Holiday rentals with breakfast in 12th arrondissement

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Madalena ha sido una anfitriona maravillosa, desde el principio, antes de llegar siempre a respondido rápido a cualquier pregunta. Una vez en su casa ha estado atenta a cualquier necesidad que he podido tener, haciendo todo para que me sintiese como en casa. La casa esta totalmente equipada, con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Muy bien decorada y muy acogedora. Muy bien situada, a 10 m andando de la estación de tren y con autobuses a 2 m. El zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y segura. Gracias Madalena por tu hospitalidad!!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour mes enfants et moi. Non seulement parce que la location est décorée avec beaucoup de goût mais aussi car c'était vraiment très propre, fonctionnel et confortable (aussi bien les lits que le canapé). De plus le village est très mignon et degage une atmosphère de quiétude. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de Paris en nous rendant à la gare RER de la hacquiniere qui est à seulement 5mn en voiture et où il est facile de se garer . Angélique est très accueillante et sympathique.

This is a lovely, very quiet apartment; everything as described. There is a beautiful little balcony, which just about fit three of us for breakfast with a view over the tops of the green trees - very enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee and tea was provided. Supermarket with everything you need is around the corner. The flat is not really a walking distance to the centre, but good connections with public transport (metro). We didn't get a chance to check out the park near the property as we only stayed for two nights. But very happy, would stay again. Thank you very much, Marie.

Vincent’s place is perfectly located as a home base to explore all of Paris. It is out of the heaviest tourist traffic, even though it is so central. Stylish and comfortable with good street views but not too much noise. Vincent is an incredibly kind and responsive host.

Superb location. Close to metro and RER stations. Left bank was easy to explore and only a 30 minute RER ride to Versailles so we could get to everything we wanted to see on this trip to Paris. And seeing the Eiffel Tower from every room was very special!!

Bel appartement dans une petite résidence située à environ 10mn à pieds de Bastille et 5mn du métro Charonne, donc très bien placé. Nombreux mini market autour, restaurants etc. L’appartement est très mignon, spacieux, lumineux, la literie confortable, et surtout, chose rare, il y’a vraiment tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin (gel douche, shampoing, sel, poivre, huile, quelques médicaments…) Petit reproche, l’immeuble est un peu bruyant comme beaucoup d’immeubles parisiens où on entend tout à travers les murs mais ça c’est une question d’habitude. Nicolas et Hélène ont été très réactifs aux messages et sympathiques. À noter qu’ils se trouvent sur le même palier la porte à côté si besoin.

L'appartement de Louise est tout à fait charmant, petit mais très fonctionnel, parfait pour un couple! Une vraie chambre avec un vrai lit est un plus, la salle de bain possède une grande douche et une fenêtre ! De plus, l'appartement est situé juste à côté de la bouche de métro ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Seul petit bémol (mais ça c'est une erreur de lecture de notre part) il est au 5ème étage sans ascenseur, et comme nous aimons beaucoup marcher dans Paris, le soir c'est un peu raide 😂 Louise est très prévenante, réactive et toutes les recommandations claires, elle a l'air adorable! 😊 Super séjour!

The apartment was great for a solo traveler like me. It’s peaceful, and safe, and the bed was cozy after long days of seeing the city. It’s close by to great shopping on Rue Mouffetard along with restaurants. Benjamin was responsive, easy to communicate with, helpful, and allowed me some flexibility with checking in and checking out.

Appartement parfait pour plusieurs jours à Paris : très agréable, paisible et propre. Le métro est à proximité (au sortir de l'appartement à qqs pas) Solenne est très arrangeante et agréable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

Min datter på 13 år og jeg elsker oppholdet hos Anne-Claude og Pascal! Vi ble varmt tatt imot og følte oss trygge i den vakre leiligheten. Fantastiske omgivelser, deilige senger, rent bad og en rik og deilig frokost etter våre ønsker. Leiligheten er svært sentralt plassert med tanke på transport i Paris, og enkelt gangavstand også, hvis man synes det er fint å oppleve byen slik! Det er overraskende stille og fredelig i leiligheten til å være så sentralt. Deilig! Men det aller beste var Anne-Claude sin omsorg for oss, men fantastiske tips til transport, severdigheter og restauranter - som alltid gav oss 10/10 opplevelser! Tusen takk for oss! Vi anbefaler dette stedet på det varmeste og håper vi kan komme igjen:)

동네가 마레지구라 주변 환경이 깔끔하고 고풍스러운 건물도 많고 주변 상점들도 많았습니다 동네가 아름다워서 추천하고 싶습니다 지하철 역과도 가까웠고 1층이라 살짝 소음이 들릴 수 있는데 창문이 소음 차단을 잘해줘서 여행 후 기절하면 중간에 깨는 일 없이 잘 수 있습니다 Morgan님이 제공해주는 조식도 너무 좋았고 정말 친절하셔서 행복한 숙소였습니다 28인치 캐리어 구석에 펼칠 순 있는데그러면 통로가 막혀 불편하긴 합니다 화장실도 작아서 성인 남자면 힘들 수 있습니다 여성 두분 여행 할 때 추천하는 숙소이고 화장실은 작지만 정말 깔끔했고 드라이기 바람도 세고 면봉이랑 화장솜도 있고 티슈도 두껍고 중앙에 거울이 크게 있어서 좋았습니다 침대도 크고 매트리스 푹신해서 좋았습니다 웬만한 관광지랑 모두 가까워서 완전 추천하는 숙소입니다

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

Super schöne kleine Wohnung in einem tollen Viertel. Paris ist von dort aus super zu erkunden. Metro fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Stadt mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

l'appartement est bien situé: il est à 10 min à pied de l'accor arena. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. La salle de bain et les sanitaires également. Très bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande ce logement
