Perfect location for a short stay, close to shops and restaurants, around the corner from Navigli. The apartment is in a beautiful building in a lovely square. It is renovated with nice details and all comforts. Lots of storage, very clean and comfortable. It faces a courtyard so even if it’s in a lovely area of the city is quiet. Giulio and Emanuela have been very responsive, gave us very clear instructions on how to get there and for the checkout too. They have prepared a binder with all local recommendations which is very thorough. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place. Thank you! Loved staying at Stefano and Giovanna’s place. Check in was smooth and easy and they walked us through the apartment to show us how things worked. The apartment building is gorgeous and the location is lively and fun with tons to do nearby. Would gladly stay again.

Mario is a great host, he answered all our questions very quickly. You can walk to the lively quarter Navigli in 10-15 minutes. The flat is very spacious and clean. There is everything you can need. Thank you Mario for everything.

Accommodation as described (clean, modern and practical). The two outer parts are very pleasant. The automatic door opening system facilitates access to the apartment.

Such a lovely host & place, I can see why there are so many great reviews! Beautiful apartment, lots of little touches like a sweet treat, beers, toothpaste, shower gel etc. Great big shower, lovely kitchen. The location is amazing but gets loud at night as you're on the canal (great for us as we could just pop out for an evening) but if you're a light sleeper just keep the doors closed. One of the beds is actually a sofa bed so a bit firm for us. A wonderful stay with great communication, would stay here again :)

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Excellently equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bath items, everything is available. Super, super and super again. Always happy to come back.😉 Thanks for everything.😉😘

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy and the space felt peaceful and well-maintained. It was also nice and bright during the day. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a beautiful stay at the apartment from Giancarlo. It was clean, cozy and nicely furnished. It was wonderfully air-conditioned and the balcony invited to relax in the evening. Public transport into the inner city was nearby as well as a supermarket. Everything was perfect for us. Grazie mille…

Michele was a great host. Landed in Milan from Australia and could not have picked a better location to use as a base. The accomodation is 2 minutes from Milano Centrale train station and a heap of other local metro lines. It is clean, secure, spacious for 1-2 guests, and has everything you need. Would not hesitate to book again when I return. Cheers!

The accommodation is more than suitable for both a quick visit to the city and a longer stay. Marco, the host, is very attentive to the app and very kind at check-in. You can easily communicate with him in Italian, Spanish or English. The accommodation is in a quiet and "strategic" area if you want to visit several points of the city and want to be "close" to everything by metro or tram.
