House holiday rentals in 4th arrondissement

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Pool und sehr großem Garten. Alles da was man benötigt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt, da wir auch sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. Die Vorbereitung von Sophia war klasse und die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts sensationell. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätte sie Sophia auf jeden Fall alle verdient. Unsere beiden Kinder haben es auch wie wir genossen, neben dem Sightseeing in Paris etwas Ruhe und Entspannung hier bei Sophia und Ihrer Familie zu finden. Neben dem großen Pool war für die Kids auch James der liebe Hauskater und die Schildkröten, die uns immer wieder besucht haben ein Highlight. Vielen Dank nochmal an Sophia für die absolut tolle Betreuung.

Wir waren als Familie mit 8 Erwachsenen zu Gast. Das Haus incl. Wintergarten, sowie der Garten mit Pool und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten waren super schön und großzügig. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Françoise und Pascal war super. Wir haben immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort bekommen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

La péniche est superbe, les chambres sont très confortables. Parfait pour un groupe de 10. Merci pour l’accueil.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Les instructions de Pascale étaient très claires pour l’arrivée. La localisation du logement est très pratique car situé proche du RER A : idéal pour se rendre rapidement dans Paris, et le logement était très calme, au fond d’un grand jardin, entouré de verdure.

We stayed at here as the location was perfect for the airport, and 30 minutes in to the center of Paris ( short bus ride and metro) The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The area was quiet and the local shop and bakery was only 5 minutes walk.

wir waren für eine Städtetrip in Paris und haben dafür die Unterkunft von Eléonore verwendet. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, aber super zu erreichen mit der Metro. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber schön und modern eingerichtet. Auch der Kontakt mit Eléonore war super einfach und reibungslos.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in dem Studio bei Hamoudy. Alles war super sauber und es wurde alles so vorbereitet, dass einem nichts fehlt. Wir haben jeden Tag gekocht und auch da hat nichts an Equipment gefehlt. Hamoudy hat sogar proaktiv nachgefragt ob wir noch etwas brauchen und uns eine Air Condition angeboten, da es sehr warm war. Die Nachbarschaft fühlt sich Abends/Nachts etwas unsicher an (wir sind zwei junge Mädels), da aber das Tor zu Straße abgeschlossen ist, die Haustüre auch und auch alles Videoüberwacht wird, haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt sobald wir dort waren. Wir haben sogar immer draußen gegessen. Bushaltestelle und Meteo sind in Laufnähe. Mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln braucht man nur ca 45-50min zum Eiffelturm. Das Stade de Frace ist 20 Laufminuten entfernt. Der nächste Lidl 3 Laufminuten. Das größte Lob möchten wir dem Gastgeber Hamoudy geben. Ich hatte wirklich noch nie so einen netten, zuvorkommenden und sofort antwortenden Host. Klare Empfehlung!!!! Danke🫶🏼

Небольшая и чистая студия. Всё необходимое для проживания есть. Находится в пеший доступности до трамвая, который ведет в метро. Хозяин был отзывчивый, и по нашей просьбе он принёс необходимые вещи.

Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille agréable,bien accueilli par Clément ,un logement qui correspondait à la description agréable,propre ,en sécurité au calme.Clement a répondu rapidement à nos diverses demandes ,ue réel plus c'est la place de parking la proximité des commerces du métro.C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons et nous conseillerons ce logement.Merci pour tout.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Christel a été une hôte avec qui l’échange a été super facile en virtuel et en réel. Qui s’intéresse à votre ressenti quant au séjour que vous passez dans son logement. Et qui a été hyper arrangeante concernant l’heure d’arrivée ce qui m’a énormément arrangé ! Il y a des commerces à 8 minutes à pieds. Également à 8 minutes il y a la ligne 7 du métro pour rejoindre Paris facilement. Très contente du logement dans lequel j’ai séjourné. Et une petite pensée pour mon copain à 4 pattes Rosko 🫶

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Atelier von Françoise! Eine liebevolle und sehr individuell ausgestattete Wohnung mit bohemian Flair. Für uns war es der perfekte Rückzugsort im belebten Paris. Die Lage des Ateliers ist sehr ruhig und der dazugehörige Hof ist eine kleine, grüne Oase. Toll ist auch, dass man vor der Haustüre fußläufig alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt. Ebenso Bus und Metro sind ganz in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zu Françoise und ihrer Nachbarschaft war außerordentlich freundlich ❤️. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben....

O apartamento é muito charmoso e a localização é excelente. Muito bem equipado com tudo que se precisa para uma estadia tranquila. Alessandra e Louis responderam sempre prontamente as nossas mensagens! Super recomendo

Wir habe uns sehr schnell wie zu Hause gefühlt. Eine tolle, sehr persönlich eingerichtete Unterkunft. Jean-Marie war auch im Notfall schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank! Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder wählen.
