Our cottage is within walking distance of the beautiful IJssel. With fifteen minutes by bike, the old city center of Zwolle is accessible.

Guesthouse near nature reserve in Zwolle

We live on the dike near nature reserve de Vreugderijkerwaard on the IJssel. We own a converted farmhouse with front house, haystack and 2 barns here. We ourselves live in the farmhouse. We are still renovating. In one of the barns, a space has been created, consisting of a living/sitting/sitting/bedroom. Kitchen, toilet and shower. All private for guests. Also a terrace on the west. The space has a lot of privacy and a nice view of the dike. Also parking!

The property dates back to 1906 and still contains authentic elements such as glass windows. The apartment is accessed by one flight of stairs and occupies 2 floors. As a result, it is not suitable for people with walking disabilities. Suitable for 2 people, no pets allowed.

Having lovely experiences with faboulous guests as this summer and because a lot of people asking me to do it so their friends can come, my lovely boat will be remain to be rent. Be awared that the boat is divided into two units. Both of the boat units wil funtionate independently (with his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen en bathroom).
