Apartment holiday rentals in 19th arrondissement

We loved our stay in Adrien’s beautiful apartment - it was so well designed and peaceful despite being in such a busy area (which we also loved - brilliant bars and restaurants nearby). We’d definitely stay again. Super clear communication and very helpful with everything we needed throughout the weekend.

Marie was a kind and thoughtful host with quick communication and clear instructions. Apartment is in a lively, interesting area with lots of students and young families and makes a change from more 'polished' areas of the city. Very conveniently located for everywhere. Apartment was comfortable, spacious and attractive. 3 floors up made it pretty peaceful too. Recommended.

This flat is wonderful and actually took my by surprise when I first walked in . It was even nicer and cozier than the photos! Would defo jump at the opportunity to stay here again. Just be mindful this is Simon’s actual home. Great for a few nights as a couple, but not for parties or anything like that. Nice neighbourhood by the canal, ample choice of metro / RER stations close by, lovely restaurants / bakeries / coffee shops in the area too. Very close to Park La Villette. Defo worth walking around and exploring. Was a great base for a Paris trip, could get anywhere by Metro easily enough. Particularly easy for people arriving via Garde du Nord / Garde de l’est Really enjoyed the stay here, he has a brilliant coffee machine and some excellent beans that fueled me each morning of my 3 night stay!

Hanne is a very kind and responsive host. Nicely decorated appartment right next to the beautiful park of Buttes-Chaumont, interior exactl as described in the kisting. Markets, bakery, cafe and very decent restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood, still - if you wish - only 30 min walk from Gare de l'Est. Also plenty of choice regarding public transportation. Thank you, Hanne, for having us!

This is our first trip to Paris and we are glad we picked Samuel’s place, coming from US we heard a lot about the lack of AC in hotels and many Airbnbs in Paris, day of our arrival the temperature was in the middle 80s and the AC worked great to keep us cool in the apartment. Location of the apartment although a bit far from the major attractions they are only a couple metro rides away. There are good restaurants and bakery shops nearby, but they close a lot! Only downsides I can point out is we can hear street and neighbor noise quite clearly at night, so if you are light sleeper bring ear plugs, also I think a shower door can be added to prevent water from coming out. Overall, a great place!

We stayed at Samuel‘s place for 4 nights and had a great time. The apartment is very small but for a couple or close friends it is totally enough. We did appreciate the pretty and clean design of the place and the bathroom especially is stunning. The metro station is literally just around the corner and it takes about 20-30 minutes to reach the city and sights. Some parts of the metro line are quite crowded in this direction but it usually clears out before you reach the one for Samuel‘s place. Samuel and his team were very responsive and proactive hosts and they provided us with all the necessary information without us having to ask for anything ourselves. We definitely recommend the place since it is very cozy and made us feel safe.

The apartment is really cute and within 100 meters of the park. I would recommend it

We stayed with 4 at Maxime's, the apartment is very close to the metro and the Parc de la Villette ( this is the big plus for children with the city of science , the philharmony, the park with carousel ...). The accommodation is nicely decorated, clean , spacious thanks to its duplex, in a quiet and very well-equipped area. Communication was seamless. We'll be happy to go back!

Ocean's apartment is very special, beautifully decorated and with lots of charm. We enjoyed our four days there.

Cute, homey feeling flat in a location that is surprisingly convenient. Lots of places to eat and drink with terrific and thoughtful recommendations for great crepes and croissants. Everything works well and was very clean. It was very warm during our stay and there is a great cross breeze that cooled the flat very quickly and made it quite comfortable. We even got used to the 5 flights of stairs! Staff is very responsive, helpful and kind, which is always a good thing, but was even more important for us because the airline lost my bag and it took a couple of days to get it back.

Stunning apartment in a beautiful part of Paris. Beautiful decor, and location was terrific near a fabulous boulangerie, bistros, park and metro stop. Felt like a local and Theo was a super helpful host.

Julien’s place was great. I’d stayed in the neighborhood before, and was really happy to be able to be close to the best park in Paris, and lots of great restaurants. I booked a second stay there before the trip was over.

Charlie was an incredible host. Her place was charming with the most beautiful view of the Sacre-Couer. We found the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was nice to have a good hair dryer available. If you like style and a want a magical experience in Paris, stay here. We loved it!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed Airbnb! The space was stylish, comfortable, and very well thought out. The location was excellent—close to everything and just a short walk from a peaceful river, which made for such a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were great, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy furnishings. The only small hiccup was that I had a bit of trouble getting in touch when checking out, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

The place is lovley, perfect for me and my wife for her 40th Birthday trip. Walking distance to Metro (Telegraphe - line 11). Very clean, easy but secure access into the building and the inside decor was super cool. Chloe was an amazing host always on hand to answer questions when needed. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Excellent stay in Mehdi's beautiful apartment that perfectly matched the description and photos. Beautiful jacuzzi with breathtaking views of La Défense. I recommend it!
