la cama son un poco justas pero muy cómoda.

Magnifique point de départ pour découvrir la Tour Eiffel via la place du Trocadéro. Quartier sécuritaire, beaucoup de bons restaurants à moins de 15 min de marche ( on a ADORÉ celui nommé Les Amourettes) , collé sur un métro. L’accès au logement est ultra sécuritaire. Hôte prévenante et disponible, Logement très bien équipé.

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

Rapport tres facile avec l'hôte. J'ai eu plusieurs questions et il a ete tres reactif.

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

absolutely fantastic accomodation for our stay in Paris for 3 nights, beautiful view from the balcony of pretty much the whole of Paris, including the Eiffel tower!!! Really lovely apartment, small but really everything you need for food, relaxing after a day of exploring and a wonderful balcony to relax on with food and drinks, has all the amenities one would need and more and such a lovely use of the space! Olivier was an excellent host with videos on how everything works and all instructions clearly written and explained and video'd too! He was quick to reply to questions and anything we needed help with before our trip and very eager to be a great host which he was, thoroughly recommend and we would absolutely love to stay again!!

Nandas place was wonderfully situated just a few blocks off of Eiffel Tower Park. The entire apartment was spotless. Of note for people traveling from the states, there is no central air condition, but each room has big wide windows that open to allow fresh air to come in and it was wonderful to feel the breeze. We never got overly hot. Nanda was so kind and helpful. Clear instructions throughout the apartment, and great recommendations! We went to Le Suffren the first night and it was one of our favorite meals! She had a baby cot for my little one too. I can not recommend this place enough! The location was amazing. The host was fantastic. And there is nothing quite like sipping wine, winding down from a long travel day while watching the twinkling Eiffel Tower.
