We had a wonderful time at the Steelhouse! Natalia provided us with very detailed and helpful information about the journey and the stay in advance – nothing was really missing. The accommodation is fantastically beautiful in the middle of nature and can be reached by raft - the arrival alone is a little adventure. Our dog enjoyed the surroundings as much as we did: lots of greenery, tranquility and space. The Steelhouse itself is high-quality and furnished with great attention to detail – everything you need is available. The view of the lake was particularly impressive - simply breathtaking! A real highlight was also the sauna - perfect for relaxing after a day in nature. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for this unforgettable time!

Super nice cottage, retro, but very well maintained and very cozy!

We came from France for 4 nights, the welcome was very warm, The setting is very beautiful and quiet, well designed for our dog Lilou, small enclosed yard, the accommodation is comfortable, as indicated on the site. A fantastic cottage in a beautiful, easily accessible place. In the cottage, there was really nothing missing and there is plenty of opportunity for a romantic stay in the cottage with jacuzzi, rain shower, very spacious bedroom with fantastic bed, XXL-smartTV, minibar, etc. The living room and kitchen are also very complete, everything is present. Luxury garden chairs and two bicycles are available in the storage room. The area is great: forest, heathland, cozy Hanseatic towns with plenty of terraces/eateries. Wonderful to explore the area by bike. A number of supermarkets are close. In short: recommended! Communication with both hosts Tanja and Patrick went smoothly and smoothly. An imperfection was resolved immediately. For us, this was our first time on AirBnB and we like this. Tanja and Patrick, thank you! I'm sure we'll be back.

Our stay was a pleasant stay. We were with 4 adults. Ideal because there were 2 floors with 2 bathrooms, etc. All amenities were provided. Coffee, tea, spa in the fridge Etc. Pleasant beds. Very neat bathrooms. And then the breakfast. We can only say one thing about it. Most hotels can learn from this. Just a lot of fresh and tasty. In short, a very strong recommendation in our opinion. Perhaps we will come back

A wonderful stay in a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. Paulien has a very beautiful house with all required amenities. Her detailed instructions made the checkin very smooth as well.

The house is stunning, equipped, kitchen, rooms, all the facilities are of a high standard. Very suitable for family. The area is quiet and green, birds chirping, a real pleasure for nature lovers. The hosts are available for any questions, help, and recommendations at an exceptional level.

A week to relax among the bustle of the birds. In rainy weather, there is plenty of space inside, and in good weather, a very pleasant garden to sit in. There is plenty to do in the area, and shops are close by. Everything is available for you to cook yourself. Baking pizza in the pizza oven was also fun to do. Definitely recommended. We felt at ease.

We had a wonderful time! The cottage is in a beautiful, quiet place on the edge of a beautifully maintained park. There is a beautiful, green garden at the cottage. The dog can run freely in the enclosed garden and you can sit nicely sheltered in the garden. It's lovely and quiet! The cottage is cozy and there is plenty of food and drink ready. We have never experienced this before. There were even gifts for the dog! We have completely relaxed and have had wonderful walks in the forest. You can step into the forest right next to the cottage. Actually, we never go to the same place more than once, but here we consider it. Thank you Alan and Karin.

A perfect stay! The location is ideal, surrounded by nature yet close to the city. The terrace is amazing, and the cozy living room with a fireplace was the perfect spot to relax. Fred was incredibly welcoming, surprising us with sparkling wine and cake upon arrival. Highly recommend – would love to return!

We had a wonderful weekend in Martine's vacation cottage! Everything has been thought of. All amenities are present, and the cottage also looks beautiful. The location is perfect for exploring the area, but the cottage is so nice that a rainy day is not bad at all. Martine is a nice host who responds quickly and thinks along with you. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable in your chalet. Voorthuizen is very central, you can quickly reach various excursion options. For example, we were at the Aqua Mundo swimming pool in Eemhof in 30 minutes or at Sprookjeswonderland in 45 minutes. The complex is very neat and clean and my son loved the trampoline :) Thank you for the small gift at the beginning of the stay. :) Best wishes and maybe see you soon 🌼🌞😊

We had a nice stay and Anneke or her daughter were always available for questions during the stay. The house is very nicely decorated, everything was clean, good amenities and the pool and jacuzzi were great. I am more than happy to recommend the place.

Upon arrival, it was already clear: this is going to be a great stay. Very friendly people in the area, beautiful nature, much to look forward to, with regard to upcoming activities in the days to come. If you don't want activities in the area: you will completely relax at this location. Communication with the owner went smoothly and quickly. In short: this is a must!

We have enjoyed with our 2-year-old daughter and dog in the yard at Anne and Rick's. They are very hospitable and welcome you kindly. Anne took us to see the calves and chickens. We forgot to buy milk for our daughter's sleeping bottle. After a message via the Airbnb app for some milk, there was soon a pack of milk at the bottom of the stairs. Just really enjoyed the animals, the nice apartment and the friendly hosts!

Suze-An is very friendly, and has a nice chat when you feel like it. The cottage itself has a very spacious living room. Everything you need during your vacation is present, including super good wifi, toilet paper, towels, garbage bags, hand soap, salt etc. The showpiece is the huge garden, with lovely grass to lie in, a trampoline, a sandpit, and a nest swing. And animal friends also come to their liking: cats, dog, sheep, chickens, horses and deer.

Very nice and cozy cottage in a beautiful wooded area and within cycling distance of the beautiful town of Hattem and Zwolle. Especially the garden is very nice and cozy. We were neatly met by Fronnie and her husband. Highly recommended!

Spacious and beautiful accommodation in a beautiful place. Welcomingly welcomed with some treats. We enjoyed the space, the animals, the trampolines and all (play)amenities. Nice to taste the atmosphere of farm life for a while. Unfortunately, you can only stay one night; the children wanted to stay there or at least stay longer. ;) We'd love to come back.

Heaven on earth! Total privacy with plenty of outdoor space and nature.

We had a long stay of 3 weeks here. Louren's was extremely helpful, and there if we needed anything. The morning views over the fields for sunrise were stunning, and the village beautiful. Access to the forest is minutes away, amazing for walking dogs, quiet, vast, lots of different options of paths. Larger towns are close when needed. We loved our stay here

We will be happy to come back! The amenities and service were great! We felt very comfortable!

The cottage is packed with amenities. Good speakers for nice music (thanks for the CDs there!), the view is really a 10 and through the fenced garden the dog could be lovely outside. Recommended!
