Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 16th arrondissement

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our visit to Roland-Garros. We walked there in less than 10 minutes and also walked to visit Parc des Princes. It was close to the metro and the bakery next door was lovely! The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well equipped. Antoine replied to messages very quickly and provided local recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here and hope to return sometime.

We loved Isadora’s place! My girlfriend and l booked for the view and the extra room to spread out was great! We loved the high ceilings, large kitchen space and big open living room/dining room. This location was close to the Eiffel Tower, but we noticed other noteworthy locations took more time to get to. With the metro being only a 10 min walk away, this was not a massive issue yet something to consider. You also can’t beat having a grocery store close by, which we went to often! Isadora was accommodating, quick to respond and we would love to be back in the future!

This place was epic. the view of the Eiffel Tower is unmatched, and it’s very comfortable. Only stayed a couple of nights but enjoyed it very much. Thanks Lafkir!

The location while quite a bit of distance from the main attractions it was still very convenient with the metro stations just a 2 min walk away. The apartment was also in a really nice district that made it feel really safe. There were bistrots and bakeries and grocery stores very nearby which made it very convenient for us.

Gaylord is a fantastic host and his home is wonderful. First, the pictures are accurate and the unit is very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quaint, safe, and accessible to metro or e-bikes. Second, it was very easy communicating with Gaylord; he answered my questions, provided wonderful recommendations, and ensured that I had what I needed during my stay. Lastly, check in and check out were seamless. I highly recommend this airbnb and look forward to coming back!

Great base in 16. arr. to explore city, especially nice to visit Roland Garros, wonderful bakery and butcher shop around the corner. Super comfortable beds & chairs/sofa, well maintained appliances, and clean condition. You do need to bring your own kitchen consumables if you cook a lot like us, but otherwise we had great stay time as a family group.

Oliver was great host and the property was as described. Full kudos to Oliver on the apartment, its was moden with everything working and very very very clean.

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was very clean, peaceful, and perfectly located just a short walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. Everything was exactly as described, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay in Jeanne apartment. Spacious rooms and kitchen with possibility to cook and eat in large living room. Tram stops nearby to reach the heart of the city in 25 min. Quiet place to live , ideal for family.

This place little further away from tourist locations, but walkable to Eiffel and most importantly very safe (secure access to building) and clean. Having Monoprix and shopping mall next door was very convenient. Ian is very responsive and easy to communicate. Place is exactly same as mentioned in description. The only thing is A/C unit is only in living room . Normally A/C however it may not require as unit is on high floor and plenty of airflow by opening windows. (Need to be careful if there is high wind)

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

El departamento puede parecer pequeño pero realmente nos encantó este lugar. Tiene todo para una estadía comoda, el anfitrión penso en detalles para el huesped y eso hace que el lugar se destaque sobre el resto. Tiene un pequeño jardin con plantas y aroma a flores. Todo estaba muy limpio, lo que siempre es importante, y eso nos hizo sentir muy a gusto desde el primer momento. Además, tengo que destacar la amabilidad de Kris, siempre estuvo muy atento y disponible. La ubicación también estuvo genial, cerca de todo lo que quería ver, con buenos restaurantes y muy buen acceso al transporte. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite París. ¡Gracias por todo!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Christelles und Smails Wohnung. Die Nähe zu Paris war perfekt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war man innerhalb 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Paris. Gerne wieder!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. Fantastic place, exactly as advertised. Easy walk to great restaurants and nearby access to the Metro. Jayne was super responsive. Couldn’t recommend higher.
