Holiday rentals with a fire pit in 12th arrondissement

Beautiful modern house , quietly located in Les Lilas but still so close to the center of Paris Open living space with lots of natural light and design interior All amenities you need with a nice terrace and nice griddle Definitely come back if we want to stay in Paris with family again!

What a treasure—this sweet home was perfect for our family of 7, and is even better in person than you can tell from the pictures and description. The rooms are clean, spacious, and so comfortable. Our younger kids had SO much fun playing with the toys, and as parents, we were charmed not only by the beautiful interior and great backyard, but by all the evidence that a loving, thoughtful family with good values lives here. The kitchen and terrace were ideal for meal prep for our large family.this was our last night’s stay in France at the end of a 5-week family trip staying in several great AirBnBs around the country, and we count this as our favorite.❤️

The apartment has everything and is suitable for a long stay. The beds were comfy and the living rooms were well equipped with everything. The kitchen is also well equipped. Thank you Anne-Katerine for having us and thank you for your kindness.

Nara is a very nice and responsive host! The accommodation was very good. As described and in a very quiet neighborhood. I will gladly return.

the places is nice , it just needs better parking as you could park very far away.But that could technically just be a Paris part as this was the norm in most areas

The house is situated in a small quiet street in Saint Ouen, a suburb of Paris, which has been significantly upgraded by Olympia. The metro runs 2 minutes directly into the center of Paris. The house is very nicely furnished and has everything you need, including a beautiful garden. On site there are many restaurants and bars. The communication was fast, friendly and everything was catered for. Highly recommended.

We came for a business trip, and we had a very pleasant night in Julien's accommodation. The house is charming, spacious, comfortable and very pleasant. Perfect!

We appreciated being away from the main centre where the main attractions are, and only a few metro stops away from Notre Dame, The Louvre, etc. The neighbourhood is great with fantastic cafes, boulangerie, and patisseries. The apartment looks out on a courtyard and is pretty quiet. A bit of noise from the downstairs restaurant on weekends, but all quiet by 11:00 or so. Great location and really nice apartment. Fantastic use of space.

Very clean, great amenities, and perfect location with balcony views of the Eiffel Tower. Just to note for others, the bathroom is a separate door down the hall, but the neighbors are very quiet and we rarely saw anyone in the hallway when going to and from the bathroom. It’s located in a great area with a bunch of great cafes/restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The host sent very detailed instructions on how to enter the flat, how to work the amenities (A/C, washer, black out shades, etc), and a bunch of local recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed coming back to the flat after dinner and spending the rest of the night on the balcony, listening to the sounds of the city.

Great stay in Paris, a daydream! I thought I was "Emily in Paris", the apartment is beautiful, the view of the Eiffel Tower absolutely magical... not to mention the splendid decoration! Hermine is a very nice host, and the location is very optimal, we did everything on foot, the neighborhood is great. Thank you Hermine, we will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was great, a little cocoon in a green setting. We were close to Paris, close to the tram, close to the metro, everything could be done on foot or by public transport. The apartment was very clean very well arranged. The other was very friendly, very responsive and his instructions were very clear. We even had some recommendations in the apartment for outdoor activities. In short, I recommend it.

Charlotte’s place was fabulous! Arthur and Charlotte were wonderful hosts, anytime we had any questions they were so responsive and quick to help us out. The space is beautiful and clean. We loved the outdoor deck! Thanks for a great stay :)

We had a fantastic stay in Paris with my siblings and our mum to celebrate her birthday. The apartment was exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and bakeries. To reach some of the great sightseeing spots, there was a bit of a hill to walk up - but we didn’t mind at all. It was part of the adventure, and the amazing views made it worth it! One of our favorite things was enjoying breakfast and late-night snacks together in the kitchen and out on the balcony. Being able to see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen was such a magical bonus! It was a really special trip, and this place made it even more memorable. Would absolutely recommend for families or groups looking for a lovely spot in Paris!

Our 4-night stay was perfect, the place matches the photos and description. Clean, bright, great location and the bed is super comfy. I found that the neighborhood and surroundings were quiet but it was school holidays so I don't know if we can rely on it. Every day we took the Rer A to go to Paris, it is located about 15 minutes on foot and it takes 15 minutes from Rer to the first stations in Paris. In short, everything is impeccable for a tourist stay. There are many shops all around the accommodation, there is nothing missing. We'll be happy to come back 😊

it's nice, well-equipped apartment in the peaceful neighbourhood 😌 perfect for 1-2 nights staying

We had a great stay at Nezka Lodge :) Big bonus for the small fireplace, board games and turntable. A real time out of time! No annoying noise, a very nice exterior, and a superbly equipped kitchen. Finally, Margot was very attentive to us and ultra responsive. I could only recommend it. Daisy & JC
