Holiday rentals with an EV charger in 12 South, Nashville

Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

Had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very thoughtful in what they provide and offer. They were also very responsive and helpful. The place was great and walkable to Broadway. We had an excellent experience.

Great location to walk (maybe within a mile) to many attractions and restaurants such as Country Music Hall of Fame, music convention center, Ascend Amphitheatre, Broadway, The Gulch area, Assembly Food Hall/Skydeck.

The location was pretty nice. Walkable to the happening part of the Downtown. The place was great called the Burnham. Good building. Good apartment. All the stuff you need is available. Clear instructions. Mostly AirBnb in the whole building. Responsive host. WiFi was good. The Bad: The elevator sucks. Takes ages to come. 🤣 Bottomline: Great place, great location and great host if you want to explore Nashville. Reasonably priced as well.

John and Sophie were very responsive and allowed us to drop off luggage so we could see Nashville without lugging our suitcases. The place was perfect close yet far enough away for peaceful nights. Thank you 😊

Very close to broadway, a quick walk and your in the middle of everything!

The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of four and had everything we needed during our stay, including a generously stocked fridge and pantry. The backyard/patio is large and private with a welcoming hot tub, and we were able to use the garage for our personal vehicle. Other than perhaps to a coffee shop about a block away, this is not a neighborhood you'll be exploring on foot, however, it has easy access to the highway and most things around town are within a short drive (Red's Hot Chicken is 5 min away and worth the wait). The host is a proactive and efficient communicator, and instructions for access and use of amenities were clear and well organized. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to any group looking for a solid base for their own visit to the city. Cheers.

Great place to stay in Nashville. After a long day on the town you can come back and relax in the pool.

This was a perfect meeting place for a long weekend at the lake. The marina was super close which was very convenient. Our family enjoyed all the games and the massage chair was a bonus! This rental is the 2nd floor of a three floor home. I was a little nervous as this was the first time our family had rented a space like this. We could barely tell it was a shared home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great stay!

Gorgeous spot relatively close to downtown and the airport. Clean and cozy with so many spots to sleep! Plus the moon pies were a nice additional touch :)

Beautiful house convenient to everything Nashville has to offer. Easy to Uber places or walk to spots in East Nashville. Bedrooms spacious and beautiful, awesome option for a big group trip. Plenty of communal space and big enough for some people to hang out others to sleep whatever you need. Hosts are awesome, super easy check in no surprises with check out. Top bnb option my whole friend group was super happy with

We loved our stay at Matthew's AirBnB!!! From the moment it was booked to the time we checked out, Matthew was always responsive and super friendly. He made checking in a very easy process by providing a video on the day of with all the codes we needed including wifi info. The house is easily accessed using smart locks. Matthew thoughtfully added nice touches to make a like a hotel stay. I actually bought travel sized shampoo & conditioner + bar soap since a lot of times, it is all in one that is provided however there was shampoo, separate conditioner plus body wash in those pump bottles attached to the wall just like in a spa! There was also liquid soap & body lotion. You can literally stay there by just bringing any facial products you use. This place felt like home sweet home. Matthew was also very accommodating allowing us a later checkout. No fuss about having to wash dishes or take out trash. He just told us to leave the dishes in the sink. We had an amazing stay! Best AirBnB!

We loved Michael’s place and would absolutely stay here again. The house is spacious and clean with plenty of room for a group of six to spread out. It was a quick 5 min Uber from downtown Broadway and Nissan Stadium. After a concert, when Ubers were hard to find, we walked from Nissan Stadium to this AirBnB late-night in about 20 mins with no trouble at all. Thanks Michael!

This was our second time staying at John's place and it was just as lovely! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home (plus some extra Nashville flare). The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, they clearly care about their guests’ comfort. The location was ideal, close enough to Uber to everything we wanted to do, but peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the outdoor porch and spent most of our time out there. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience. Thank you for such a memorable and relaxing stay!

Had a wonderful stay! If anything, the pics didn’t to do justice to the size and charm of the unit. It was immaculately clean upon arrival, and the key system was totally convenient. I also can’t imagine a better location - everything was quite walkable, and there are some cool spots basically on the black (Third Man Records and Tenn. Brew Works. I won’t be staying anywhere else for my next trip to Nashville, which is hopefully soon!

The moment I walked inside this penthouse on Music Row, I felt at ease and at peace. The perfect sanctuary for my surgical recovery as my Sister lovingly drove me every day to Arete in Green Hills for hyperbaric oxygen treatments and to my surgeon’s office for care. With Vanderbilt’s Victorian Gothic Towers in clear view, I loved the mix of sunsets and sunrises from our balcony!!! And my Sister loved the location!!! We were within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go…Cindy could pop into the shops and stop by Whole Foods on a daily basis in Green Hills. And I could lounge at Arete creating some oxygenated magic on a cellular level. The nurses couldn’t believe how well my sutures were healing. I love this condo. It’s clean. It’s sweet. And it’s secure. I love too that the Soul of Country Music resides here too. Just too cool. Also, Courtney is the best!!! Perhaps the most efficient Airbnb Manager on the Planet 🌎 Singer Songwriters and Musicians in Nashville!!!! All Started Here!!!

Great condo, spacious with a bed for each sister!! Full size amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. Very cute and inviting. Beautiful view of the rolling river. Perfect location. Can’t wait to go back. Easy check in/out.

Tara has a lovely home. She thought of everything you might need in the Nest and provides a welcoming list of sights and restaurants around Nashville. The Nest is walkable to a few coffee shops and restaurants too. We loved the amenities in the building and apartment. It was the perfect place to call home for a few days.

We loved our stay in this 3 Bedroom condo. It is 3 blocks from Broadway. You are also a short walk from a mini market and liquor store. The old Smokey Distillery is 1 block from your door. We had a group of 9 people. The bunks are queen size and the twin rollaway does fit in that room for sleeping (if you don't want to sleep in the living room) but we moved it out in the hall during the day so you could move around better. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

I absolutely loved my stay at Nick's condo! It was the perfect spot for my extended work trip. I loved the location because it was so close to my work project, but it also had great walkability to food spots & several places to run errands. The Midtown / West end neighborhood felt super safe & I loved the energy. The building itself is beautiful. The amenities of the building are so awesome! The gym is great and never super busy & I loved all the communal areas and decor. Props to the hydration & coffee station. The condo itself was the best part! So amazingly decorated & a great layout with beautiful views of Midtown/the cute hotel rooftop across the way. The condo has everything you need for cooking, cleaning/laundry, lounging, closet space etc. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE--I loved it that much! Nick was great with meeting me with check-in and constantly communicating throughout my extended stay. Highly recommend this place to everyone & anyone! Hope to be back on my next work trip!

We absolutely loved this airbnb! The location is perfect with a quick walk to broadway so we didn’t need to spend any money on uber. The room itself was also so nice with so much room. We absolutely loved the patio with easy access to the courtyard and pool area! The host is also so helpful and friendly, she was a great host! We will absolutely be staying here again!
