House holiday rentals in 4th arrondissement

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

As the owner of the house, Sophia is very hospitable.She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the station. She was always there if we needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation in Paris thanks to her lovely house and pool. The city center is 3 stops from her house and it's easy to get there. We are very satisfied and happy that we were lucky enough to stay there. The turtles and the sweet cat visited us regularly, so we felt at home.Thank you Sophia ☺️

We were a family of 8 adults. The house incl. conservatory, as well as the garden with pool and many seating options were super nice and spacious. We were all very comfortable. Communication with Françoise and Pascal was great. We always got a response within a very short time. We highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

Pascale's instructions were very clear for the arrival. The location of the accommodation is very convenient because it is located close to the RER A: ideal for getting to Paris quickly, and the accommodation was very quiet, at the back of a large garden, surrounded by greenery.

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

This is a very beautiful and cozy house, if you see the same photos, the lighting and ventilation are great, Eleonore is a very kind host, who will kindly remind us that if the room is too hot, we can open the window in advance to ventilate (because the temperature just rose to 29 degrees when we went) And it also provides an electric fan and a hair dryer. My husband and I had a very nice stay here❤️

We were very satisfied in the studio at Hamoudy. Everything was super clean and everything was prepared so that nothing was missing. We cooked every day and there was nothing missing in terms of equipment. Hamoudy even proactively asked if we needed anything else and offered us an air conditioner, as it was very warm. The neighborhood feels a little unsafe in the evening/at night (we are two young girls), but since the gate to the street is locked, the front door is also locked and everything is under video surveillance, we felt very safe as soon as we were there. We even always ate outside. Bus stop and Meteo are within walking distance. By public transport, it only takes about 45-50 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The Stade de France is 20 minutes' walk away. The nearest Lidl is 3 minutes' walk. We would like to give the greatest praise to the host Hamoudy. I've never had such a nice, courteous and immediately responding host. Clear recommendation!!!! Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

Alexandra and Loïc are friendly hosts who care about the hospitality and comfort of their guests. The accommodation is a real little cocoon, very well arranged with a neat decor. I would go back there with my eyes closed and highly recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful, it’s the perfect place for if you’re exploring Paris. Well connected and easy to get around the city! Christoph is a great host, very responsive and dealt with any issues very quickly. The house is charming and we would stay again!

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

We stayed at here as the location was perfect for the airport, and 30 minutes in to the center of Paris ( short bus ride and metro) The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The area was quiet and the local shop and bakery was only 5 minutes walk.

We felt very comfortable in Françoise's studio! A loving and very individually furnished apartment with bohemian flair. For us, it was the perfect retreat in bustling Paris. The location of the studio is very quiet and the courtyard is a small, green oasis. It's also great that you can get everything you need for your daily needs on foot right on your doorstep. Bus and metro are also very close. The contact with Françoise and her neighborhood was extremely friendly❤️. We would have liked to stay longer...

Great apartment. It's everything you need. It was very clean. The apartment has a perfect location. I wanted something near Paris but quiet. The subway is easily accessible on foot. It takes 14 minutes to get to Notre Dame. The one-way trip costs only €2.50.
