Welcome to this large refurbished studio with a balcony in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, very functional and clean. Large windows, equipped kitchen (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine...). Large TV and very fast Wi-Fi, very comfortable and high-end 140/200 pull-out bed. Bed made on arrival with Egyptian cotton sheets. Parallel to the Seine, behind Radio France and 3-min walk to Pont de Javel Very nice furnished balcony.

We loved the apartment. The location was perfect for us: close to Roland Garros and the Trocadero, a 5-minute walk from the metro station. It is just in front of a supermarket, a bakery, a fruit store with excellent orange juice, and a laundry. Plenty of restaurants are close by. The building has an elevator that is easy to use. The place is like the pictures: clean and simple decoration, but perfect for feeling comfortable. Everything works well, including the internet and TV. We felt at home. The only suggestion for being perfect is maybe to add a hand towel in the bedroom and a dish towel in the kitchen along with a second set of towels for the bathroom.

Highly recommend! I had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as pictured, the location is excellent with easy access to metro, buses, shops, and everything you may need. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

The comfortable furnishings and thoughtful details made us feel right at home while still experiencing the magic of being in Paris. The location is simply perfect - situated in a lovely neighborhood that allowed us to explore like locals rather than tourists. We enjoyed strolling through the nearby streets, discovering local cafés and shops. If you're looking for a comfortable place with authentic Parisian character, we couldn't recommend this apartment more highly. It made our first Paris experience truly unforgettable!

The apartment is magnificent! I didn’t want to leave. The design is spectacular! Tall ceilings, colorful furnishings, light-filled rooms. Every inch of this apartment is stunning! This is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in, without a doubt. Marie-Ange is so kind and extremely responsive. She had great advice about things to do in and around Paris. Would I recommend a stay at Marie-Ange’s apartment - ABSOLUTELY! Do I plan to return - DEFINITELY!
