Pet-friendly holiday rentals in 12 South, Nashville

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

Nice newly remodeled house, has tons of space for lots of guests. 15 minutes away from broadway. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed over the holidays as a party of 7 (+2 dogs) and had a great time. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do.

My stay at Graham’s was wonderful. It is an adorable home that is well maintained with many updates. Comfortable furniture and amenities. Pet friendly as well! Graham is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this listing. Give it a try and enjoy!

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Everything was exactly as advertised and the house was very conveniently located to Broadway and Marathon Music Works where we were attending a concert. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Nashville

Great stay at a walkable distance from downtown Nashville! Fun decor and very comfortable.

This condo was the cherry on top of our Nashville trip. Tucked just far enough from the downtown noise, but close enough for a cheap Uber ride to Broadway, this place hit the sweet spot between comfort and convenience. Inside? Spotless. Stylish without trying too hard. The bed was ridiculously comfy (like, we looked up the mattress brand), the towels were plush, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The little extras stood out: blackout curtains for sleeping in, a Bluetooth speaker for our own pregame playlist, and a list with actual local places (coffee & donut spots, hot chicken spots, rooftop bars, and sweet tooth spots). Way better than Googling aimlessly. The host? Super responsive and genuinely thoughtful. They even were able to remotely unlock the unit after were locked ourselves out. That kind of attention goes a long way. Bottom line: This isn’t just a place to crash between bar-hopping and brunch. It felt like home. We’ll 100% book again.

The place was great! Very clean and within walking distance to downtown. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient location, the condo was furnished and supplied with everything we needed. We did not have any issues or needs to contact Brigitte but we knew she was available if necessary. Thank you for a nice weekend.

Had a great stay with a big group of girls. It had everything we needed and the pool was great! Very clean. A couple things were missing - sheets for the pullout and a cutting board - and the hosts went and got them and brought them to us. Great and responsive hosts, good area, walkable to Broadway if you’re up for it (30 mins or so). The only thing is that the bunk bed in the second bedroom is REALLY high and doesn’t feel super secure. Overall great spot!

Don’s place was perfect—just enough space, close to the pool, easy to find. The bed was super comfy which was a plus. The space was decorated beautifully. Don was quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again!

The Airbnb was perfect. I really have nothing bad to say. There was everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to coffee shops and restaurants and walkable to Broadway. Great experience.

Amy’s home was absolutely stunning! We had more than enough room for our family and loved that there were multiple spaces that we could sit and relax together. The balcony area was perfect for adults and kids. I would definitely book this place again. Great host, great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was fantastic - within walking distance to plenty of charming coffee shops and local stores. We really enjoyed the space and would absolutely recommend staying here. Just a couple of things to be aware of: the house is located on a steep hill and there are stairs leading up to it, so be prepared to carry your luggage up. It wasn’t an issue for us, but something to keep in mind. Also, we did notice some ants near the kitchen and back door. It didn’t affect our stay, but we addressed it when we saw them. Overall, a great experience!

Truly loved our stay! Pool was wonderful and never packed. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook dinner every night! Would definitely book again if going to Nashville! The Publix being a 2 minute walk was so convenient!

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with Zachary was super smooth and responsive—exactly what you want when traveling. The space was extremely clean, clearly well taken care of, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, especially if you love the 12 South area like we do—tons of great shops, restaurants, and coffee spots just a short walk away. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

There is simply too much to say, so I’ll let the other reviews, description, and photo speak for themselves. We absolutely felt comfortable and spoiled in this luxurious townhome. It was completely spotless but certainly not sterile feeling - it was warm and cozy and truly felt like home, and beyond. Having a roomy garage was a huge perk as well. I would be remiss not to mention that all of this was possible for us because of the passion, clarity, vision, friendliness, and attention to detail Abby and Frederico put into this AirBnB. And truly, it was a great value for everything provided. Highly recommended and will be back!

Can't express what a great time we had! The Airbnb is located in an extremely central area with lots to do. We stayed with our toddler and dog - super friendly for both of them with lots of space and games. The place was extremely cozy and clean - can't thank Justin enough for how accommodating and kind he was. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend. Do yourself a favor and stay here!
