Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 16th arrondissement

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our visit to Roland-Garros. We walked there in less than 10 minutes and also walked to visit Parc des Princes. It was close to the metro and the bakery next door was lovely! The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well equipped. Antoine replied to messages very quickly and provided local recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here and hope to return sometime.

We loved staying at Agathe's place, the views of the Eiffel Tower were absolutely fantastic. She's always kind, the place is very comfortable and cozy. A great location, we were walking to the Champs-Elysées for a picnic or to the Eiffel Tower itself. The condominium where the apartment is located is also very beautiful, it was nice to arrive, you always felt well received. We would definitely stay again.

If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! I know you will love it just as much as we did. Thank you Essaadiya oh by the way I did get my “Paris” haircut, it looks great thanks for the referrals.

We loved Isadora’s place! My girlfriend and l booked for the view and the extra room to spread out was great! We loved the high ceilings, large kitchen space and big open living room/dining room. This location was close to the Eiffel Tower, but we noticed other noteworthy locations took more time to get to. With the metro being only a 10 min walk away, this was not a massive issue yet something to consider. You also can’t beat having a grocery store close by, which we went to often! Isadora was accommodating, quick to respond and we would love to be back in the future!

This stay was nothing short of exceptional. We booked this spot specifically for the proximity of Roland Garros. It was less than 5 mins walk and their apt has everything you need. Our two kids LOVED all the toys and were kept busy and happy for 5 days. We would definitely stay here again. We ended up taking uber most of the time just for ease of travel for the kids but the metro was a short walk. Would recommend for others looking to stay for an event at the stadium.

Vincent’s home is the perfect visit to Paris. It’s in a really accessible area with multiple landmarks, metros, restaurants, cafes, etc.

It is very suitable for friends who want to travel in depth in Paris. Room: The whole room is decorated in a very French style. The room is very large, estimated to be 50 square meters,.The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, and Haier's washer-dryer is very easy to use! The room also has a rooftop with a view of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. There are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and bars downstairs, which is very convenient.The landlord is super nice. Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay in Jeanne apartment. Spacious rooms and kitchen with possibility to cook and eat in large living room. Tram stops nearby to reach the heart of the city in 25 min. Quiet place to live , ideal for family.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. Fantastic place, exactly as advertised. Easy walk to great restaurants and nearby access to the Metro. Jayne was super responsive. Couldn’t recommend higher.

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
